In this research, we investigated a selective assembly method of fabricating single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) on a silicon (Si)surface by using only a photolithographic process; then, we fabricated field-emission transistors (FETs). Photoresist (PR)patterns were made on a silicon-dioxide (SiO₂)-grown Si substrate by using a photolithographic process. This PR-patterned substrate was dipped into a SWNT solution dispersed in dichlorobenzene (DCB). The PR patterns were removed by using aceton. As a result,selectively-assembled SWNT channels could be obtained between two electrodes (source and drain electrodes) without complicated chemical steps using octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS). Finally, we successfully fabricated SWNT-based multi-channel FETs by using our novel self-assembly method. 본 논문에서 우리는 오직 포토리소그래피 (photolithography) 공정만을이용하여 단일벽 탄소 나노튜브 (single-walled carborn nanotube;SWNT)를 실리콘 기판위에 선택적으로 흡착시키는 공정 방법과 이를이용한 전계효과 트랜지스터 (field emission transistor; FET)의제작방법에 대해 고찰하였다. 산화막(SiO₂)이 형성된 실리콘 기판위에포토리소그래피 공정을 이용하여 임의의 포토레지스트 패턴이형성되었다. 포토레지스트 패턴된 기판은 SWNT가 분산된 다이클로로벤젠(dichlorobenzene)용액 속에 담가진다. 다음은 포토레지스트 패턴이제거되고, 결과적으로 octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS)를 사용하는기존의 복잡한 화학적 과정 없이도 소오스와 드레인 전극사이에선택적으로 SWNT 채널들이 자기조립 되었다. 이 자기조립공정이이용됨으로서 SWNT가 멀티 채널로 구성된 다중채널 FET가 성공적으로제작되었다.

Atypical fibrous histiocytoma is a rare variation of cutaneous fibrous histiocytoma. The histologic features of atypical fibrous histiocytoma include a proliferation of pleomorphic, spindle, and/or polyhedral cells with mainly large, hyperchromatic, irregular, bizarre nuclei, set in a background of classic features of fibrous histiocytoma. It includes spindle cell areas showing a storiform pattern and thickened, hyaline collagen bundles. Generally, atypical fibrous histiocytoma is treated by complete excision, and in most cases, a benign outcome is expected. However it has a tendency to recur locally after excision and there are a few recent reports of occasional distant metastasis. Recently we experienced a case of atypical fibrous histiocytoma in nasal cavity. Therefore we present this case of atypical fibrous histiocytoma with a brief review of literature.

Lymphangioma is a congenital malformation of the lymphatic system, commonly seen in the neck. Operation was the treatment of choice but it is difficult to resect the lymphangiomas completely. The aim of this study is to evaluate the result of intralesional injection of OK-432 as a treatment strategy of lymphangioma in children. Medical records of 51 cases of lymphangioma from March 1996 to February 2001 were reviewed retrospectively. Intralesional injection of 0.1mg OK-432 in 10ml normal saline was performed after the aspiration of as much fluid as possible. The location of the lesion was the face and neck in 26 patients, the chest wall in 14, the extremities in 9, and the abdominal wall in 2. The cystic type was present in 45 patients and the cavernous type in 6. Four postoperative recurrent cases were included. Fluid aspiration from the lesion was impossible in 5 patients. Development of fever after injection was observed in 27 patients and local inflammatory reaction was in 5 patients. There was no scar formation at injection sites. Complete shrinkage was observed in 20 patients, remarkable shrinkage in 23, slight shrinkage in 3, and no response in 5. Cystic type or aspiration-possible cases showed better outcome than cavernous type or aspiration-impossible cases. All of four recurrent cases after surgical excision showed at least remarkable shrinkage. These results indicate that intralesional injection of OK-432 is a safe and satisfactory treatment modality of lymphangiomas in children and might be considered as a treatment of choice, even in recurrent cases.
브랜드 이미지 형성을 위한 패키지디자인의 표현방법 연구 - 제주 감귤 패키지의 색상과 형태를 중심으로-

소비자는 다양한 브랜드 중, 선택에 앞서 먼저 시각적으로 흥미롭고 신선한 패키지디자인의 유혹을 받는다. 소비자의 관심을 유도할 수 있는 감각으로는 보편적으로 시각적 자극이 가장 효과적이기 때문에 패키지 디자 인에서 연출되는 색상과 형태, 로고, 일러스트레이션 등 패키지 디자인의 시각적 구성요소들이 보다 특색 있 게 표현되어야 한다. 따라서 소비자 인지에 효과적인 표현 요소가 무엇인지를 조사하여 패키지 디자인에 활용 하는데 의의를 둔다. 본 연구는 현재 제주도 내에서 판매되고 있는 5Kg 선물용 감귤 패키지와 연구를 위해 신규로 제안하는 감귤 패키지디자인을 중심으로 제주도에 거주하는 일반인에 대한 설문을 실시하고 제주감귤 패키지디자인의 시각 적 구성요소 중 색상과 형태의 변화가 소비자 인지에 어떠한 영향력이 있는지 조사 연구한다. 기존 판매되는 감귤 브랜드 패키지와 색상과 형태의 변화를 준 가상의 감귤 브랜드 패키지를 비교, 통계 분석한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 감귤 패키지디자인의 색상에 대한 표현이 두드러지게 표현되었을 경우 소비자가 상품을 인지하는데 효 과적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 감귤 패키지디자인 형태의 차별화된 표현방법은 단시간 내 에 소비자의 흥미를 유발한다는 것이 설문조사 분석결과 높은 선호도를 통해 나타났다. 따라서, 패키지디자인 에 있어서 색상과 형태 표현의 차별화는 다른 디자인 구성요소에 비해 주목성을 높이는 역할을 하고 있으며 효과적인 브랜드 이미지 형성에 영향을 미친다는 결론을 도출할 수 있었다. 제주감귤 패키지디자인에서 표현 되는 이미지를 더욱 효과적으로 증대시키기 위해서는 색상과 형태에 대한 심층적 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이 다. Among all the brands, consumers are intrigued by visually interesting and fresh packages before choosing a product. Visual components of a package design such as colors, shapes, logos, or illustrations should be expressed in more distinctive ways since visual stimulus is usually the most effective one that could attract the interests by consumers. Therefore, the significance of this study lies in the fact that this study investigated effective elements that can be expressed so as to be recognized by consumers. Those elements can be utilized in package designs. This study surveyed the general public living in Jeju Island focusing on a 5kg tangerine gift package which has currently being sold in the island and a new tangerine package design suggested for the study. And it also examined the impact of changes in colors and shapes which are visual elements of Jeju tangerine package designs on the consumers' recognition. We compared and statistically analyzed currently used package designs and a virtual brand package that has been altered in its color and shape. The results are as follows. First, we found out that distinguishing colors on a tangerine package has an effect on the consumers' recognition. Second, by reviewing high preference, we have come to learn that the differentiated expression of tangerine package designs can trigger consumers' interests in a short period of time. Therefore, we concluded that differentiated expressions in colors and shapes on a package design can better attract attentions than other design components and have an impact on shaping an effective brand image. Further studies on colors and shapes will be needed to more effectively strengthen images represented in the package designs of Jeju tangerine.
