And I brought up a model in physics education curriculum with above all points.

      • 뇌혈관 질환자를 대상으로 한 방문재활 물리치료의 비용 편익분석

        연구목적은 방문재활 물리치료 도입을 위한 정책적 자료를 제시하여 방문재활 물리치료의 제도적 도입과 방문건강관리사업에서 방문물리치료의 활성화를 위한 정책적 기초자료를 마련하고자 한다. 연구방법은 전국 의료기관 51곳의 조사 자료와 가정간호 수가체계를 토대로 뇌혈관환자의 방문재활 물리치료의 비용-편익 분석을 직접비용 조사와 지불용의 접근법으로 1회 건당 물리치료의 순편익과 비용-편익 비를 산출한 후, 민감도분석을 통해 연간 사회적 순편익을 계산하여 경제적 이익을 조사하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 뇌혈관환자의 방문재활 물리치료 비용-편익 분석의 직접비용 조사에서 방문재활 물리치료 방식이 의료기관 내원방식보다 2.04배 경제적 이익이 높았고, 사회적 순편익은 19,255,406천원으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 지불용의접근법에서 1.84배 경제적 이익이 높았고, 사회적 순편익은 15,546,120천원으로 분석되어 의료기관 내원방식보다는 방문재활 물리치료방식이 더 저렴하며 경제적 이익으로 사업성에 따른 경제적인 효과가 있었다. 병원을 내원하여 물리치료를 받는 것보다 방문재활 물리치료의 도입으로 가정에서 물리치료를 받는 것이 경제적인 이익이 있는 것으로 조사되었다. The purpose of this study is to present a basic data for policy which activate the introduction of the home based rehabilitation physical therapy policy and the home based rehabilitation physical therapy in the visiting home care service on the basis of policy data for introduction of the visiting physical therapyThe design of this study is performed a home based rehabilitation physical therapy to the patients with cerebrovascular, the cost-benefit analysis of home based rehabilitation physical therapy with cerebrovascular patient which is analyzed on basis of survey data of the 51 rehabilitative care hospital medical institutions in nationwide and the number of nursing system, has analyzed the economic benefit in calculate the annual net social benefit through sensitivity analysis after calculated 1times per physical therapy of net benefit and cost-benefit ratio by direct cost and approach for the payment.The results of this study are two ways of analysis, first in the survey of the direct costs of the rehabilitation of visit’s cost-benefit analysis in patients with cerebrovascular disease, home based rehabilitation physical therapy way’s cost-benefit ratio more 2.04 times than medical center visit‘s way so that the net social benefit of home based rehabilitation physical therapy way has been analyzed to 19,255,406천원. second in the survey of pay for access home based rehabilitation physical therapy way’s cost-benefit ratio more 1.84 times than medical center visit's ways so that the net social benefit of home based rehabilitation physical therapy way has been analyzed to 15,546,120천원. In conclusion, due to the business features of cheaper, home based rehabilitation physical therapy way has a more economical effect than medical center visit's way.

        플라이애시 및 고로슬래그 첨가율에 따른 일반강도영역 콘크리트의 공학적 특성 및 내구성

        최근 $CO_2$ 배출의 저감을 위한 활동으로 시멘트의 사용량을 줄이고, 고로슬래그 및 플라이 애시 등과 같은 산업부산물을 적극 활용하여 건설분야에 적용하고자 하는 움직임이 활발하게 진행되고 있으며, 이를 통해 환경부하저감 및 자원재활용을 도모하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 자원재이용 및 환경부하저감을 위한 기초적 연구로서 고로슬래그 및 플라이 애시를 사용하여 부산물의 치환율에 따른 경화성상 및 내구성상을 비교 분석하고 고로슬래그와 플라이애시의 3성분계를 치환한 콘크리트 성상을 검토함으로서 결합재로서의 상성관계를 평가하여 향후, 대량활용을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 고로슬래그 미분말 및 플라이애시를 대체한 콘크리트의 압축강도는 재령 7일 초기강도에서는 무혼입 콘크리트에 비해 현저히 낮은 수준으로 발현하고 있으나, 28일 이후에는 무혼입 콘크리트에 비해 유사하거나 높은 압축강도를 발현하였다. 또한 고로슬래그 미분말의 대체율이 증가함에 따라 염해 저항성이 향상되는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 기존 연구결과에 따라 고로슬래그 미분말에 의해 염화물 이온이 콘크리트 표면에 고정화됨으로서 염해 저항성이 향상되는 것으로 판단된다. Recently, reducing usage of cement and using by-product of industry such as blast furnace slag and fly-ash have been increased to reduce $CO_2$ gas emission. That apply to construction. As a result, reduction of environmental stress and recycling of resources are expected. In this study, as basic study to the reuse of resources and reduce Environmental Load, comparing and analyzing hardening characteristics and durability as using the blast furnace slag and fly-ash, examining concrete characteristics substituted the three elements for the blast furnace slag and fly-ash and evaluating the relationship as binder. Through this, it want to provide the basic data for mass utilization. Blast furnace slag powder and replaced at fly-ash compressive strength of concrete in the strength of the initial seven days material age lower level of expression significantly compared to the concrete, but, 28 days after the similar or higher compressive strength than the concrete expression of the was. In addition, the reserves replacement of blast furnace slag powder salt injury increasing resistance are seen improvements, according to the conventional blast furnace slag powder study by the chloride ions on the surface of the concrete are improved being fixation salt injury resistance is considered.

        $H_\infty$ 제어를 이용한 방진대의 능동제어

        Recently, the high-precision vibration attenuation technology becomes the essence fo the seccessful development of high-integrated and ultra-precision industries, and is expected to continue playing a key role in the enhancement of manufacturing technology. Vibration isolation system using an air-spring is widely employed owing to its excellent isolation characteristics in a wide frequency range. It has, however, some drawbacks such as low-stiffness and low-damping features and can be easily excited by exogenous disturbances, and then vibration of table is remained for a long time. Consequently, the need for active vibration control for an air-spring vibration isolation system becomes inevitable. Furthermore, for an air-spring isolation table to be successfully employed in a variety of manufacturing sites, it should have a guaranteed robust performance not only to exogenous disturbances but also to uncertainties due to various equipments which might be put on the table. In this study, an active vibration suppression control system using H.inf. theory is designed and experiments are performed to verify its robust performance. An air-spring vibration isolation table with voice-coil-motors as its actuators is designed and built. The table is modeled as 3 degree-of-freedom system. An active control system is designed based on $H_\infty$control theory using frequency-shaped weighting functions. Analysis on its performance and frequency responce properties are done through numerical simulations. Robust characteristics of$H_\infty$ control on disturbances and model uncertainties are experimentally verified through (i) the transient response to the impact excitation of the table, (ii) the steady-state response to the harmonic excitation, and (iii) the response to the mass change of the table itself. An LQG controller is also designed and its performance is compared with the $H_\infty$ controller.

        방문 물리치료 비용편익 분석

        Objective: The purpose of this study is to present a basic data for policy which activate the introduction of the home based physical therapy services policy and the home based physical therapy in the visiting home care service on the basis of policy. Method: The design of this study is performed a home based physical therapy to the patients with cerebrovascular, the cost-benefit analysis of home based physical therapy with cerebrovascular patient which is analyzed on basis of survey data of the 51 rehabilitative care hospital medical institutions in nationwide and the number of nursing system, has analyzed the economic benefit in calculate the annual net social benefit through sensitivity analysis after calculated 1times per physical therapy. Results: This study are in the survey of the direct costs of the rehabilitation and convalescence hospital of visit’s cost-benefit analysis in patients with cerebrovascular disease, home based physical therapy way’s cost-benefit ratio more 1.8 times than medical center visit‘s way so that the net social benefit of home based physical therapy way has been analyzed to 18,028 million won. Conclusion: The business features of cheaper, home based physical therapy services has a more economical effect than medical center visit.

        Evaluation on Spalling Properties of Specimen Size with PP Fiber and Fireproof Coating

        High Strength Concrete (HSC) has weakness that in a fire, it is spalled and brittles. The phenomenon of spalling is made by water vapor's being confined in watertight concrete. This study is aimed to evaluate explosive spalling properties of high strength concrete with □100×100×200 mm specimen and □400×400×1500 mm column. To prevent spalling of concrete, fireproof coating and PP fiber are used. As a result, □400×400×1500 mm column was prevented spalling likes □100×100×200 mm specimen. When concrete protected failure to explosive spalling, quantity heat ratio (which fireproof coating specimen to pp fiber mixed specimen) between □100×100×200 mm and □400×400×1500 mm was maximum value at 20 minute, but difference of quantity heat ratio decreased and quantity heat ratio of each specimen is almost same at 30 minute.

        We suggest the possibility of "historical teaching" as an effective strategy for teaching science in classroom. At first, we survey the historical background for historical teaching of science, and then present the possible merits of introducing the history of science into science class: (1) to overcome the misconceptions of students in science; ( 2 ) to bridge science and other disciplines; ( 3 ) to understand the social aspects of science; (4) to understand the nature of science and scientific method, etc. Finally, we present briefly the some limits of historical teaching.

        고온 및 하중 재하조건을 고려한 콘크리트의 역학적 특성 평가

        It was experimentally investigated in effects of high temperature and loading condition on the mechanical properties of concrete. This study is aimed to study the effect of elevated temperatures on mechanical properties of concrete according to compressive strength under loading. Tests were conducted on ${\O}100{\times}200mm$ cylinder specimens, which were tested under both stressed and unstressed conditions by steady-state test. The specimens were under-loaded to 0, 20, 40 percent of their ultimate compressive strength at room temperature and subjected to temperatures ranging from 100 to $700^{\circ}C$, and the residual compressive strength compared to that observed at $20^{\circ}C$. As a result, effect of mechanical properties of concrete at elevated temperature was especially subjected to transient creep more than thermal strain under loading in case of over $500^{\circ}C$.
