This research examined the study of a influence relationship between the personal characteristics of Taekwondo demonstrators, performing commitment, satisfaction with performance. and performance continuous behavior. The subjects of this study were 246 Taekwondo demonstrators. The survey questionnaires were used to collect the data. The questionnaires for performing commitment had been developed by Scanlan & Simon(1993), Ku(2008), Kim(2005), Bak(2003), and Lee(2006), satisfaction with performancee had been developed by Park et al., (2016), and Hong, Thong and Tam(2006), performance continuous behavior had been developed by Yoon(2010), Yoon(2014) and Phillips(2009), The statistical methods such as Correlational Analysis and Structural equnation modeling analysis were used to analyze the collected data for the this research goal. The results were summarized as follow. First, The results showed that personal characteristics of Taekwondo demonstrators had significant impact on performing commitment partly. Second, The results showed that personal characteristics of Taekwondo demonstrators had significant impact on satisfaction with performance partly. Third, The results showed that performing commitment had significant impact on performance continuous behavior directly. Forth, The results showed that satisfaction with performance had significant impact on performance continuous behavior directly.

Background: Purified major allergens of house dust mite are essential for evaluation of the allergic mechanism in molecular basis and development of new modalities of immunemodulation. Objective: In this study, we aimed to purif group 1 and group 2 allergens from Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (Dp). In addition, cDNAs corresponding to Der pI and II in Korean Dp were isolated and recombinant Der p1 and Der pII were synthesized. Materials and method: Der pI allergen was purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation, anion -exchange column chromatography, and gel filtrat,ion chromatography. Der pII allergen was purified by anion exchange chromatography, gel filtration chromatography, and a preparative isoelectric focusing method. Results: Eight hundred ug of Der pI and 50 ug of Der pII were obtained from 100 g of culture medium and 1 g of mite bodies, respectively. The purities of these allergens were confirmed by SDS PAGE and the strong reactivity to the patient sera was identified. In order to produce a recombinant allergens, poly(A) RNA from house dust mites were isolated and used for cDNA synthesis by RT PCR. The cDNA was inserted into prokaryotic expression vector and the vectors were transformed into E. coli. A little amount of recombinant Der pI protein was produced due to the low solubility, and 1.2 mg of recombinant Der pII was produced from 1 L of E. coli culture medium. The antigenicity of Der pI was relatively weak, however, Der pII showed a strong antigenicity. Amino acid sequence of the amplified cDNA deduced from DNA sequences of Der pII showed 6 different variants. The variation of amino acid sequences suggests the possibility of high incidence of mutation of Der pII protein. Conclusion: A simplified method for the purification of Der pI and Der pII was developed. Recombinant allergens will be useful for the diagnosis and treatment of allergy with lower costs.
AGVS를 포함한 FMS에서의 가상 시스템버퍼 모델에 관한 연구

This research is concerned with buffer management in a multi-cell FMS with an AGVS. Buffers in manufacturing systems are required to reduce blocking and starving caused by breakdowns, variability in process times, and diversity of part routing. Due to the high per unit buffer cost, which primarily consists of floor space and equipment costs, the total capacity of buffers in an FMS is very limited. Proper buffer management can provide a high system efficiency. This paper presents a buffer management model for a multi-cell FMS with an AGVS and a simulation study to compare the proposed model to a conventional buffer management model in a job shop FMS.

Recently, a matter of the highest priority that the company must do for the satisfaction of customer service is that the company ensure the competitive power throughout the strategic cooperation in the market environment changing rapidly. In this situation, one of allied strategies is the supply chain management and the outsourcing is one of the supply chain management strategies. In this paper, the inventory sharing system is introduced as the method to solve two inconsistency problem such as inventory and customer service. This paper also suggests how to increase customer service and to decrease inventory throughout construction of the inventory sharing system among outsourcing companies. For this, we experimented the effect of the inventory sharing system on the supply chain dynamics by using the simulation modeling and analyzed the validity about construction of the inventory sharing system presented in this study. The simulation is designed by Vensim(Process simulation package) and has some feedback loops.

본 논문은 이미지 탐지 모델인 Faster R-CNN 을 통해 영유아가 존재하는 어린이 집, 공원, 놀이터, 거실 등의 2D 이미지를 읽어 영유아에게 위험이 되는 요소를 인식해 위험상황을 감지하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 실생활에서 쉽게 구할 수 있는 데이터를 바탕으로 탐지 모델을 구현 했으며 현재 머신 러닝 분야가 음성인식과 행위데이터를 기반으로 상용화 되어있는 반면 본 모델은 이미지를 데이터로 한 탐지 모델이 다양한 서비스 분야에서 활용 될 수 있음을 보여준다.
