The hydrogen($H_2$) is promising energy carrier of renewable energy in the microgrid system such as small village and military base due to its high energy density, pure emission and convenient transportation. $H_2$ can be generated by photocatalytic water splitting, gasification of biomass and water electrolysis driven by solar cell or wind turbine. Solid oxide electrolysis cells(SOECs) are the most efficient way to mass production due to high operating temperature improving the electrode kinetics and reducing the electrolyte resistance. The SOECs are consist of nickel-yttria stabilized zirconia(NiO-YSZ) fuel electrode / YSZ electrolyte / lanthanum strontium manganite-YSZ(LSM-YSZ) air electrode due to similarity to Solid Oxide Fuel Cells(SOFCs). The Ni-YSZ most widely used fuel electrode shows several problems at SOEC mode such as degradation of the fuel electrode because of Ni particle's redox reaction and agglomeration. Therefore Ni-YSZ need to be replaced to an alternative fuel electrode material. In this study, We studied on the Double perovskite $PrBrMnO_{5+{\delta}}$(PBMO) due to its high electric conductivity, catalytic activity and electrochemical stability. PBMO was impregnated into the scaffold electrolyte $La_{0.8}Sr_{0.2}Ga_{0.85}Mg_{0.15}O_{3-{\delta}}$(LSGM) to be synthesized at low temperature for avoiding secondary phase generated when it exposed to high temperature. The Half cell test was conducted at SOECs and SOFCs modes.
고려인삼이 마우스의 악하선 DNA 합성능에 미치는 영향( I )

인삼주정추출액 투여에 의하여 마우스 악하선 조직의 DNA 합성능이 어떤 영향을 받는지를 알기 위하여 30마리의 마우스 (몸 무게 $18{\sim}20$ gm) 수컷을 15마리씩 두 무리로 나누어 한 무리에는 생리적 식염수를 다른 무리에는 인삼주정추출액(인삼주정추출물 4mg 을 생리적 식염수 1ml 속에 용해시켜 만든 용액)을 마우스의 몸 무게 10gm에 대하여 0.05ml씩 5일 동안 주사한 후 $[^3H]-thymidine$을 복강 속에 주사하고 1, 10 및 24시간 만에 도살하여 자기방사법을 이용하여 악하선의 합성능을 비교 관찰한 바 인삼주정추출액을 투여받은 마우스의 악하선 조직의 표지 세포수는 식염수만을 투여받은 마우스의 그것에 비하여 적었다. 그러므로 인삼주정추출액은 마우스의 악하선 조직 DNA 합성능을 어느 정도 억압한다고 믿어진다. It was planned to evaluate the influence of Panax Ginseng upon DNA synthesis of submandibular gland in mice by observing incorporation of $[^3H]$ thymidine into the tissue cells. Thirty male mice $(body\;weight:\;18{\sim}20\;g)$ were divided equally into two groups. One group received every day (subcutaneously) 0. 05 ml/10 g body weight of ginseng extract(4 mg of ginseng alcohol extract in 1ml of saline), while !he other group received the same amount of saline, for 5 days. On the 5th experimental day, all animals received $1\;{\mu}Ci/g$ body weight of $[^3H]$ thymidine intraperitoneally 2 hours after the last medication. Five animals, at a time, of each group were sacrificed 1, 10, and 24 hours after $[^3H]$ thymidine administration, and the radioactivity of cells in their mandibular gland was measured autoradiographically in terms of the % number of radioactive cells in 1,000 tell counts (Radioactive Index, R.I.). It was found that the radioactive indices of mice that received ginseng were lower than the corresponding values of mice that received saline. The inference from the above result was that the ginseng suppressed DNA synthesis of cells in the mandibular gland.
고강도콘크리트의 내구성진단을 위한 영향인자 파악을 위한 연구

The effect of experimental factors on the Freeze-Thaw durability in the High Strength Concrete has been analyzed and investigated with [DESIGN of EXPERIMENT: L16). The Experimental parameters included the type of aggregate and mixer, the conditions of aggregates, and the difference of mixing temperature, procedure and placing, etc. It is aim of this study to provide the fundamental data on the effect of various factors on the frost resistance of high strength concrete for the practical use and research data accumulation of durability inspection. The results of this experiment indicate that the freeze-thaw durability of high strength concrete is markedly affected by the coarse aggregate source, mixing temperature and curing conditions.
증점제를 사용한 고유동콘크리트의 건조수축 및 중성화에 관한 연구

This study investigated about several mix factors came up to drying shrinkage and carbonation of high flowing concrete using viscosity. The results are as follows; Drying shrinkage ratio of high flowing concrete using viscosity showed higher for early age, but lower than normal concrete as long age. Also, drying shrinkage ratio and reduction ratio of mass showed higher and relative dynamic modulus of elasticty showed lower as W/C was higher generally. And in case of high flowing concrete using viscosity, carbonation wasn't confirmed without the kinds of cement and viscosity except 50C.
혼화재 종류 및 치환율에 따른 고강도콘크리트의 중성화와 건조수축에 관한 실험적 연구

Carbonation and drying shrinkage are very important properties of concrete, that can cause concrete to lower its capacity and spall. But the research on them in high strength concrete is very poor. In this study, to estimate influences of W/B, the kind of admixture, the replacement ratio of admixture, fineness of blast furnace and etc. on drying shrinkage and carbonation, we make experiment with 3 levels(28, 35, 55%) of W/B, 3 kinds(blast-furnace slag, fly-ash, silica-fume) of admixture, 3 levels of the replacement ratio, 3 levels(4000, 6000, 8000cm2/g) of fineness of blast-furnace slag and 2 kinds of curing condition. As the results, compressive strength of concrete was decreased, as W/C was increased and the replacement ratio of admixture was increased. Drying shrinkage was increased, as W/B was higher, the replacement ratio of admixture was increased and fineness of blast-furnace slag was decreased. And carbonation was increased, as W/B ratio was higher, the replacement ratio of admixture was increased.
콘크리트의 압축강도 추정을 위한 비파괴시험식에 관한 연구

The major object of this study is to analyze and investigate experimentally the experimenal equation for the estimate of compressive strength of concrete. The results are as follows. The relation between maturity scaled logarithm and compressive strength of concrete can be expressed in liner equation which show an good correlation. And combined method using rebound number, pulse velocity and water cement ratio also show an excellent correlation. The equation by combined method is same as the conclusions.
(초)고층 건축물의 화재위험성 평가기법 위한 통계적 예측에 관한 연구

최근 소방법의 경우 초고층구조물을 대상으로 한 성능설계 및 화재영향평가등을 실시할 예정으로 있으며 특히 화재위험성평가등에 대한 대책이 요구되고 있으나 이에 대한 데이터가 부족하며 그 방법론 또한 구축되어 있지못한 상황이다. 따라서 본보는 전보에 이어 화재 위험성평가를 위한 방법론에 대한 일환으로서 위험성예측에 사용하는 화재발생의 상위에 의한 화재규모와 rmm 발생율을 각용도별로 기존의 화재에이터 및 가연물조사결과등으로부터 통계적으로 추정하는 방법에 대하여 검토한 것이다.
