N/A Proximal bile duct cancer arises in hepatic duct at its bifurcation within the porta hepatis and is associated with the lowest rates of resectability and poorest survival among tumors in all locations in the duct. Low resectability rates are the results of close proximity to the portal vein and its branches, and the parenchyma of the liver. Recently, because of the development of newer diagnostic imaging modalities, such as endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography, ultrasonography, and computed tomography, some of the patients can get an early diagnosis and a successful resection. Recently, it have been reported that agressive resection for cure is the procedure of choice in selected patients with proximal bile duct cancer, and offers not only the best possibility of prolonged survival but also even cure and the best quality of life. We hve experienced 8 cases of successful radical resection including hepatectomy for proximal bile duct cancer.

N/A Several drugs known to be vasodilators and/or membrane stabilizers were studied to evaluate whether these would have protective effects against experimental eschemia-reperfusion induced liver injury in rats. The aninmals were divided into six groups-control, treatment with pentoxifylline, aprotinin, FDP, verapamil, and sham operation. Drugs were administered systemically through IVC 5 minutes before induction of ischemia. The hepatic arterial and portal venous blood supply to the left lateral and median lobes of the liver was interrupted with an surgical clip for 90 minutes to induce hepatic ischemia, and after then the clip was removed for reperfusion. The arterial blood SGOT, SGPT, ALP, LDH, and hepatic MDA were measured before and 90 minutes after ischemia, and at the end of 60 minutes reperfusion. The control group showed sharp elevation of the all liver enzymes following both hepatic ischemia and reperfusion. However the treated groups with pentoxifylline, aprotinin, FDP, and verapamil demonstrated significantly lower level of liver enzymes compare with the values of the control group. Verapamil thought to be most effective in protection of liver from ischemia- reperfusion injury. The hepatic MDA l evel decreased during ischemia-reperfusion procedures, and showed no significant difference between control and treatment groups.
차 영상을 통한 퍼지 추론 기반 열화 진단 시스템 설계

본 논문에서는 전기설비들의 신속하고 효율적인 진단을 위해 차 영상을 통한 퍼지 추론 기반 열화 진단 시스템을 설계한다. 전기 기기의 열화 진단이 시작 되면 처음 정상 상태의 온도와 비교하여 이상 영역을 검출한다. 검출된 영역은 퍼지 추론 알고리즘을 사용하여 열화를 진단한다. 퍼지 추론 알고리즘에서, 퍼지 규칙은 If-then형식으로 정의되고, look-up 테이블로 규칙을 표현한다. 온도와 온도의 변화량을 입력 변수로 사용한다. 입력변수의 퍼지수를 표현하기 위해 삼각형 멤버쉽 함수를 사용하였으며, 출력변수에는 singleton 멤버쉽 함수를 사용하였다. 최종 출력은 퍼지 추론 방법의 무게 중심법을 사용하여 계산한다. 전기 설비로부터 취득한 실험 데이터는 제안된 시스템의 성능을 평가하기 위하 사용한다. In this paper, we design fuzzy inference-based deterioration diagnosis system through different image for rapid as well as efficient diagnosis of electrical equipments. When the deterioration diagnosis of the electrical equipment starts, abnormal state of assigned area is detected by comparing with the temperature of the first normal state of the area. Deterioration state of detected area is diagnosed by using fuzzy inference algorithm. In the fuzzy inference algorithm, fuzzy rules are defined by If-then form and are described as look-up table. Both temperature and its ensuing variation are used as input variables. While triangular membership function is used for the fuzzy input variables of fuzzy rules, singleton membership function is used for the output variable of fuzzy rules. The final output is calculated by using the center of gravity of fuzzy inference method. Experimental data acquired from individual electrical equipments is used in order to evaluate the output performance of the proposed system
어머니의 양육태도와 유아의 자기조절능력 및 사회적 능력과의 관계

본 연구는 어머니의 양육태도와 유아의 자기조절능력 및 사회적 능력이 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 만 5세반 어머니와 자녀 183명을 연구대상으로 하였으며 수집된 자료는 빈도분석과 Pearson 적률상관계수를 통해 검증하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 어머니의 양육태도와 유아의 자기조절능력은 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 어머니의 양육태도 중 합리적 지도는 유아의 자기통제, 충동성감소와 정적인 상관이 있었으며 한계설정과 애정성, 반응성은 유아의 자기통제 충동성감소, 주의집중과 모두 정적인 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 어머니의 양육태도와 유아의 사회적 능력은 정적인 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 어머니의 양육태도 중 합리적 지도, 한계설정, 애정성은 유아의 주도성에서만 정적인 상관을 보였으며 어머니의 반응성은 유아의 주도성, 사교성에서 정적인 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아의 자기조절능력과 사회적 능력은 모두 높은 정적인 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relations between mother's rear attitude and young children's social ability and self-regulation. The subjects consisted of 183 five-years-old children and their mothers. The data were analyzed with frequency and Pearson's correlation. The results of this study were as follows; First, there were positive relations between mother's rear attitude and young children's self-regulation. There were positive relations between reasoning guidance in mother's rear attitude and self-control and impulsivity reduction in young children's self-regulation. Also there were positive relations between limit setting, intimacy, and responsiveness in mother's rear attitude and self-control, impulsivity reduction, and attentiveness in young children's self-regulation. Second, there were positive relations between mother's rear attitude and young children's social ability. The reasoning guidance, limit setting, and intimacy in mother's rear attitude showed positive relations only with initiativeness of young children's social ability. However, the responsiveness in mother's rear attitude had positive relations with initiativeness and sociability in young children's social ability. Third, there were positive relations between young children's self-regulation and social ability.
적외선 열화상 카메라를 이용한 퍼지추론 기반 열화진단 시스템 개발

In this paper, we introduce fuzzy inference-based real-time deterioration diagnosis system with the aid of infrared thermal imaging camera. In the proposed system, the infrared thermal imaging camera monitors diagnostic field in real time and then checks state of deterioration at the same time. Temperature and variation of temperature obtained from the infrared thermal imaging camera variation are used as input variables. In addition to perform more efficient diagnosis, fuzzy inference algorithm is applied to the proposed system, and fuzzy rule is defined by If-then form and is expressed as lookup-table. While triangular membership function is used to estimate fuzzy set of input variables, that of output variable has singleton membership function. At last, state of deterioration in the present is determined based on output obtained through defuzzification. Experimental data acquired from deterioration generator and electric machinery are used in order to evaluate performance of the proposed system. And simulator is realized in order to confirm real-time state of diagnostic field.
