The signal pattern recognition method by acoustic emission signal is applied to detect and classify the defects of a journal bearing in a power plant. AE signals of main defects such as overheating, wear and corrosion are obtained from a small scale model. To detect and classify the defects, AE signal pattern recognition program is developed. As the classification methods, the wavelet transformation analysis, the frequency domain analysis and time domain analysis are used. 철도를 구성하고 있는 개별 요소들을 통합 · 제어하여 안전하고 효율적인 철도운송이라는 목적을 달성할 수 있도록 설치된 시설이 철도교통관제센터이며, 이곳에서 근무하고 있는 철도교통관제사들은 철도안전과 직접 연관이 있는 관제업무를 수행한다. 철도안전법에서는 철도교통관제사를 철도의 안전업무종사자 중 핵심 종사자로 분류하고 있으나 관제사 직무에 대한 연구는 다른 종사자에 비하여 미미한 수준에 머물고 있다. 본 연구는 철도교통관제사 직무에 대한 이해를 도모하고 관제업무절차의 개선 방향을 제시하고자 시행하게 되었으며, 효과적인 연구수행을 위하여 직무단위를 책무, 과업 그리고 요소로 구분하였다. 분석 기법으로는 직접 관찰법과, 객관성을 보완하고자 전문가 면담 법을 실시하였다. 이런 과정을 거쳐 철도교통관제사의 직무를 5개의 책무, 62개 과업으로 분류하고, 62개의 과업은 요소 별로 작업순서를 정리하여 제시하였다. The railroad traffic control center is the facilities set up for the purpose of safe and efficient railway transportation by integrating and controlling the individual elements which compose railway, and The railroad traffic controller conducts traffic control job directly related railway safety at the Center. The Railway Safety Law classifies the controller as core worker among various workers related to railway safety, but the studies regarding the controller’s job has been remained at insignificant level compared to other workers. This study has been progressed to devise comprehension and to present the direction of improvement about the controller’s job processes, and job units are classified as Duties, Tasks and Elements in order to perform efficient research. Direct Observation Method is applied as analytic technique and Expert Interview supplements the weak point of the method to minimize the subjective errors. Through these processes, this study presents the Job classification of the Controller in accordance with job patterns and characters, grouping 5 duties and 60 tasks those are classified by sorting of each elements.

The present study proposes a new structure for a flat plate heat pipe which could embody a thin thickness,<br/> any shapes and high heat density a unit area. It is on the structure for the formation of vapor passages and the<br/> support of the case of the flat plate heat pipe. A screen mesh is used as the one. To verify the validity of the<br/> one, the flat plate heat pipe of 1.08mm thickness was made with a layer of the screen mesh with 14 and 100<br/> mesh number respectively and tested. Here the screen mesh with 14 mesh number plays a role of the vapor<br/> passage and the support of the case and the screen mesh with 100 mesh number functions as the wick<br/> structure. The results show that the screen mesh excellently carries out the function of the vapor passage and<br/> the support of the case.
