In this study, new Continuously Variable Transmission(CVT) system which is adaptable to a small size electric vehicle is proposed available to gradient response CVT. New pulleys consist of springs adapted driving pulley and driven pulley. At the moment a small electric vehicle drive a slope, new system respond to a gradient as overcoming tensional force of springs. We made prototype of gradient response CVT to test parts performance. As a result of test, belt pitch diameter varied for high torque direction at the gradient.

In this study, The recent national interest is focused on the welfare of the people, and new projects in the construction sector are being reduced, and the aging of infrastructure is not getting attention. In domestic case, most of the infrastructures were built in the 1970s to 1980s, and the road extension is also steadily increasing. Therefore, the costs to bridge maintenance from around 2010 by a similar route to that of advanced countries are also 4 times And it is time to pay attention to maintenance as well as construction. Therefore, a study was carried out on the valuation method considering bridge condition evaluation, which is a part of BIM library building and assembly program development. The proposed value evaluation method will be used as an index of the existence of bridges by comparing the cost required for maintenance and reinforcement of the target bridges and the costs required for dismantling and disposal in the bridge management system of the future program
Proposal of a Portable Folding Electric Scooter Model and Manufacturing of the Prototype

In recent years, small mobile devices called personal mobility or smart mobility have attracted attention. Personal mobility refers to electric-driven personal transportation that can travel at close range and medium distance, including small electric vehicles, electric bicycles, electric motorcycles and electric scooters. Most of the electric scooters used in Korea are mainly imported from China. This is due to the fact that the price competitiveness of major components of electric scooters is owned in China. At this point, the domestic research direction is preferable for the composition and design of the electric scooter body rather than cost reduction for the components. In this study, we propose a new model of portable folding structure that is easy to use for electric scooters, which are personal vehicles using electric energy. We also made a prototype for practical use.

이륜차 CVT(Continuously Variable transmission)의 가동플랜지는 그 내부에 롤러가 들어가 있어 이 롤러의 구동으로 벨트가 가동풀리의 형상을 따라 움직이게 된다. 롤러의 움직이는 궤적은 바로 가동플랜지 내부의 프로파일형상과 매우 밀접한 관계를 맺고 있다. 본 연구에서 현재 이륜차 CVT에 사용되고 있는 가동플랜지의 특성을 해석하였다. Driving flange used in motorcycle CVT(Continuously Variable Transmission) has a roller inside. The belt moves according to the track of driving pulley by the actuation of this roller. The orbit of this roller is closely related with the inner profile figure of the driving flange. In this study, the characteristics of driving flange used in motorcycle CVT was analyzed.

Many studies for personal mobility are increasing at the latest. One part of personal mobility study is electric scooter. Driving elements of electric scooter are battery and motor, patterns of vehicle being proposed multiply by manufacturer. The old and the infirm's population in domestic and abroad increases day by day. Thus, the personal vehicle for them that can be managed easily is needed for them. Following the trend “personal mobility”, this study propose electric-drive scooter which is portable and compact. Prototypes of proposed models are manufactured to commercialize it. As results, adopt of foldable type at electric scooter can be decreased size. Also 4-wheel scooter is more stable than 3-wheel sooter.

본 연구에서는 CVT의 구동특성을 각 부품들의 기능에 따라 해석하였으며 크게 두 개의 부분으로 구성되어 있다. 첫째는 0.9에서 2.8의 변속비를 갖는 이륜차에 대하여 변속구간을 세밀히 분석하여 구동, 종동풀리의 축력을 알아보았다. 둘째는 축간거리를 변화시켜 구동, 종동풀리 축력의 변동을 면밀히 살펴 보았다. 분석결과 데이터의 단위는 무차원하여 쉽게 그 비교치를 알아 볼 수 있도록 하였다. In this study, the driving characteristics for the function of each part of CVT are analyzed. This study is consisted of two parts as follows. First, variable speed ratio range of the motorcycle from 0.9 to 2.8 was analyzed and then axial force of driving and driven pulley was investigated. Second, the change of axial force in driving and driven pulley for various driving to driven axis distance was closely observed. It was found that data was easily understood as the nondimensional values.
