        주장의 경영환경 개선방안에 관한 연구 : 행정법규를 중심으로

        Since 1962 a public proclamation and establishment by sanitation law, the present situation was so rapidly change, it was can't acceptance the reality. The construction of administrative law have many problems distance to reality, the present we need to fixed it and making affirmatively reorganizations. This study sought to analysis the problem of current relevant sanitation law with a focus on the other laws and shows plan for resolution. The results are as follows. First, the regulation should be changed to exclude the store which serves the alcohol beverage as main item from the category of general pubs. Second, the regulation should be changed to abolish the restriction code on installation of good entertainment equipments which are nor fire hazard or acceptable to society in general, such as jukebox, billiards, dart, game, etc., because the store equipments are quite important as the interior or exterior decoration of the stores in terms of marketing policy. Third, regulation should be changed to abolish the duty to attend the annual education class. Instead, it should be replaced to attend the class when necessary, such as, in times of violation of law, possibility or occurrence of health problems to customers, and so an. Forth, current alcohol taxation regulation regulation should be amended to define the alcohol product as having the alcohol content exceeding 0.5%. Fifth, for simple violations which could be easily correctted, the warning system should be adopted, and because the forced closing of business for certain period could have a huge impart on a violator's family, not just the violator him preherself, the penalty system should be extended to make it possible to pay the fine instead of forced closure. Sixth, for the small businesses bar, which are defined to have the business areas smaller than 30㎡, the licensing system should be changed, so that notification or reporting of opening of business could be enough instead of going through the approval processes. Finally, regulation should be changed to give out the permission only limitedly for the entertainment pub category, in order to improve the quality through completion and for the quarantine of independent operation of the businesses. This study had limits was cannot put together a filed opinions. To follows, the more systematic and continuous study should be executed to over come those kinds of limits. I hope that we have put together a field opnions and we need to repair works the future.

        IMF시대의 휴양지 관광호텔식당경영 개선방안에 관한 연구 : 경주지역 특1등급 관광호텔을 중심으로 Focusing in Kyongju Area

        The recession, which resulted from foreign exchange crisis, has made difficulty to manage tourist resort hotel restaurant and caused the hotel management a total chaos. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present management problems in tourist hotel restaurant and to recommend reform measures. This research used two reference points. First one is using library references such as books, reports and statistics. The other one is field study through interviewing employees who work in hotels. One of tourist hotel restaurant problems is oversupply of goods in the light of quality and quantity. In addition, it is difficult for them to accomplish in a segmented organization. They lost competition, due to the lack of differential menu and ineffective price decision as well as their computerization which is still in early stage for the improvement of labor productivity. Increased membership product could not make it to stimulate buying power and the effect of computerization is proved to be limited. The study reveals hotels are supposed to run a restaurant, which was a proper dimension for customer demand, to be differentiated, and to improve a productivity with All Round Players. Second, it establishes an American organization system which could achieve a responsible manager. Third, it has discovered hotels must recover a price competition by using a creative menu development and cost control. Fourth, simple labor intensive tasks should be computerized as soon as possible. Finally, the hoteliers should attack the itch market through membership package development and increase job effectiveness by a real construction of competition.
