대구경북 광역경제권에 있어서 도시쇠퇴의 특성과 영향구조 분석에 관한 연구

This study aims to analyze the deterioration of cities in the Daegu·Gyeongbuk Mega Economic Region. To accomplish the subject, this study adopts 6 variables such as occupation and other economic variables related to the decreasing population of the cities, and performs the path analysis using SPSS statistical package (AMOS 16). Results of the analysis shows that the deterioration of the city is the consequences of the interactions between the central city and surrounding cities rather than outcomes of inner city problems. And, especially, this study finds that the economic factor is the most profound cause of the urban deterioration. Based on these findings, this study suggests that the policy direction of urban regeneration for overcoming the problem of urban deterioration needs to be approached through the mega economic region and regional units. Finally, this study suggests that policy of urban regeneration should focus on the promotion of the quality of life throughout the executions of economic revitalization and the regeneration of the dwelling environments.

재정비촉진사업의 시행 시 주민들간의 갈등과 낮은 재정착률이 문제가 되고 있다 이연구에서는 중규모도시를 사례로 주민 특성을 분석하여 재정비촉진사업을 활성화하는 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 변수로는 주민의 주거특성 중 주택소유 여부와 거주기간, 소득, 자산규모, 재정비촉진사업에 대한 찬반 여부, 사업시행 후 재정착 여부, 재정착 시 선호하는 주택유형으로 구분하여 설정하였다. 이러한 변수로 설정한 가설에 대한 검증 결과 재정비촉진사업 시행에 대하여 주택소유자에 비하여 세입자가 반대하는 비율이 더욱 높았으며, 20년 이상 장기거주자는 단독주택을 선호하는 비율이 높았다. 따라서 재정비촉지사업의 시행 시 사업시행에 대한 주민의 동의와 선호 주택유형 등 주민들의 특성을 고려하여 사업을 추진하여야 할 것이다. There are several social problems such as trouble between housing owners and tenants, and low resettlement ratio in the regeneration promotion district. The purposes of this study are to analyze resident characteristics in the regeneration promotion district in local small and medium-sized cities, and to show the way to activate the regenration promotion projects. In this study, the independent variables are house ownership and the period of residence. Dependent variables are the agreement of the regeneration promotion project, resettlement ratio when the project is done, and the preferred housing type. The results show that the tenants get higher resettlement ratio than homeowners. In addition, long-term residents shows higher preference of single-family homes than short or medium-term residents. From this study, it can be insisted that the resident characteristics should be investigated carefully when regeneration promotion projects are conducted.

Performance improvement of local exhaust system used in toilet and cooking place are main concern in a field of ventilation. In Korea, There are many high riser residential apartments in recent years. These buildings were not viewed as being major contributors to exhaust pollutants producted in indoor. It was because many engineers thought that exhaust in high riser building depends on stack effect. This study investigates on the performance improvement of terminal device, roof fan, of vertical spiral duct used in high riser residential apartments. This paper focuses mainly on the effect of accessories, number or shape of blades, composed of roof fan with function of exhaust air volume of toilet and cooking place. Roof fan with 10 blades is observed at optimum exhaust performance in this study.

The non-residential buildings must be equipped with a ventilation system to maintain healthy air quality for occupants. This study was written to introduce the contents written to establish the minimum performance that a ventilation system applied to a non-residential building should have as a SAREK standard, and are summarized and introduced. the contents of the scope of application, definition of terms, air class, minimum ventilation, and minimum exhaust rate among the contents written in the SAREK standard. The SAREK standard is composed of the performance requirements of ventilation facilities by comprehensively reviewing BS EN 13779 enacted in the UK and ASHRAE/ANSI standard 62.1 in the US.
