Objectives: The effects of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor ${\gamma}2\;(PPAR{\gamma}2)$ Pro12Ala (P12A) polymorphism on body mass index (BMI) and type 2 diabetes are well documented; however, until now, only a few studies have evaluated the effects of this polymorphism on body fat distribution. This study was conducted to elucidate the effects of this polymorphism on computed tomography (CT)-measured body fat distribution and other obesity-related parameters in Korean female subjects. Methods & Results: The frequencies of $PPAR{\gamma}2$ genotypes were: PP type, 93.0%; PA type, 6.8%; and AA type, 0.2%. The frequency of the A allele was 0.035. Body weight (P .012), BMI (P .012), and waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) (P .001) were significantly higher in subjects with PA/AA compared with subjects with PP. When body composition was analyzed by bioimpedance analysis, lean body mass and body water content were similar between the 2 groups. However, body fat mass (P .003) and body fat percent (P .025) were significantly higher in subjects with PA/AA compared with subjects with PP. Among overweight subjects with BMI of greater than 25, PA/AA was associated with significantly higher abdominal subcutaneous fat (P .000), abdominal visceral fat (P .031), and subcutaneous upper and lower thigh adipose tissue (P .010 and .013). However, among lean subjects with BMI of less than 25, no significant differences associated with $PPAR{\gamma}2$ genotype were found, suggesting that the fat-accumulating effects of the PA/AA genotype were evident only among overweight subjects, but not among lean subjects. When serum lipid profiles, glucose, and liver function indicators were compared among overweight subjects, no significant difference associated with $PPAR{\gamma}2$ genotype was found. Changes in body weight, BMI, WHR, and body fat mass were measured among overweight subjects who finished a 1-month weight lose program of a hypocaloric diet and exercise; no significant differences associated with $PPAR{\gamma}2$ genotype were found. Conclusions: The results of this study suggest that the $PPAR{\gamma}2$ PA/AA genotype is associated with increased subcutaneous and visceral fat areas in overweight Korean female subjects, but does not significantly affect serum biochemical parameters and outcomes of weight loss programs.

Die actio Iibera in causa bedeutet, daß der Tater sich in den schuldunfahigen Zustand (zoBo in den Rausch) mit gern Vorsatz versetzt, in diesem Vorsatz, wobei er die Begehung eines bestimmten Delikts voraussehen konnte. Der Tater benutzt sich hier selbst als Werkzeug zur Tat. zum Beispiel, "A" will den "B" verprugeln und trinkt sich dazu Mut an, Begeht er dann die Korperverletzung im schuldunfahigen Zustande, so ist er wegen vorsat zlicher Korperverletzung haftbar, weil er sich selbst schuldhart gleichsam als Werkzeug zur Verbrechensbegehung benutzt hat. Die actio libera in causa kann in vier Formen geteilt werden, Namlich, erstens Kommissivdelikt durch die vorsatzliche Kausalhandlung, zweitens Unterlassungsdelikt durch die vorsatzliche Kausalhandlung, drittens Kommissivdelikt durch die versehentliche Kausalhandlung, viertens Unterlassungsdelikt durch die versehentliche Kausalhandlung. Die Grundsatze der actio libera in causa hat zwei theoretisches Problem, In dieser Abhandlung habe ich nachdrucklich von dem theoretischen Grund des Strafbarkeit studiert. Manche Juristen verstehen, daß die actio libera in causa gleich "mittelbare Taterschaft" in der logischen Struktur ist, und deshalb die actio libera in causa strafbar ist. Ich glaube, daß der theoretische Strafbarkeitsgrund der actio libera in causa in der Freiheit der Kausalhandlung besteht, und daß der Anfang der Ausfuhrung von Kommissivdelikt durch vorsatzliche Kausalhandlung in der Tatbestandsrnassighandlung ist, und das ubrige inder Kausalhandlung ist.

Thomas Hardy was a great pessimistic writer of modern English literature. Tess of the D'urbervilles is one of the major novels of Tomas Hardy and it is basically the story of a country girl, Teas Durbeyfield. Immanent Will which is his major theory rules over the universe blindly and dives one tragic situ-ation. In Tess, Hardy embodied Immanent Will as various fatal agents : Mature, Chance and coinci-dence, Institution and Convention, and Heredity. Nature is a character itself and setting, Chance and coincidence are sometimes unusual but never impossible. Institution and Convention were a kind of evils because they had the class distinctions and religious prejudice in Christianity and grove con-sequence to the lineage and pedigree. In Heredity, Hardy stron91y emphasized the theme of Tess' a ancestry by choosing to open the book with incident. They put Tess in pain and disappointment.
W-CuO 혼합물을 이용하여 제조된 W-Cu나노복합분말의 미세구조와 소결거동에 관한 연구

Recently, the fabrication process of W-Cu nanocomposite powders has been researched to improve the sinterability by mechanochemical process (MCP), which consists of ball milling and hydrogen-reduction with W- and Cu-oxide mixture. However, there are many control variables in this process because the W oxides are hydrogen-reduced via several reduction stages at high temperature over 80$0^{\circ}C$ with susceptive reduction conditions. In this experiment, the W-15 wt%Cu nanocomposite powder was fabricated with the ball-milling and hydrogen-reduction process using W and CuO powder. The microstructure of the fabricated W-Cu nanocomposite powder was homogeneously composed of the fine W particles embedded in the Cu matrix. In the sintering process, the solid state sintering was certainly observed around 85$0^{\circ}C$ at the heating rate of 1$0^{\circ}C$/min. It is considered that the solid state sintering at low temperature range should occur as a result of the sintering of Cu phase between aggregates. The specimen was fully densified over 98% for theoretical density at 120$0^{\circ}C$ for 1 h with the heating rate of 1$0^{\circ}C$/min.
