지능형 퍼지 PID 알고리즘을 활용한 엔진 열교환기의 고효율 세정에 관한 연구

A traditional control algorithm, two PID controllers are used to design a controller with the most flexibility, and a cascade PID controller is used to design better dynamic performance compared to a single PID. However, cascaded PID controllers are vulnerable to delay, agility, and flexibility management in systems where variable response deadlines occur. Fuzzy control is a controller that can provide greater flexibility than cascade PID controllers. A system for cleaning an object in an inlet pipe by controlling a circulator of an apparatus for automatically cleaning a tube in a heat exchanger of a marine engine apparatus will be considered. As the control algorithm, consideration is given to the temperature change in the heat exchanger tube and the pressure difference in the cleaning device. We demonstrate the superiority of intelligent fuzzy PID controller by designing cascade PID control and intelligent fuzzy controller.
