The effects of scrap content on the hot tearing property and tensile property were investigated in AC2BS alloy. The hot tearing strengths were 16.4 kgf/cm2, 15.2 kgf/cm2, 14.9 kgf/cm2 and 13.3 kgf/cm2, respectively, under the constant solid fraction of 29.3% when the scrap contents of the specimens were 0%, 20%, 35% and 50%. In the same way, tensile strengths of the as-cast condition were 24.5 kgf/mm2, 23.7 kgf/mm2, 17.3 kgf/mm2 and 16.0 kgf/mm2, respectively, and the corresponding tensile strengths of the T6 heat treatment condition were 27.2 kgf/mm2, 26.7 kgf/mm2, 24.2 kgf/mm2 and 23.9 kgf/mm2. Hot tearing strength and tensile strength decreased as scrap content of the specimen increased. According to the evaluation of the quantitative hot tearing and tensile test results, the decrease of these strengths is due to the presence of oxide films which act as crack initiation site of the specimens. Therefore, elimination of oxide films of aluminum melt to maintain melt cleanliness is required.

The Internet is a great pool of information. The most of IED(Improvised explosive device) was manufactured based on the internet information and online illegal trade of raw materials. That is the reason that the government has to strengthen the internet surveillance. The Ministry of Environment established volunteer monitoring system which was consisted of 20 civilians. During 1 year term, they reported 437 suspicious sites and 51 sites were closed down by the authority. Illegal and hazard contents were used private homepage, company website, portal services and illegal homepage. Free board and blog are the favorable forms in illegal site. The most of them served the information about illegal trade of chemicals and IED manufacture methods. The volunteer monitoring system is a kind of voluntary service rather than official organization. So they have a lot of limitations. For the stable surveillance system, the mid and long term plan for sound management of illegal online information were needed.

An efficient method is developed for classifying fingerprint data based on 2-D discrete wavelet transform. Fingerprint data is first converted to a binary image. Then a multi-level 2-D wavelet transform is performed. Vertical and horizontal subbands of the transformed data show typical energy distribution patterns relevant to the fingerprint categories. The proposed method with moderate level of wavelet transform is successful in classifying fingerprints into 5 different types. Finer classification is possible by higher frequency subbands and closer analysis of energy distribution.

u-City건설사업은 최근 건설사업이 창출할 수 있는 새로운 부가가치 영역으로서, 건설기업이 신시장을 개척하기 위해 적극적으로 도전해야 될 분야로 주목받고 있다. 하지만, 건설기업의 입장에서는 u-City건설시장의 주도권을 IT업계에서 선점하고 있으며, 관련 연구 개발이 IT분야의 주도로 추진되고 있다는 점 때문에 u-City 건설시장에 선뜻 참여하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 u-City 건설사업과 관련하여 제기되고 있는 불확실성 요인들을 개요화하고 각 불확실성 변수별로 그 방향성을 분석하여 개연성 있는 시나리오를 도출하였고, 이를 기반으로 각각의 시나리오 상황에 대응하기 위한 건설기업의 전략적 방향을 제시하였다. 이를 통하여 건설기업의 시장분석 및 전략수립의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있게 하며 결과적으로 u-City 건설사업에의 건설기 업의 참여를 유도하고자 한다. The u-City construction project has become a hot topic In the construction market because it seems economic value-added field for construction firms. However, construction firms don't willingly participate in the u-City construction market because the future business environments for the u-City are very uncertain. Scenario planning is a very powerful method in managing this complex planning situation and is based on scenarios that help each enterprise appropriately adapt itself to its own business environments. Therefore it Is based on the main principles of systems thinking and multiple futures. For the purpose of dealing with such uncertainties, this paper attempts to develop the possible market scenarios of the u-City construction market through a scenario planning approach. From this perspective, we considered various aspects of the u-City construction such as market demands, technology development, policy level and management environment. After considering the relevant issues, we identified the main trends and key uncertainties. Then, we developed three coherent u-City construction market scenarios. On the basis of the proposed scenarios, the business strategies of potential construction firms in the u-City construction market has been formulated. Therefore, construction firms can use these scenarios as a basic data for market analysis and business strategy. Therefore, this paper is able to enhance the participation of construction firms in the u-City construction market.

The cost structure of the CGAM system, a predefined cogeneration system suggested to unify the different<br/> methodologies of thermoeconomic analysis, was investigated by using a thermoeconomic method called<br/> MOPSA(Modified Productive Structure Analysis). An emphasis has been specially put on how the cost<br/> structure of the system is affected by the chosen level of aggregation that specifies the subsystems. It has<br/> been found that the unit cost of products is dependent on the chosen level of aggregation of the system only<br/> when one consider the negentropy flow as one of the parameters to determine the unit cost of products.

This research was conducted to analyze plant life forms of Andeok valley in Nam Jeju-gun(county) of Jeju Island by dividing the life forms into three categories:dormancy form, radicoid form, and disseminule form. Of the total 420 species surveyed, phanerophytes (P) of dormancy form were most prevalent as 87 taxa or 20.71% followed by hemicryptophytes (H) and therophytes (Th) with 79 taxa or 18.81% and 75 taxa or17.86%, respectively. In addition, geophytes (G) and nanophnerophytes (N) were relatively abundant with 66 taxa (15.71%) and 54 taxa (12.86%) respectively. Since evergreen shrub grows on the understory vegetation where P is distributed, the distribution of N was observed to have a fairly high proportion. Th is composed of species, which are introduced by anthropogenic disturbance and alien species invaded. In this context, human activities might affect the distribution of Th. The distribution ratio of chamaephytes (Ch) and hydatophytes (HH) reflects the geographical characteristics of Andeok valley, which has various shapes of cliffs. As the river length of Andeok valley is long and its stream flow is plentiful, a relatively large number of HH were distributed in the valley. As for the distribution of the plants surveyed in 1995, 2004, and 2017, the number of species of dormancy forms has been increased, while its distribution rate has shown asimilar proportion. This might be significantly influenced by both climate conditions and topographical features. Of propagation forms, R5(non-clonal growth) of radicoid from was predominant as 236 taxa (56.19%), followed by R3 (rthizomatous plants) and R4 (stoloniferous plants) with 58 taxa (13.81%) and 32 taxa (7.62%), respectively. Unlike the percentage of root types, which are bulb, corm, tuber and tuberous root, a fleshy root has a wide variety of plant species with 14 taxa. In terms of disseminule form, D4 (only by gravity) including 168 taxa (40%) was predominant, followed by D1 (disseminated by wind and water) including 93 taxa (22.43%) and D2 (by animals and man) containing 91 taxa (21.67%). The proportion of D1 and D2 reflects regional characteristics and geographical and geomorphological properties, which were influenced by a deep ravine of Andeok valley.
