하절기 및 동절기 근권부 온도조절이 알스트로메리아 절화 생육 및 품질에 미치는 영향

지온상승억제 효과는 차광망(50%)+냉각수순환 평균 18.8oC(최고 23oC)가 가장 좋았으며, 차광망(50%)+지 하수순환 23.2oC(28.5oC), 차광도포제(30%)와 차광망 (50%)이 각각 24oC(최고 30oC) 순으로 나타났다. 고온기 근권냉각수 순환 효과가 가장 큰 모데나 품종은 절화장이 95.9 cm, 생체중이 67.0 g으로 가장 좋게 나타났다. 처리별 수량증가는 차광망(50%)처리에 비해 차광망(50%)+냉 각수순환이 121%로 가장 많았고, 차광망(50%)+지하수 순환, 차광도포제(30%)는 각각 59%와 65% 증가하였다. 하우스내부 야간온도를 8oC로 관리하였을 때 근권온수 순환이 평균 18oC 유지하여 무처리에 비해 약 8oC 정도 지온상승효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 동절기 지하부 온수순환처리에 의한 알스트로메리아 생육은 아스펜, 모데나, 샤넬 품종에서 절화장, 생체중 등 생육이 가장 좋았으며, 보르도 품종은 절화장이 다소 작게 나타났다. 근권온수 순환처리가 생육을 증가시킨 결과로 아스펜 등 4품종 모두에서 꽃목길이, 꽃목경경, 꽃수 및 꽃무게 등절화품질 또한 증가하였다. 생산량 또한 크게 증가하여 모데나 품종에서 38% 이상으로 가장 높았고, 아스펜, 보르도, 샤넬 순이었다. Rising soil temperature was effectively controled by shading net of 50% and cooled water to maintain average 18.8oC (maximum 23oC), then shading net of 50% and ground water to maintain average 23.2oC (max. 28.5oC), shading paint of 30% and shading net (50%) to maintain average 24oC (max. 30oC) in that order. Alstroemeria ‘Modena’ most affected by shading and cooling water was better in shoot length as 95.9 cm and fresh weight as 67 g than those of other treatments. The production of cut flower was increased more 121% with treatment 50% shading net and cooling water, 59% with 50% shading net and ground water, and 65% with 30% shading paint than that of 50% shading net, respectively. Soil temperature was higher 8oC with the plot of circulating warm water than untreated control plot. Alstroemeria ‘Aspen’, ‘Modena’, and ‘Chanel’ increased more plant growth such as plant height, fresh weight in warm water than in untreated control plot, but Alstroemeria ‘Bordeaux’ decreased plant height. Because of increasing plant growth, flower quality such as peduncle length, peduncle diameter, floret number and flower weight of 4 all cultivar was better in the plot of circulating warm water than untreated control plot. Also, the production of cut flower was increased the most in Alstroemeria ‘Modena’ by 38%, ‘Aspen’, ‘Bordeaux’, and ‘Chanel’ in that order.

가시가 적은 분홍백색 장미 ‘필라’ 육성

절화장미 ‘Feella’는 전라남도농업기술원에서 육성한 분홍백색의 스탠다드 장미이다. 분홍색이며 대형계인 ‘Nobless’를 모본으로 하 고, 중형계이며 적색으로 다수성 품종인 샤샤를 부본으로 교배하여 육성하였다. 2006년에 교배하여 실생을 양성하고 2009년부터 2010년까지 3회의 특성검정과 품종평가회를 실시한 결과, 절화특성 이 우수한 JR0657-35(Chonnam D1-65) 계통을 선발하였다. 화 형과 화색이 예쁜 ‘Feella’의 수량은 124.0본/m2/년으로 절화장이 71.4cm, 꽃 크기가 10.0cm, 꽃잎 수는 83.5매이며 절화수명은 10.2일이었다. A new standard rose cultivar ‘Feella’ was bred from the cross between purple standard cultivar ‘Nobless’ and red standard cultivar ‘Sacha’ at the Jeollanam-do Agricultural Research and Extension Services (JARES). The cross was made in 2006, and seedlings were produced. After the evaluation of specific characters from 2009 to 2010, it was finally selected and named. ‘Feella’ has standard flower type with purple white color (RHS Color Chart Purple Group 65A, White Group N155C). A purple white standard cultivar has good flower shape and round flower type. The major characteristics of this cultivar were as follows: this cultivar produced 124.0 stems/m2/ year, and it showed 71.4 cm in length of cut flower, 10.0 cm in flower diameter, 83.5 in petal number, and 10.2 days in vase life. This cultivar can be propagated by both cutting and grafting. The consumer’s preference of this cultivar is relatively higher than that of control cultivar, ‘Nobless’.

가시가 적은 분홍색 장미 ‘노블아이’ 육성

절화장미 ‘노블아이’ 품종은 전라남도농업기술원에서 육성한 분홍색 스탠다드 품종으로 수세가 강하고 화형이 예쁜 분홍색 ‘노블레스’를 모본으로, 분홍색이며 다수 성인 ‘프리티우먼’을 부본으로 하여 2003년에 인공교배 하였다. 2006년부터 2009년까지 3회의 특성조사와 생 산력검정을 실시하여 화형이 예쁘고 수량성이 우수한 ‘노블아이’ 품종을 육성하였다. 스탠다드 대형계 품종으 로 화색이 분홍색이며 가시가 적고 꽃잎수는 40.5매로 절화수명이 9.4일이었다. 또한 절화수량은 125.7본/m2/ 년으로 대비품종 ‘노블레스’ (110.4본/m2/년)에 비해 14% 증수되었다. ‘노블아이’ 품종은 묘번식이 잘되며 소비자 기호도 평가에서 대비품종에 비해 좋은 평가를 받았다. A new standard pink rose cultivar ‘Noble Eye’ was bred from the cross between pink standard cultivar ‘Noblesse’ and pink standard cultivar ‘Pretty Woman’ at the Jeollanamdo Agricultural Research and Extension Services (JARES). The cross was made in 2003 and, ‘Noble Eye’ was finally selected in 2009 after investigating characteristics for three times from 2006 to 2009. ‘Noble Eye’ a pink standard cultivar has good flower shape with few prickles. The major characteristics of this cultivar was 125.7 stems/m2/year in yield. 69.8 cm in length of cut flower, 6.6 cm in flower diameter, 40.5 in petal number, and 9.4 days in vase life. This cultivar can be propagated by both cutting and grafting. The consumer’s preference of this cultivar was relatively higher than that of control cultivar, ‘Noblesse’.

수세가 강한 밝은분홍색 정원장미 ‘케이쓰리’ 육성

A new standard rose cultivar ‘White Jwelry’ was bred from the cross between purple standard cultivar ‘Saphir’ and purple standard cultivar ‘Noblesse’ at the Jeollanamdo Agricultural Research and Extention Services (JARES). The cross was made in 2007 and seedlings were produced. After the evaluation of specific characters from 2009 to 2011, it was finally selected and named as “'White Jwelry” that has standard flower type with white color (RHS Color Chart White Group 155C). The major characteristics of this cultivar were as follows: this cultivar produced 143.6 stems/m2/year, and it showed 66.4cm in length of cut flower, 10.4 cm in flower diameter, 45.6 in petal number, and 10.3 days in vase life. This cultivar can be propagated by both cutting and grafting. Tthe consumer’s preference of this cultivar is relatively higher than that of control cultivar, ‘Rose Yumi’.

A New Rose Cultivar, “Danmi” with White Color and Few Prickles for Cut Flower

A new white colored spray rose (Rosa hybrida Hort.) cultivar Danmi was developed at the Jeollanamdo AgriculturalResearch and Extention Services (JARES) after seedling and line selection in 2002, and its characteristics were examined twicefrom 2004 to 2005. Cultivar Danmi which was crossed between Milion Pink and Little Mabel shows a white group colordays. This cultivar was registered as a comercial cultivar in 2005. It will be available to be cultured in all greenhouse region inKorea and will be released to farmers in 2006.

흰가루병에 강한 적색 장미 ‘레드볼’ 육성

A new standard rose cultivar ‘Red Ball’ was bred from the cross between light red standard cultivar ‘Red Sandra’ and red standard cultivar ‘Tiamo’ at the Jeollanamdo Agricultural Research and Extention Services (JARES). The cross was made in 2004 and seedlings were produced. After the evaluation of specific characters from 2007 to 2009, it was finally selected and named as ‘Red Ball’ that has standard flower type with light red color (RHS Color Chart Red Group 46A). The major characteristics of this cultivar were as follows : this cultivar produced 128.8 stems/m2/year, and it showed 68.4cm in length of cut flower, 9.3cm in flower diameter, 49.8 in petal number, and 9.9 days in vase life. This cultivar can be propagated by both cutting and grafting. The consumer’s preference of this cultivar is relatively higher than that of control cultivar, ‘Tiamo’.

가시가 적은 진분홍색 스프레이 장미 ‘라이브핑크’ 육성

절화용 장미 ‘Live Pink’ 는 전라남도농업기술원에서 육성한 진분홍색 스프레이 품종으로 수세가 강하고 동계생산성이 높은 백색 ‘White Candy’를 모본으로 적색이며 화형이 예쁜 ‘Madonna’를 부본으로 하여 2004년에 인공교배 하였다. 화형과 화색이 예쁘고 수량성이 우수하며 가시가 적은 2계통을 최종 2차 선발하였다. 2007년부터 2008년까지 3회에 걸쳐 특성 및 생산력검정을 실시하여 화색이 진분홍색이며 꽃이 크고 수량성도 우수하며 절화수명이 긴 ‘Live Pink’를 육성하였다. 육성된 품종은 스프레이 품종으로 꽃의 직경이 5.5 cm, 절화장이 68.4 cm, 절화수명이 10.1일로 줄기가 곧고 절화수명이 우수하다. 절화의 수량은 3회 특성 및 생산력 검정결과 121.5 본/m2/년으로 대비품종 ‘Madonna’(116.5 본/m2/년)에 비해 4.3% 증대되었다. A new spray rose cultivar ‘Live Pink’ was bred from the cross between white spray cultivar, ‘White Candy’ and red spray cultivar ‘Madonna’ at the Jeollanamdo Agricultural Research and Extension Services (JARES). The cross was made in 2004, and ‘Live Pink’ was finally selected in 2008 after investigating characteristics for three times from 2007 to 2008. ‘Live Pink’, a strong pink spray cultivar has large and moderate pink flowers. This cultivar has average yield of 121.5 stems/m2 /year, cut flower length of 68.4 cm, flower diameter of 5.5 cm, 30.9 petals, and vase life of 9.8 days. This cultivar can be propagated by both cutting and grafting. The consumer’s preference of this cultivar was relatively higher than that of ‘Madonna’.

흰가루병 저항성 및 가시가 적은 적색 장미 신품종 "레드참"

The cross was made in 2003 and, "Red Charm" was finally selected in 2008 after investigating characteristics for three times from 2007 to 2008. "Red Charm", a red standard cultivar has good flower shape and velvet flower color. The major characteristics of this cultivar are on average 119.3 stems/m2/year in yield, 69.5 cm in length of cut flower, 10.3 cm in flower diameter, 36.9 in petal number, and 9.8 days in vase life. This cultivar can be propagated by both cutting and grafting. The consumer's preference of this cultivar, "Red Charm" is relatively higher than that of control cultivar, "Red Velvet".

부케용 백분홍색 장미 「이노센스」육성

2006년에 육성한 절화장미 ‘Innocence’ 품종은 전라 남도농업기술원에서 육성한 백·분홍색 스탠다드 품종으 로 수세가 강한 백색 ‘Juvena’를 모본으로 하고, 녹백색 이며 가시가 적고 흰가루병에 강한 ‘Greensuccess’를 부 본으로 하여 2001년에 인공교배하였다. 화형과 화색이 예쁘고 꽃잎수가 적합한 4계통을 2002년 1차 선발한 후 수세가 강하고 수량이 많고 화형이 예쁜 2계통을 2003년 2차선발하고 2004년부터 2006년까지 특성 및 생 산력검정을 실시하였다. 새로 육성된 ‘Innocence’ 품종 은 스탠다드 대형계 품종으로 화심 중앙에 분홍색이 있는 백·분홍색 장미로 향기가 있으며 흰가루병 저항성 정도 는 중간으로 절화지 중간에서 상단부분까지 가시가 적은 편이었다. 꽃 크기가 10.9 cm, 절화장 68.0 cm, 절화수명 이 10.7일로 우수하고 3년 동안의 검정결과 연중 꽃수량 은 118.7본·m2으로 대비품종 ‘Rose Yumi’(119.3본·m2) 와 비슷하였다. The cross was made in 2001 and, ‘Innocence’ was finally selected in 2006 after investigating characteristics for three times from 2004 to 2006. ‘Innocence’ a white-pink standard cultivar has good flower shape with few prickles. The major characteristics of this cultivar were 118.7 stems·m-2 in year yield, 68.0 cm in length of cut flower, 10.9 cm in flower diameter, 34.4 in petal number, and 10.7 days in vase life. This cultivar can be propagated by both cutting and grafting. The consumer’s preference of this cultivar was relatively higher than that of control cultivar, ‘Rose Yumi’.
