시간도시주의(Chrono-Urbanism) 전략에 관한 연구 : 파리, 포틀랜드, 멜버른 사례를 중심으로

Chrono-Urbanism, which organizes the proximate realms of life temporally and spatially, is being implemented in major cities worldwide. Implemented as N-minute cities, Chrono-Urbanism is an urbanism that creates proximate living environments. In January 2023, the South Korean government announced the institutionalization of Living Zone Urban Planning for Creating N-minute Living Zones. However, the proposal merely outlines the direction of spatial planning centered around living zones, lacking concrete strategies and implementation plans. This highlights the urgent need for research into various strategies of Chrono-Urbanism. In this context, this study conducts a policy analysis and literature review of cities adopting Chrono-Urbanism to derive key strategies and planning elements. Comparative analysis was conducted on specific strategies in Paris, Portland, and Melbourne, representative cities implementing Chrono-Urbanism abroad. The analysis reveals that the common strategies is to provide necessary services for living based on proximity and to pursue projects through public-private partnerships. Furthermore, it aims to utilize existing urban resources diversely and flexibly, and to offer various affordable housing types, thereby shaping urban density and social equity. However, the primary strategies for implementing Chrono-Urbanism varied according to the nature of the city. This research holds significance for the applicability of Chrono-Urbanism in domestic cities and for seeking guidelines for institutionalizing Living Zone Urban Planning for Creating N-minute Living Zones.

A number of automobiles are increasing and emission regulation is has been stringent recently. Although a lot of studies have been carried out to improve fuel consumption for CO₂and cost reduction, they are still required urgently. When diesel or gasoline supplies from a fuel tank to a fuel delivery pipe, some excessive amount fuel can cause to an imperfect combustion due to an unstable fuel pressure occurred by fuel pumping. In this research, in order to prevent varying pressures inside a fuel tank due to amount of fuel inside the tank, ambient temperatures, other environmental effects and driving conditions, a flow simulation techniques have been applied to an engine capsule invented by 3EN Tech CO.,LTD using CFO technique and provides some theoretical bases and design considerations for an effective fuel supplying system. Furthermore, this study emphasizes on the parameter study such as the number of nozzle holes, hole size, height of plates and the number of plates because they are considerations to decide an optimal design configuration for a stable fuel supplying system.
