The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between workout willing and athlete satisfaction depending on the type of leader's leadership in wrestling. in order to achieve this objective, we worked with 201 athletes chosen by stratified cluster random sampling from a population of athletes joined to Korean wrestling federation. So we analyzed collected data with tools as statistic program including descriptive statistic and standard multiple regression analysis. finally, we could get some conclusions as follows through above procedures. First, There is relationship between exercise willing and leadership type in wrestling. That means democratic coaching influences absolute desire and relative desire statistically. Second, There is relationship between athlete satisfaction and leadership type in wrestling. That means leader's directions and discipline influence athlete's satisfaction statistically. Third, There is relationship between wrestler's workout desire and satisfaction. That means absolute exercise desire and relative desire influence athlete satisfaction statistically.
