트위터 기반의 트렌드 뉴스 추천 기법

최근 스마트폰의 사용이 보편화되면서 많은 양의 온라인 뉴스가 다양한 경로를 통하여 서비스 되고 있다. 한편, 실시간으로 제공되는 뉴스의 양이 방대해지면서, 언론사에서 톱 뉴스로 제공하는 토픽과 달리, 실제 사용자들에게 화제가 되고 있는 토픽을 선별하는 데 어려움이 있다. 많은 사용자들이 실생활에서 작성하고 공유하는 트위터는 실제 사람들 사이에 화제가 되고 있는 토픽을 담고 있는 경우가 많다. 이러한 트렌드를 뉴스와 연계시키면 화제가 되는 트렌드 뉴스를 사용자에게 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 클라이언트-서버 모델을 기반으로 실시간으로 사용자 트위터를 분석하여 추출된 트렌드를 기반으로 관련 뉴스를 검색하여 제공하는 시스템을 제안한다. 클라이언트를 통해 수집한 트위터 단문에서 서버는 화제가 되고 있는 트렌드를 추출하고, 이를 기반으로 Google 등을 통해 관련 뉴스를 검색하여 클라이언트에게 전달한다. 이 모든 과정을 실시간으로 제공하기 위한 알고리즘을 제안하고 프로토타입 시스템을 통하여 그 성능을 평가한다.

Although cherry tomato is one of major vegetables consumed in fresh vegetable market, the quality grading method is only dependant on size measurement using drum shape sorting machines. Using Visible/Near-infrared spectroscopy, apparatus to be able to acquire transmittance spectrum data was made and used to estimate firmness, sugar content, and acidity of cherry tomatoes grown at hydroponic and soil culture. Partial least square (PLS) models were performed to predict firmness, sugar content, and acidity for the acquired transmittance spectra. To enhance accuracy of the PLS models, several preprocessing methods were carried out, such as normalization, multiplicative scatter correction (MSC), standard normal variate (SNV), and derivatives, etc. The coefficient of determination (R(2)(p)) and standard error of prediction (SEP) for the prediction of firmness, sugar, and acidity of cherry tomatoes from green to red ripening stages were 0.859 and 1.899 kgf, with a preprocessing of normalization, 0.790 and 0.434˚Brix with a preprocessing of the 1st derivative of Savitzky Golay, and 0.518 and 0.229% with a preprocessing normalization, respectively.

둥근마 에탄올 추출물의 항염증 효과

Dioscorea bulbifera has been cultivated in Korea, China and Japan as a food, and also widely used as a traditional medicine for a long time. This study was conducted to determine the anti-inflammatory effect of Dioscorea bulbifera ethanol extracts. The inhibitory effect of Dioscorea bulbifera ethanol extracts were evaluated regarding production or expression of inflammatory mediators in macrophage cells. Dioscorea bulbifera ethanol extracts significantly inhibited the expression of IL-4, IFN-γ and PGE2 and expression of COX-2, iNOS, TNF-α, in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells. In addition, we evaluated the inhibitory effect of Dioscorea bulbifera ethanol extracts on an atopic dermatitis-like mouse model. An atopic dermatitis-like skin lesion was induced by repeated treatment of DNCB on the ear skin of ICR mice. The efficacy of Dioscorea bulbifera ethanol extracts was tested by histophathologic analysis. Histophathologic analysis revealed a reduction in the ear thickness in Dioscorea bulbifera ethanol extracts treated mice. These results show that Dioscorea bulbifera ethanol extracts have an anti-inflammatory effect. Therefore, this research suggests that Dioscorea bulbifera may be a potential agent for ameliorating inflammation.

CMS를 활용한 스토리앱 구현

본 작품은 학생들이 만든 캡스톤디자인 작품이다. 본 작품의 기획의도는 특정한 형식에 구애받지 않고 자신만의 생각을 텍스트뿐만 아니라 여기에 사진과 동영상 등의 다양한 멀티미디어를 함께 첨부할 수 있는 스토리앱 형식의 전자책을 개발하고자 한다.이 전자책은 디자인 템플릿을 통해 예쁘게 꾸밀 수 있으며, 본인이 담고 싶은 글을 책으로 만들고, 이렇게 만들어진 개성 있는 전자책은 상대방에게 공유를 통해 선물할 수 있는 어플리케이션으로 개발한다. 따라서 본 연구는 개성 있는 포토북을 자유롭고 쉽게 만들 수 있는 환경 구현 즉, CMS에 그치지 않고 개인의 소중한 추억을 타인들에게 공유함으로써 감동을 나눌 수 있게 하는 것이 최종 목표이다. 또한 모바일에서만 공유로 끝나는 것이 아닌 pc로도 전송 가능하기 때문에 만들어진 결과물을 출력후 종이책으로 제본해 보관할 수 있는 서비스 역시 기대해 볼 수 있겠다.

보수 언론의 교육 관련 보도에 나타난 이념적 편향성

전 세계적으로 이념 논쟁이 퇴조한 것과는 달리 우리 사회에는 여전히 이념, 특히 종북 논쟁이 주요 현안으로 부상되어 있다. 이러한 이념 논쟁은 이명박 정부와 보수 언론에 의해 조장된 것이었으며, 교육 분야도 이념적 편향성을 강요받고 있다. 이 연구는 보수 언론의 교육관련 보도를 이념적 편향성이라는 측면에서 분석하였다. 이 연구에서는 이명박 정부 시기를 대상으로『조선일보』의 교육 관계 사설을 분석하였다. 보수 언론은 교육은 정치의 수단이 아니며, 교육을 정치의 오염(汚染)으로부터 지켜내야 한다고 말했지만 역사 교과서 개정, 전교조 비판, 교육감 선거 개입 등에서 볼 수 있는 바와 같이 그들 스스로 교육을 정치에 예속시켰다. 언론이 특정한 정치 이념을 갖고 보도하는 것 자체가 문제가 되는 것은 아니다. 문제는 보수 언론이 자신들의 이익을 강화하기 위해 이념적 편 가르기를 지속적으로 강요하면서 소통이 사라지는 심각한 폐해를 초래하였으며, 이는 교육 분야에서도 그대로 나타나 교육의 공공성을 왜곡시키고 있다는 것이다. The ideological discourse disappeared globally because of the victory of capitalism in the ideological battles of the Cold War. But ideology, especially pro-North or North Korean sympathizer dispute is still a pending issue in Korean society. The ideological discourse was an invention of Lee Myung-bak government and conservative newspapers. They usually criticized their opponents. for pro-North or North Korean sympathizer. Their ideological polarization were easily seen in the field of education. I researched into the ideological prejudices in the education-related news article of the conservative newspapers. I analyzed the education-related editorial of Chosun-ilbo during Lee Myung-bak government. Chosun-ilbo emphasized that education is not the means of politics and it maintains political neutrality. But education was subjected to politics by Chosun-ilbo as we saw in educational issues such as history textbook revision; broad criticism on the Korean Teachers and Educational Workers` Union; positive intervention of election of superintendent of education. It is not strange that the newspapers have their political opinions in reporting the news. The serious social issue is that social communication has disappeared in Korean society because the conservative newspapers have strongly denied their opponents and they have compelled the ideological polarization in all social aspects including education.

가시광 및 근적외선 투과분광법을 이용한 감염 씨감자 온라인 선별시스템 개발

본 연구에서는 온라인 감염 씨감자 비파괴선별 시스템을 구축하고 감염 씨감자 선별을 위한 통계적 모델을 개발하여 적용함으로써 선별시스템의 성능을 평가하였다. 선별모델 개발을 위해 토양병 및 잠복 감염의 대표적인 병원성 세균인 pectobacteruim atrosepticum을 인위적으로 씨감자에 감염시켜 씨감자 내부에 병징이 발현되도록 하여 실험하였다. 구축된 선별시스템을 통해 감염 및 정상 씨감자의 투과스펙트럼을 획득한 후 최소자승판별법(partial least square-discriminant analysis)을 이용하여 감염 씨감자 검출모델을 개발하였다. 개발된 모델의 정결정계수는(R<SUP>2</SUP>) 0.943이었고 분류의 정확도는 99%(n=80) 이상으로 우수한 선별성능을 보였다. 개발된 온라인 감염 씨감자 선별시스템은 씨감자 선별뿐만 아니라 다양한 농산물의 감염을 검출하는 기반기술로 응용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. In this study, an online seed potato sorting system using a visible and near infrared (40-1100 nm) transmittance spectral technique and statistical model was evaluated for the nondestructive determination of infected and sound seed potatoes. Seed potatoes that had been artificially infected with Pectobacterium atrosepticum, which is known to cause a soil borne disease infection, were prepared for the experiments. After acquiring transmittance spectra from sound and infected seed potatoes, a determination algorithm for detecting infected seed potatoes was developed using the partial least square discriminant analysis method. The coefficient of determination(<SUP>Rp2</SUP> ) of the prediction model was 0.943, and the classification accuracy was above 99% (n = 80) for discriminating diseased seed potatoes from sound ones. This online sorting system has good potential for developing a technique to detect agricultural products that are infected and contaminated by pathogens.

도덕 교과서에 나타난 성 윤리의 문제

This paper seeks to grasp the reality of sex education and its problems by examining critically the implicit and explicit premises of sexual ethics in moral textbooks of secondary school, thereby having basic materials for sex education or sexual-ethics education in school. The textbooks define sexuality in terms of biological nature and sexual interaction between individuals. They understand that sexuality become humane when it coincides with spiritual love on the base of Cartesian dualism and that the humane love can be practiced only at home. Also, they apparently support gender equality, but insist gender inequality implicitly. Furthermore, they have never considered sexual minority being accepted in Korean society recently. In addition, they exclude the problem of teenager sexuality. Since sexual revolution in the 1960s, conventional values, habits, and norms of sexuality have been changed or abolished. However, the voices which attempt to cling to the existing values become higher. In the sense, today is a transition period in which strains and conflicts are being generated between conservative trend of sexuality and that of resisting and dissolving it. Considering the fact that various arguments on sexual problems are compatible, the opinions based on specified values in sexuality are not to be imposed on other persons, and having a particular criterion of value has to be regarded as a personal matter. The most serious problem that moral textbooks have is : on the one hand, they encourage students to select their own style of sexual behaviour according to their own principle, and, on the other hand, they compel a specified style of sexual behaviour based on specified values. The textbooks present a strictly moralistic sexual ethics demanding to solve sexual desires by continence and control. But today it is not adequate to teenagers who have strong sexual desires and interests and to whom sexual stimulus is continuously given. If sex education for them goes wrong, it can lead to their moral deformity. In considering their right to decide sexual behaviour by themselves on the basis of self-awareness of his group, society, and state, it is required to educate them to utilize their sexual desires in a desirable way for their lives.<br/>

대뇌반구모형의 사고유형별 온라인 게임 선호요소에 관한 연구

본 연구는 개인의 지적능력 개발을 위한 기초연구로서 개인의 특성 차이를 대뇌모형으로 정의하였으며, 개인의 특성에 따라 선호하는 온라인 게임의 요소가 어떤 차이가 있는지 설문을 통하여 확인하고 활용가능성을 살펴보았다. 뇌 성향은 곧 개인의 지적능력을 관장하며 인격, 기호, 성격, 의사결정 및 행동의 패턴등을 정의한 것이라 말할 수 있으며 창의성과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 이러한 뇌 성향에 근간을 둔 대뇌반구모델(Cerebral Hemispheric Model-CHM)을 바탕으로 2가지 Model로 개인의 성향을 구분 하였다. 설문을 통하여 대뇌반구모형별 게임요소의 요소상관표를 작성, 대뇌반구모형별 게임요소의 차이를 확인 할 수 있었다. 또한 정의된 대뇌반구의 개인성향별 게임 선호요소를 바탕으로 각 개인의 뇌 성향을 확인하고 확인된 뇌 성향 이외의 다른 뇌 성향을 개발하기 위한 컨셉(Concept) 가이드라인을 제시하고, 이를 통하여 개인의 뇌 사고성향 개발을 바탕으로 하는 교육용 게임에서부터 다양한 장르의 컨텐츠를 사용자의 성향에 최적화하여 즐거움을 느끼며 자기개발을 할 수 있는 기초 연구 자료가 될 수 있으며, 개인의 사고성향 개발을 통하여 지적 능력을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다. Difference of individual character is defined Cerebral Hemispheric Model(CHM) to develop individual intellectual abilities in this paper. Component of preferred online-game is surveyed in accordance with individual character, and investigated for possible applications. An individual is classified with 2 modes of CHM that take charge of intellectual abilities; abilities is character, taste, personality decision-making and behavior patterns; that is closely related to creativity. Difference of game component could be investigated with correlation table of cerebral preference patterns (CPP) that was drawn up with survey. Individual brain preferences (IBP) became clear through preference of individual in the investigation, and suggested concept guide-line to develop other brain preferences. Thus, this study is able to realize from education game to a great variety of contents that base on the development of thinking-faculties as optimization of user preference, can be the basic data of self-development, to improve intellectual faculties as development of individual thinking preference.
