The core index double-shot injection mold has structures of a shaft and a core that reciprocates and rotates in the mold. Due to the limitations of the double injection molding machine, the weight of the index core in the mold is limited to 900 kg or less. In this study, heat transfer analysis is performed to develop a double-shot injection mold with a high-weight index core that can be applied to a conventional double-shot injection molding machine. Since the high-weight core index double injection mold has a bearing-type bush structure that supports and rotates an index core of 1200 kg or more, it is essential to derive the temperature distribution for thermal deformation analysis of the bearing bush structure. The temperature distribution obtained from the heat transfer analysis will be utilized for thermal deformation analysis and mold design improvement in the future.

This paper is concerned with the optimum design for external reinforcement of a nuclear reactor pressure vessel(RPV) in a severe accident. During the severe reactor accident of molten core, the temperature and the pressure in the nuclear reactor rise to a certain level depending on the initial and subsequent condition of a severs accident. The reis of the temperature and the internal pressure cause deterioration of the load carrying capacity and could cause failure of the RPV lower head. The deterioration of failure can be mitigated by the external cooling or the reinforcement of the lower head with additional structures. While the external cooling forces the temperature of an RPV to drop to the desired level, the reinforcement of the lower head can attain both the increase of the load carrying capacity and the temperature drop. The reinforcement of the lower head can be optimized to have the maximum effect on the collapse pressure and the temperature at the inner wall. Optimization results are compared to both the result without the reinforcement and the result with the designated reinforcement.

This paper replaces a conventional austenitic stainless steel sheet to a ferritic stainless steel for the cost reduction of a pulsator cover of a washing machine. However, ferritic stainless steel has poor formability in comparison with austenitic one. The low formability of ferritic steel results in problems during stamping such as fracture, wrinkling, shape inaccuracy and so on. Design modification of the stamping tool is carried out with the aid of the finite element analysis for multistage stamping process of the pulsator cover. The simulation results show that fracture occurs on top of the product while wrinkles are generated by the excess metal near the wing part. Modification of the initial stamping die is performed to improve metal flow and to eliminate problems during the stamping process. Simulation with the modified design fully demonstrates that safe forming is possible without inferiorities.

The conclusion of this research, which was examined about 108 gymnasis(Middle school, High school, University adult gymnast), whish investigated each injury brought from playes performance for very difficult technique and artistic expression when training and playing is this ; 1. The situation of injury was that muscular ache(67 times ; 34%) was the most injury in training, while a bruise(52 times ; 33.8%) was the most injury in playing. The situation of injured part was that waist(48 times ; 24.3%) in training and a joint(31 times ; 20.1%) were the most parts. 2. The cause of unjury appeared tobe 83 times (58.9%) in training, 58 times (41.1%) in playing and 43 times (30.5%)in want of technique. 3. The time of injury appeared to be 87 times(78.4%) in training, 24 times(21.6%) in playing and 54 times(48.6%) in afternoon. 4. According to the season of injury wa large in autumn, while in playing the number of injury was large in winter. 5. The method of cure was that the case of in perfect treatment was 88 times, the case of perfect treatment was 62 times(41.3%), there were many in chinese medicine treatments and physical therapy.
