      • 중공 크랭크축의 비틀림 진동 해석 및 측정

        In recent years, the problems of noise and vibration are critical issues in order to reduce the weight of internal combustion engine components It is found that the bending, torsional and lateral vibration of crankshaft are the main causes of engine noise and vibration problems. Therefore it is necessary to identify the vibration behavior of crankshaft. In this paper, the vibration analysis of hollow crankshaft was carried out. The torsional vibration characteristics of hollow crankshaft were analyzed and compared with those of same size solid crankshaft in respect of equivalent mass. and stiffness by using [- DEAS. The natural frequencies and mode shapes of both crankshafts are measured by impact hammer test using LMS CADA-X system.<br/>

      • 내부손실계수 측정을 위한 실험 방법

        The purpose of this study is to determine the most appropriate experimental method of the measurement of 'damping loss factors' (DLF) for the statistical energy analysis(SEA) calculation. The successful prediction of vibration levels from the structure is critically dependent on the accurate estimation of DLF's not only in conventional vibration analysis but especially in SEA. Unforunately, calculation of accurate DLF is not an easy matter. So experimental methods are made use of for the DLF values. Three kinds of experimental methods for estimating DLF, i.e. decay rate method, half-power bandwidth method and power balance method, are presented and tests are carried out for the plate and the cylindrical shell examples. Pro and con of each methods is reviewed. Finally, calculated DLF values are used for vibration level estimation using commercial SEA software and compared with measured vibration data.tion data.

      • 승용차 muffler의 투과손실 측정 및 해석

        In order to identify the performance of currently using muffler of the 1.5/ engine class passenger vehicle, Sysnoise, a general purpose acoustic software, and GSA ( General Silencer Analysis ) developed by NOVIC Group of KAIST, were used as computational tools, and corresponding experiments were carried out. Transmission loss of a silencer with elliptic cross-section type was calculated by Sysnoise, and was compared with that of various sizes of circular cross-section type silincers. Using GSA, the transmission behavior of so called H-muffler were found out element by element, and correlated with experiments.<br/>

      • 차량 개발시의 해석 업무

        새로운 차종이 시장에 데뷔하기 위해서는 일반적으로 상품 기획에서부터 설계, 홍보까지의 수 백명의 인원과 4∼5년의 개발시간이 집중 투입된다. 자동차 회사로서는 신차를 개발 판매하기 위하여 개발, 설비를 포함한 거액의 투자를 필요로 하고 그나마 성공의 보장은 없다. 주행시 쾌적한 차량, 충돌 사고시의 승객보호 등의 고객의 요구와 강화되는 배기 규제, 환경 소음 대응, 차량개발 기간의 단축을 실현하기 위하여 컴퓨터에 의한 해석기술에 대한 요구는 증대하며, 또한 다양화해진다. 본 글에서는 이러한 개발 단계에서 중요한 한 부분인 해석 분야의 업무를 설명 하고 각 업무에 대하여 간략히 언급하기로 한다.

      • 유한요소법과 경계요소법을 이용한 수중에서의 탄성구조물의 진동모드해석 및 모델링 기법

        This paper shows hot to model the submerged elastic structures and adequate analysis tools for modal behavior when using finite element and boundary element method. Four different cases are reviewed depending on the location of the water and air. First case is that structures are filled with air and water is located outside. Second case is opposite to case one. These cases are solved by direct approach using collocation procedure. Third case is that water is located both sides of structures. Last case is that air is located both sides. These cases are solved by indirect approach using variational procedure. As analysis tools harmonic frequency sweep analysis and eigenvalue iteration method are selected to obtain the natural frequencies of vibrating submerged structures depending on the cases. Results are compared with closed form solutions of submerged spherical shell.

        전달경로기법을 이용한 철도차량 공기압축기의 전달력 예측

        Urban rapid transit systems are one of the most popular transportation methods. They are equipped withlarge-capacity air compressors because pneumatic pressure is required to supply power for braking and door openingand closing. To deal with passenger complaints regarding the vibration and noise generated during the operation of theair compressor, the following were considered. The excitation force generated in an air compressor mounted on a railwaycar was first indirectly measured. To accurately predict the excitation force transmitted to the mount rubber, theimpedance matrix method technique that uses acceleration and the inverse of the transfer functions was applied. Furtherinvestigation was conducted to determine the proper position to measure the acceleration. Then, the calculated resultsfor the transmitting forces were compared with the directly measured values.

        발달지체 영유아를 위한 서비스 지원체계 개선 방안에 대한 질적 연구

        The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of current support system for young children with developmental delay in South Korea and to explore possible improvements for the future. By implementing the qualitative research method, the interviews were conducted with seven of academics, policy experts and professionals in the field, to address the problems and possible improvements of the current support system for young children with developmental delay. It concluded as follows. First, the accountability of government needs to be enhanced to improve the support system for young children with developmental delay. Second, community-based early detection system needs to be constructed. Third, the horizontal service delivery system, linking education–care–therapy–welfare, needs to be constructed. Fourth, multidisciplinary diagnosis teams need to be formed. Fifth, service providing organizations and service management system need to be constructed. Sixth, measures for ensuring the service quality need to be made. This study has shown that, in order to improve the support system for young children with developmental delay, there are urgent needs for reformations of policies and laws, and development of the effective service delivery system. 본 연구는 우리나라에서 실행되고 있는 발달지체 영유아를 위한 서비스 지원체계의 문제점을 파악하고 그에 따른 개선 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 달성하기 위하여 학계, 현장, 정책 전문가 7인을 대상으로 심층면담을 통한 질적 연구방법으로 발달지체 영유아 서비스 지원 체계의 문제점과 개선방안을 도출하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발달지체 영유아를 위한 서비스 지원 체계 개선을 위해 국가의 책무성을 강화한다. 둘째, 지역사회 중심의 조기발견 제도를 구축한다. 셋째, ‘교육-보육-치료-복지’의 수평적 서비스 전달체계를 구축한다. 넷째, 다학문적 진단팀을 구성한다. 다섯째, 서비스 제공기관 및 관리 체계를 구축한다. 여섯째, 질적 서비스 보장 방안을 마련한다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 발달지체 영유아를 위한 서비스 체계 개선을 위해 법과 제도의 재정비가 필요하며 효과적인 서비스 전달체계 모형 개발이 시급하다.
