본 논문에서는 다음과 같은 관점의 광각 2군 줌 렌즈 설계를 소개한다. 먼저전역최적화의 개념을 기초설계단계에서 도입하고, 이를 통해 현대의 수많은 데이터들을 체계적으로 계통화하고 단순화할 수 있는 설계방안을 제안한다. 구체적인 방안으로 전역설 계를 위해 전역구조함수라는 새로운 개념의 함수를 도입하였고 단순화시켰으며, 나아가 약간의 대수적인 혹은 수치적인 계산을 통해 전역 해 영역을 구하였다. 전역 해 영역은 전역최적화에 대응되는 개념이고 상용화된 설계프로그램들 보다 더 체계적이고 통찰적인 설계방향을 제시한다. We introduce a new design technique by treating a two-group zoom lens system with a wide angle of view. First, the concept of the global optimization is introduced in the initial design stage, and from this, the global design technique is completed by analyzing and summarizing large quantities of modern design data. That is, we define the global structure function to achieve a new conceptual design technique for global optimization. And the function is put in a simple form by referring lots of patent data, manipulated with other algebraic equations, and solved finally such that we obtain the global solution region. The global solution region corresponds to the global optimization and suggests insightful systematized directions for the design of two-group zoom lens systems. These directions are attractive compared to global optimization.

To clarify for the presence of infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) in Korea before 1986, in which the virus was first isolated, materials collected from chicken diagnostic consignments between 1980 and 1985 and propagated in chicken embryos or cell cultures were screened by the reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) targeted to the nucleocapsid gene of the virus. Among 11 samples examined, one sample (IBV-SNU80108) submitted in 1980 showed specific PCR product (281 bp). When the amplified product was sequenced, together with IBV vaccine virus H120 strain, and compared with the data for ten other IBV strains derived from the GeneBank, identities between IBV-SNU80108 and other strains in nucleotide and amino acid sequences ranged 96.3% to 63.7% and 96.4% to 69%, respectively. IBV-SNU80108 was distinct from H120 strain by showing 91.9% and 92.9% identities in the respective sequences. This data suggested that IBV genetically distinctive from other foreign IBV strains might be present before 1986 in Korea.
좀나도히초미(Polystichum braunii (Spenn.) Fée) 포자체 증식을 위한 기내 포자 발아와 전엽체 배양 조건

본 연구는 좀나도히초미(Polystichum braunii (Spenn.) $F{\acute{e}}e$)의 효율적인 증식방법을 규명하기위해 기내 포자발아, 전엽체 증식, 기회 포자체 형성 등 단계별 배양조건을 찾고자 수행되었다. 포자 발아율과 초기 전엽체 발달은 무기물 함량이 적은 Knop 배지에서 41.2%로 가장 높았다. 전엽체의 증식 및 생식기관 형성을 위한 배지는 2% sucrose가 포함된 2 MS 배지였다. 또한 배양토 종류와 혼합비율을 달리하여 전엽체를 기외 이식한 결과, 원예용 상토와 마사토를 2:1 혼합한 배양토에서 재배하였을 때 포자체 형성이 276.3개/$7.5m^2$로 가장 많았다. 반면, 피트모스가 포함된 조건에서는 전엽체 증식 및 포자체 형성이 억제되었다. 포자체 육묘는 상토 단용처리구에서 재배하였을 때 생육이 가장 왕성하였다. This study was conducted to investigate the optimal conditions for spore germination, prothallus propagation, sporophyte formation, and seedling growth in Polystichum braunii (Spenn.) $F{\acute{e}}e$. The rate of spore germination and early prothalium development was high in Knop (41.2%), which had low mineral content. The optimal medium for prothallus propagation and sexual organ formation was 2MS medium (2% sucrose). Among the various mixtures of cultivation soil (bedding soil, peat moss, perlite, and decomposed granite), a mixture of bedding soil and decomposed granite at a ratio of 2:1 (v:v) had a positive effect on sporophyte formation (276.3 ea/$7.5m^2$). The most efficient conditions for promoting the growth of sporophytes were pots filled with only bedding soil.
꿩고비(Osmunda cinnamomea var. forkiensis) 기내 포자체 재생에 영향을 미치는 배양부위와 배지구성물질

본 연구는 꿩고비 포자체의 기내증식을 위한 배양재료 및 배지 구성물질을 구명하기 위해 수행되었다. 포자체의 유묘를 부위별로 나누어 활성탄 0.1%를 첨가한 1/2MS 배지에 다져서 배양한 결과, 근경에서 포자체 재생이 가장 우수하였다. 곱게 다진 근경을 농도를 달리한 MS 배지에 배양한 결과, 1/8MS 배지에서 포자체 형성이 가장 왕성하였으며, 2MS 배지에서는 배양한 절편이 모두 괴사하였다. 상기의 연구를 토대로 1/8MS 배지에 sucrose와 $NaH_2PO_4$의 농도를 조절하여 배양한 결과 sucrose 2%, $NaH_2PO_4\;50mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$에서 포자체 재생이 가장 왕성하였다. 이상의 연구결과, 활성탄 0.1%를 포함한 변형 1/8MS 배지(sucrose 2%, $NaH_2PO_4\;50mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$, agar 0.8%, pH 5.8)에서 포자체 재생이 가장 왕성하였다. This study was carried out to find culture materials (explant parts) and medium components (medium type, sucrose and $NaH_2PO_4$ concentration) for in vitro propagation of Osmunda cinnamomea var. forkiensis sporophyte. The results of study: chopped segments of leaf blades, stipes, rhizomes and roots were cultured on a 1/2MS medium supplemented with 0.1% activated charcoal. Among these explant types, only the rhizome segments produced young sporophyte, regenerating vigorously on a 1/8MS medium. Adjusting the sucrose concentration to 2% and supplement to $50mg{\cdot}L^{-1}\;NaH_2PO_4$ in the 1/8MS medium proved to be more efficient for plant regeneration. Consequently, the addition of 0.1% activated charcoal to a modified 1/8MS medium (2% sucrose, $50mg{\cdot}L^{-1}\;NaH_2PO_4$, pH 5.8 and 0.8% agar) yielded the highest sporophyte regeneration.

Generally, court rulings are revelation of sovereignty, thus is effective inside the nation`s territory. However, each country approves rulings by overseas jurisdictions under several conditions. Republic of Korea also stipulates in Civil Procedure Act and Civil Enforcement Act to accept the effects of overseas rulings. This thesis will cover various issues relating to overseas rulings in actual legal practice. Recently, a court ruling by the U.S. California Court was ruled as lacking the requirements to be regarded as an appropriate overseas ruling effective in Korea because the ruling was not a final ruling including the mutual interrogation process. In regards to the jurisdiction for international litigation cases, product liability suits where the defendant is usually not expected to be sued in overseas courts have been denied legitimate international jurisdiction. Furthermore, in case of judgment by default, if the dependant was fully aware of the possible judgment by default when he or she is not present at the trial as the dependant had already received the written accusation and notification of the trial date, Korean court ruled that the defendant has been guaranteed his or her right to defend properly. Whether overseas rulings have violated good public order and customs of Korea, this thesis has looked into various cases; overseas rulings which were against Korean rulings, overseas rulings compelling excessive indemnities, cases when factual incidents backing objection to the claim occur after the trial closes, overseas rulings derived by committing fraud to the court. Also, this document covered cases when the Korean court acknowledged mutual guarantees. As international transactions become more active, cases where the Korean court accepts and enforces overseas rulings or where Korean rulings are accepted by overseas courts will gradually increase. Whether to accept overseas rulings as effective in Korea is an issue regarding the international credibility of the ruling. Thus, we need to suggest clear standards in accepting and enforcing overseas rulings, and the accumulation of Korean rulings relating to this issue will become more significant in solving the issues.
