Transparent conducting oxides (TCOs) have wide range of application areas in transparent electrode for display devices, Transparent coating for solar energy heat mirrors, and electromagnetic wave shield. $SnO_2$ is intrinsically an n-type semiconductor due to oxygen deficiencies and has a high energy-band gap more than 3.5 eV. It is known as a transparent conducting oxide because of its low resistivity of $10^{-3}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ and high transmittance over 90% in visible region. In this study, co-doping effects of Al and Y on the properties of $SnO_2$ were investigated. The addition of Y in $SnO_2$ was tried to create oxygen vacancies that increase the diffusivity of oxygen ions for the densification of $SnO_2$. The addition of Al was expected to increase the electron concentration. Once, we observed solubility limit of $SnO_2$ single-doped with Al and Y. $\{(x/2)Al_2O_3+(x/2)Y_2O_3\}-SnO_2$ was used for the source of Al and Y to prevent the evaporation of $Al_2O_3$ and for the charge compensation. And we observed the valence changes of aluminium oxide because generally reported of valence changes of aluminium oxide in Tin - Aluminium binary system. The electrical properties, solubility limit, densification and microstructure of $SnO_2$ co-doped with Al and Y will be discussed.

Objects : This study was aimed to investigate relation to the Psychologic factor and Mental disorder of Women. Methods : Research data is based on Booindaejoenyangbang(婦人大全良方) and Dongyipogam(東醫寶鑑). And study the psycho elements in Mental disorder of Women. Results : 1. Psychologic factor have a part in A cause for mental disorder of women, certainly. 2. The weakness is fundamental cause for mental disorder of women and the Wind is an immediate cause frequently. 3. Most mental disorder of women develop severe psychiatric symptoms. 4. Psychologic factor is concerned to causing and symptoms at various diseases of women. Conclusion : The results suggest that women is delicate at the psychologic factor, so mental disorders are taken easily.

Objects : This study was aimed to investigate the treatment on Mental disorder of Women. Methods : Research data is based on Buindaejoenyangbang and Dong-uibogam. And study the treatment in Mental disorder of Women. Results : 1. Owing to women's physiological extraordinary nature, Mental disorder of Women’s treatment does not match Dongyipogam’s about the same symptoms. 2. Most of happing the symptom is due to blood Wind(four flavors) and deficiency of the Heart, treatments are dispelling Wind, tonifying blood of the Heart and calming the spirit. 3. At postpartum, Mental disorder of Women’s causes are deteriorating blood vanquished blood and external affections with a blood deficiency from the loss of blood, treatments are tonifying the blood, expel Wind and clear Cold and remove blood stagnation to promote regeneration. Conclusion : The results suggest that the extraordinary nature of the circumstances due to women specific pathology must be considered.

심신치유를 위한 불교의학, 사상의학,한의학에서의 心의 연구

Objectives : The objective of this study is the Basic research for mind and body cure protocol construction through the Sim(心) study at Buddhism Medicine, Constitutional Medicine, and Oriental Medicine. Methods : 1. The Sim(心) in Buddhism is a target of spiritual culture and subjective awareness of An ascetic person in interior psychology. In this research, the Sim(心) has been modified within a concept of Early Buddhism and You-sic in order to have medical logicality. 2. Since the study deep into Sim(心) within Confucianism has various aspects, each Confucian`s theory argument or era. We limited the significance of the Sim(心) to be associated with the category of the Sim(心) in Sasang Constitutional Medicine which is a product of practical Confucianism. 3. The criteria of debate for the Sim(心) is based on the 『Hwang-je-nae-gyoung』, because 『Hwang-je-nae-gyoung』 is founded to definite the term regarding spirit or mind in Oriental medicine Results : 1. 『Hwang-je-nae-gyoung』 which came from thought of You-Sic, thought of Taoism, and Early Buddhism becomes the theoretical basis for the Sim(心) in Buddhism Medicine, Sasang Constitutional Medicine, and Oriental Medicine. 2. The Sim(心) in the mind·psychology of Buddhism Medicine, Sasang Constitutional Medicine, and Oriental Medicine has active aspects. but the visual thing // There are visual aspects being contrasted with ``Sim(心)`` of mind psychology and aspects of activity in Buddhism medicine, Sasang constitutional Medicine and Oriental Medicine; which are ``Hrd``, ``Hrdaya``, ``four-large`` ``five base``, ``chin, chest, navel and abdomen``, ``head, shoulder, waist and buttocks`` consisting ``the body``, and the heart and ``four interorgans`` from the study of symbolical interorgans). In Buddhism Medicine, Sim(心)`s Epistemology is the most extensively understood fact about ``Sim(心)``, and for Sasang Constitutional Medicine and Oriental Medicine. ``Sim(心)`` is limited as an ``Element`` that comprises the body. 3. The Functional area of the Sim(心) in the Buddhism Medicine, Sasang Constitutional Medicine, Oriental Medicine is composed with ``consciousness(意識)`` ``manas-vij___na(末那識)``, ``__aya-vij___na(阿賴耶識)``, ``mind greed(心欲)``, ``Li(理)`` and ``Sin(神)``, about the interpretive area of ``Sim(心)``, ``Sin(神)`` of Oriental medicine is the most comprehensive concept, and on the side of the depth of ``thinking`` and ``consciousness``, ``__aya-vij___na(阿賴耶識)`` from Buddhism Medicine in the key point. 4. The Sim(心) in the Buddhism Medicine, Sasang Constitutional Medicine, has the positive and negative aspects, such as the ``Dukkha(煩惱)`` and A merciful heart or Human Sim(心) and Taoism Sim(心).

Objectives: To research the needed Buddhistic ethical beliefs and psychotherapy from representative medical records of oriental medicine. Methods : The baseline data this research used is Myeong-Ui-Lyu-An, Sok-Myeong-Ui-Lyu-An, Ui-Bu-Jeol-Lok and from the variety of medical records; we extracted 22 medical records that refer to Buddhist thoughts. The sequence of medical records is determined by analyzing the contents of all medical records and grouping them by their categories. Results: The representative ethical mind that a doctor needs is the `mercy thought` from Buddhism. This way, the doctor has ``pity`` on patients and expects no reward for what he had done. `Spells and religious beliefs developed into medical treatment procedures by Buddhism and oriental medicine psychotherapy. Using the belief that everything is made of the mind, which is the point of the `Hwa-Eum` theory and the realization that the psychotic factors have a big role in the occurrence and progress of sicknesses, we emphasized supportive psychotherapy or more specifically, the suggestive therapy. ``Anguish`` is an important point in the occurrence and progress of illnesses. To solve this, we used ``Zen family`s ``Zen self-discipline`` and ascetic life from Buddhism. According to Buddhism, a human`s metal conflict and love or malingering from obsession is the cause of all mind illnesses. To heal these, a doctor must have an insight of the patient`s mind more than the symptoms. Conclusions: Buddhistic thoughts suggested clearly the mentality necessary for oriental medical psychotherapist and medical ethics for a doctor.

명상프로그램(α version) 시행 전후의 사상체질별 심리척도 및 HRV 변화 연구

Objectives: In this study, the meditation programs (α version), which are properly coordinated according to the motion, breathing, and relaxation, are evaluated and researched upon to have positive effects on stress and in the area of psychology. Methods: Approved by the Clinical Trials Deliberation Committee in Oriental Medicine, Dongguk University, Ilsan Hospital, this study collected data according to the applicant`s consents, demographic information and anthropometry for the Sasang Constitutional diagnosis. Sasang Constitutional diagnosis measured the beta tools by Institute of Oriental Medicine and a decision tree was made for the Sasang Constitutional questionnaires. The STAI, STAXI, BDI, and HRV were measured before and after the meditation in order to compare the effects of meditation according to Sasang Constitution. The HRV was used as a ProComP KM Tech (co). Results: 1) The positive changes available in the Time-domain analysis of heart rate variability assessment showed that the peace of mind is increased. By analyzing the Sasang constitution, So-eum In`s peace of mind included a physical stability of the autonomic nervous system. 2) According to the psychological scale evaluation, each depression scale, trait anger, anger-in, state anxiety and trait anxiety index proved significantly positive effects. By analyzing the Sasang constitution, Eun-In which involved So-eum In and Tae-eum In, had positive effects. 3) The psychological scale changed the group of diagnosed depression or anxiety, it did not mean that the psychological scale changes in the depression group, but the index of the anxiety group had been significantly reduced. This program had clinical effects for anxious patients and Eum-In which involved Tae-eum In and So-eum In according to the analysis of Sasang constitution. 4) Correlations between the gender of each psychological scale showed that women have overall low correlations, but, there were no significant changes. Conclusions: The meditation program developed by adequately mixing Action, relaxation and breathing shows that it is effective for overall Eum-in physical and mental relaxation and concentration. In the future, It will have to be developed Meditation program to show the same effect for all people.

In order to reduce stress in the plastic small outline J-lead(SOJ) package and prevent the interface delamination under the infrared(IR) soldering process, parameterization, parametric study and optimization are used. The design variables of dimensions and material properties are determined among all the possible variables from the parametric study. Their optimized values are determined by applying the constraint optimization to the parameterized IC package.
