Researcher visited the Field Museum located in Chicago, the United States to investigate nearly 160 pieces of Korean costume properties among about 840 pieces of Korean collection housed in the Field Museum for 3 weeks starting from February 2008. This study selected three pieces of armoured garments and four pieces of Dangui (ceremonial jacket) among the Korean costume properties housed in the Field Museum eminently worthy of research in comparison with Korean collection at home and abroad to analyze their figurative characteristics and to conduct a research in comparison with the similar costume properties at home and abroad. Three pieces of armors housed in the Field Museum are all in Dugeong-gap shape. And a piece of armor for soldiers whose cotten is imprinted with pattern and two pieces of armors for generals which are wrapped with a fur on the red cotten flannel, and two pieces of helmets which match with the armors are housed there. All of these are kept in a very good condition compared to the remaining armoured garments housed in the domestic museums and their collected time is obvious, which provides the solid foundation of the researches on the characteristics of the armors of Joseon dynasty in 19th century. Hyungbe (rank badge) for decoration are attached to three pieces out of the four pieces of Dangui housed in the Field Museum. It is very unusual that Hyungbe for decoration are attached to Dangui for adult women. In addition, it is interesting that they are different from each other representing some part of Husu, Hyungbe embroidered with Gubong figure, and Hyungbe with Geumjeonji embroidered with Su (壽) figure. Researches on Korean costume properties housed in overseas museums are considered invaluable as a cultural asset with which the creativity of our culture is studied and global cultures are interacted. 연구자는 2008년 2월 약 3주간에 걸쳐 미국 시카고에 자리한 필드 자연사 박물관을 방문 하여 필드 자연사 박물관 소장 약 840여점의 한국문화재 중 160여점에 이르는 복식문화재를 연구하였다. 본 연구는 필드 자연사 박물관 소장 한국 복식문화재 중 국내외 소장 한국 문화 재와 비교 연구 가치가 있는 3벌의 갑주와 4벌의 당의 유물을 선정하여 그 조형적 특징을 분 석하고 비슷한 유형의 국내외 복식문화재와 비교 연구한 것이다. 필드 자연사 박물관소장 3벌의 갑옷은 모두 두정갑 형태로, 무명 위에 무늬를 찍은 군사용 갑옷 1벌과 홍색 융 위에 모피를 두른 장수의 갑옷 2벌 그리고 갑옷과 한 벌을 이루는 투구 2점이 소장되어 있다. 이들 모두는 국내 박물관 소장 갑주유물에 비해 보관상태가 매우 좋고 소장 시기가 분명하여 19세기 조선의 갑옷의 특징을 연구하는데 소중한 자료가 된다. 필드 자연사 박물관소장 4벌의 당의 중 3벌의 당의에는 장식용 흉배가 부착되어 있다. 성 인 여성의 당의에 장식용 흉배가 부착된 예는 매우 이례적이다. 또한 그 형태가 후수조각, 구 봉무늬 자수 흉배, 수(壽)자 무늬 금전지 흉배 등 각기 다른 형식으로 제작된 점이 흥미롭다. 해외 박물관 소장 한국 복식문화재 연구는 우리문화의 독창성을 연구하고 세계문화와 소 통하는 역할을 하는 문화 자산으로서의 가치가 매우 크다.

호텔종사원의 조직 내 무례가 감정소진, 정서적 몰입, 직무성과에 미치는 영향

특급 호텔 기업 내에서 상사 및 동료의 무례가 감정소진과 정서적 몰입에 따른 직무 성과 에 미치는 영향을 파악 하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 모집단은 관광기업을 대표하는 호텔에 근무하는 직원으로 1년 이상 근무하고 있는 종사원을 대상으로 조직 내 무례가 감정소진과 정서적 몰입의 매개효과를 통한 직무성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하고자 하였다. 실증분석을 위하여 부산과 서울의 특급호텔 종사원 대상으로 수집된 유효표본 총 252부를 분석에 활용하였다. 연구의 결과에 따르면 조직 내 동료 무례는 감정 소진에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치나, 조직 내 상사의 무례는 감정소진에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 조직 내 동료 및 상사의 무례는 정서적 몰입에 유의한 음(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 감정소진은 직무성과에 유의한 음(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 반면 정서적 몰입은 직무성과에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 기업의 성과를 높이기 위해서는 종사원의 직무성과를 높이는 데 긍정적인 요인인 정서적 몰입을 높이고, 부정적인 요인이 감정소진을 줄이기 Services companies are exposed to a competitive environment for sustainable competitive advantage. Workplace incivility has become an important workplace stressor in hospitality industry. The purpose of this study is to analyze effects of hotel employees experienced workplace incivility on job and psychological outcomes (emotional exhaustion, affective commitment, job performance). Usable responses were obtained from 252 employee. The results showed that co-worker’s incivility has a significant positive effect on emotional exhaustion. However, supervisor’s incivility was not found to positively affect emotional exhaustion. Supervisor’s incivility and co-worker’s incivility were found to negatively affect affective commitment. In addition, emotional exhaustion was found to negatively affect job performance, while affective commitment positively affected job performance. This result was intended to provide practical implications for managing workplace incivility and emotional exhaustion in the hotel industry.

중국 소비자들의 한국 마스크팩에 대한 인식 분석

본 연구는 최근 중국 뷰티 시장 내 마스크팩 판매율 10위권내를 차지하고 있는 한국 마스크팩에 대한 중국인들의 인식, 선택속성, 만족도를 조사하여 향 후 한국 마스크팩의 국외 시장 진출을 위한 마케팅 자료를 제공 하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 한류에 대한 인식정도, 특히 연예·음악 선호는 한국 마스크팩 선택속성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(β=.323, p<.05). 또 만족도, 재구매 의도 모두 한류의 영향이 매우 크게 작용한 것으로 나타났고 중국여성들의 소비증가와 사회진출로 인한 외모관리도 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 아직 한국 상품의 안전성과 효능에 대한 신뢰가 확립되지 못하고 있어 향 후 이러한 기술 부분의 개선과 국내 화장품 회사들의 구체적인 대안이 마련된다면 우리나라 K-뷰티 산업은 중국뿐 아니라 국내외 시장에서 더욱 활성화 될 것으로 판단된다. This study was designed to present the direction of Korean K-beauty by examining awareness, selection attributes, and satisfaction of the Chinese on Korean brand mask packs, which currently rank among the top 10 mask packs in China’s beauty market. As a result, the perception of Korean Wave, especially entertainment / music preference, has a positive (+) effect on Korean mask pack choice attributes. Also, it was found that the influence of the Korean Wave greatly affected both satisfaction and repurchase intention. The increase of Chinese women 's consumption and the appearance of the society due to the advancement of the society also affects the appearance. However, the safety and efficacy of the product has yet to be established. If the improvement of these technologies and the countermeasures of domestic cosmetics companies are provided, Korea's K-Beauty industry will be more active in the domestic and overseas markets.

다문화 그림책에 대한 지역아동센터 아동들의 반응 분석

This study purposes to improve multicultural receptivity and sensitivity of children who uses the regional childcare center by analyzing the responses of them to the multicultural picture books and to provide base materials for the positive multicultural recognition required to grow as a member of a multicultural society in the future. In such, 8 children of age 6 and 7 who use J regional childcare center had participated in the study, and a total of 4 multicultural picture books are used. The oral, picture, oral response on letter, and letter writing activities on picture books are collected, and the qualitative analysis on the collected materials had been implemented. As a result of the study, the children had shown exclusion, acceptance, curiosity, envy, generous and warm eyes from unfamiliar lives of characters in the picture books. By focusing on the dragged study results, the discussion on the multicultural receptivity and sensitivity improvements of the regional multicultural childcare center had been made. 본 연구는 다문화그림책에 대한 지역아동센터이용 아동의 반응을 분석함으로써 지역아동센터 이용 아동들이 문화의 다양성을 이해하고 존중하는 인식과 태도를 향상시킬 수 있는 다문화 교육에 시사점을 주고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 J지역아동센터를 이용하는 만 6, 7세 아동 8명이 연구에 참여하였으며 총 4권의 다문화 그림책이 사용되었다. 참여 아동들을 대상으로 그림책 독후활동, 그림그리기, 편지쓰기 활동이 실시되었고 이에 대한 자료 및 구두반응 자료가 수집되었다. 수집 자료에 대한 질적분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 아동들의 반응은 그림책 등장인물에 대한 낯섧 안에서 배타와 수용, 궁금함과 선망, 너그럽고 따뜻한 시선의 모습의 범주로 나타났다. 도출된 연구결과를 중심으로 지역아동센터 아동들의 그림책 독후활동과 아동들의 다문화 수용성과 감수성 향상 방향에 대한 논의를 하였다.
