The importance of pediatric inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) has grown significantly, for the incidence of pediatric inflammatory bowel disease in Korea has been rapidly increasing in recent years. One quarter of the new IBD patients has been known to be presented in childhood. Growth and pubertal delay are one of key factors in the management of pediatric IBD. The focus of treatment in children should be to reduce or eliminate symptoms, optimize nutritional status and growth, and prevent complications. This review will deal with the evidence supporting the treatments currently used in children with inflammatory bowel disease.

중등학교 사회과에서의 경제 윤리 교육 모형 정립에 관한 연구 : 기본 고려점을 중심으로 An Introductory Discourse

본 연구는 중등학교 사회과 교육을 통한 경제 교육에서 경제 윤리 교육의 강화 필요성에 대한 세 가지의 계기와 그 속에 담긴 문제의식을 근거로, 체계적인 경제윤리 교육모형의 설정에 있어 기본 고려점을 도출하고 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2장에서는 이제까지 있어 온 학교 경제 교육 활동을 경제학의 구조와 소극적 경제사회화 및 적극적 경제 사회화 등의 개념으로 구조화하고, 학교 경제 교육에서의 경제 윤리 교육의 필요성을 제기하였다. 이러한 논의를 통해 학교 경제 교육에 있어 경제 윤리 교육은 보완적이거나 부수적인 영역이 아니라 오히려 핵심적이고 주도적인 영역이 되어야 함을 주장하였다. 이어 3 장에서는 경제 윤리란 개념을 중심으로 논의되었거나 논의되고 있는 것들을 사회과를 통한 경제 윤리 교육의 적용에 염두에 두고, 이를 목표와 교육과정 및 교수학습 방법 등과 대응되게끔 재구성하여 분석, 정리하였다. 이어 4장에서는 3장에서 논의된 결과를 기초로 학교 경제 윤리 교육모형을 정립함에 있어 새롭게 고려하여할 기본적인 사항들을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 정리하면 다음과 같다. (1) 경제 활동의 본질에 대한 이해와 수용이 언급되어야 한다. 경제 활동은 그것 자체로서 사실적인 이해의 대상으로서 뿐만 아니라 그것의 본래적 가치를 가지고 있음을 강조하여야 한다. 이 과정에서 경제 활동의 도구적이고 목적 지향적인 성격보다는 상호의존성, 즉 협동적이면서 경쟁적인 성격이 부각되어야 한다. (경제윤리 교육의 목표 혹은 지향가치) (2) 사회적 인간활동의 구체적인 양식은 직업이나 그 활동의 사회적 기능에서 자연스럽고 구체적으로 드러나므로 이를 내용조직의 준거로 삼을 만하고, 구체적인 제시 형식으로는 문제중심의 형식이 권장될 필요가 있다. (내용조직의 준거) (3) 이와 함께 인간의 사회적 활동으로서의 경제활동의 목적 또는 그것에 내재된 가치는 이미 정해져 있는 것이 아니라 계속 탐색되고 추구되어야 하는 것이므로 이를 위해서는 통시적 관점에서는 경제활동의 역사와 이를 개념화한 이론의 변천을 이해할 수 있도록 해야 한다. (내용영역 1) (4) 경제활동의 내재적 가치는 제도와 조직 등을 통해 드러날 수 있는 것이므로 경제활동의 상규(常規)나 경제법에 대한 이해도 필요할 것이며, 이러한 사회적 규범의 근거로서 관련되는 윤리적 사조 내지는 견해에 대한 최소한의 이해가 필요할 것이다. (내용영역 2) (5) 경제활동에 내재한 가치를 알 게 하는 것은 단순한 명제적 지식의 전수만을 통해서는 한계가 있으므로 교사의 시범, 간접전달, 대화법, 탐구학습, 이야기 들려주기 등의 교육방법을 새롭게 바라볼 필요가 있을 것이다. (교수학습 방법) The purpose of this study is to present some points to ponder for the development of instructional model of economic ethic education in secondary social studies education. For this purpose I analyzed the literature and research on the social needs on economic ethics in and out of social studies education. As a result, the followings are derived as general points to ponder in constructing the economic ethic education in secondary social studies education. The first point to consider is that there is urgent need of reorganizing the current economic education centering on economic ethic education. Considering changes in social needs and changes in the rationale of social studies in secondary school, secondary social studies education as citizenship education should set a goal for counter-socialization. This proposition is not new at all, but just to recover the inherent nature of social studies. For this secondary economic education should give stress on the economic ethic education, not on the cognitive part of economic education. The second point to ponder is to vitalize the economic characteristics in economic ethic education. For this we should not simply apply the general moral principle to economic problem but internalize the core value inherent in economic activities. In this regard the concept of a practice (social human activity)by MacIntyre have good reason to be stressed on. And realizing general consideration as above I suggested four concrete strategies as follows. ① The inherent nature of value-laiden economic activities should be presented more clearly in textbook and class activities. In other words the economic activities is not just a means to satisfy the needs but have a unique value as collaboration and interdependence to realize the human dignity. ② Considering the nature of inherent value of economic activities, student can have opportunity to learn the history of economic life and theory of economic theory. ③ The inherent value of economic activities is just operant within economic institution and organization, so it is necessary that students should have understanding of social norm and economic law as minimum limits to economic activities. ④ Understanding of the ethics or values inherent economic activities is not possible just through learning of propositional knowledge on economic ethic. Thus the instructional methods such as narrative method, socratic inquiry method, modeling and indirect transmission are recommended in economic ethic classroom activities.

단순 지지된 원형평판의 자유진동

This paper describes an experimental study of the low frequency transverse vibration modes of a thin circular flat plate that is simply supported at three or four points on the circumference, carried out by using time-averaged holographic interferometry. The main purpose of the experimental investigation was to determine the natural frequencies and the corresponding mode shapes of the circular plate with three or four simple support points. Natural vibration modes exceeding 50 have been obtained for the two kinds of plates. The natural frequencies obtained have been expressed in terms of a dimensionless frequency parameter. The analytical solutions for the vibrational modes of a thin circular flat plate that is simply supported at three or four points on the circumference are presented. The mode shapes and corresponding eigen values are also obtained. Results show that the modes can be grouped into four different types depending on the manner by which they receive the pressure at the support points. The experimental results are compared with the present theoretical values.

An integrated production-inventory model with raw material lot splitting is analyzed. The model incorporates the problem of determining the production batch size and the procurement policy for the deteriorating raw material. It is found that the production-inventory system is sensitive to raw material lot splitting. When The deteriorating constants are quite large and/or the ordering costs of raw material are small relative to the other system costs, a substantial cost savings would be achieved if we raw material lot splitting.

구와 평면간의 구름접촉거동에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 동적인 상태에서 구름접촉 거동을 좀더 명확히 하기 위해서 마 찰의 발생기구가 탄성이력손실에 기인한다는 이론을 기초로 압축 코일스프링을 이용한 감쇠자유진동시스템으로 구성된 실험장치에 의해서 구의 직경, 수직하중, 평면만의 표 면거칠기를 변화시켜 구름접촉면의 감쇠특성을 검토하고 이로부터 구름마찰력과 대수 감쇠율을 구한 다음 대수감쇠율과 진폭의 관계를 이용해서 실험에 의한 새로운 접촉폭 산출방법을 제시하고 Hertz이론에 의한 접촉폭과 마찰이론의 역학적 해석에 의한 접촉 폭과 비교, 분석해 보았다. he rolling contact behaviors between a smooth ball and a flat rough surface under dynamic load are intricately affected by many factors, such as the diameter of a ball, normal load and the roughness of a flat surface etc. Accordingly, the experimental study is done to find them on the base of elastic hysteresis loss as theoretical approach is very difficult. The experimental apparatus composed of damped-free vibration system is used. This paper investigates the damping characteristics on the rolling contact area through rolling friction force and logarithmic decrement versus displacement obtained in accordance with the variations of those factors, and presents a new experimental method to find out contact width using the relations of logarithmic decrement and rolling friction force with displacement.

원인특성 허용차의 안정성설계

Determining the tolerance of materials and parts for the given specification of finished goods is still longstanding problem to be solved in engineering department. The method of determining engineering tolerance proposed by Taguchi is well known for its simple concept and so can be easily used in practical fields. In reality, three major factors to determine the tolerance(the cost factors, parameters for the distribution of the cause-characteristics, and the relationship between the cause-characteristics and the object-characteristics) are uncertain yet. This study proposes a robust design procedure to determine the tolerance of the cause-characteristics. A hypothetical problem is analyzed to show the usefulness of the proposed procedure.

The ever increasing demands for enhanced competitiveness of engineered products require a "designing-in-quality" strategy that can effectively and efficiently incorporate multiple design objectives into design. Robust design can be viewed as a multi-characteristic design problem requiring tradeoffs between mean and variance characteristics. Firstly this paper analyzes the intrinsic preference of the traditional SN ratio on mean and variance, and secondly presents a new design metric for a robust design using concepts from utility theory to accurately capture designer′s intent and preference on mean and variance. The steps to apply the proposed design metric as the robust design criterion in an orthogonal array based engineering experimentation is presented with the aid of a demonstrative case study. The performance of the proposed design metric is tested, and the results are discussed.
