        Lidocaine 으로 발생한 천식성 호흡발작 1 례 보고

        Lidocaine is considered a safe and effective local anesthetic in anesthesiology and is the stardard to which new amide anesthetics are compared. As it an amide derivative, and the frequrncy with lidocaine eliets an allergic respone is much less than that of anesthetics derived from paraaminobenroic acid esters. Case reports od sensitivity to lidoeaine have been reported, but h tey are rare. This 29 year old male patient had on episode of astmatic breathing after supraclavicular brachial plexus block using 30 ml of 1% lidocaine with epinephrine(1:200,000). We report a case of aesthmetic breating due to lidocaine and a review of the literature for allergy local anesthetics.

        고품질 다수성 당근 F1 품종 ‘그라운드 킹’

        국내 재배 당근 품종은 대부분 수입에 의존하고 있어 국내 당근산업의 기반을 유지하고 경쟁력 확보를 위하여 우수한 품종을 개발 보급하고자 본 ‘그라운드 킹’을 육성하였다. 근형은 원추형이고, 근피색, 근육색 및 심색은 주황색으로 근피가 매끈하다. 숙기는 중만생종이고, 육질이 연하고 수분이 많다. 병해 저항성은 검은잎마름병 및 흰가루병이 중간 정도로 대비품종인 ‘양면’과 비슷하고, 추대에 다소 약하므로 조기 파종 할 때 추대 위험이 있다. 수량은 3,228 kg/10a이고, 근장은 16.3 cm, 근중은 171.0 g으로 대비품종 ‘양면’ 166.5 g과 비슷하다. 추대율은 3.9%로 양면 5촌의 2.4%보다 다소 높아 조기 파종시 추대의 위험이 있으므로 적기에 파종하여야 한다. A new carrot F1 hybrid cultivar,‘Ground King’ was developed from the cross between a male sterile line ‘80027A’ as a female parent and ‘804229’ as a male parent in 2003. Regional yield trial was carried out at five different provinces and three cultivation types from 2006 to 2008. The plant growth habit is erect and the root type is cone-shaped like ‘Yangmeon’ cultivar. Maturity belonged to a late-maturity type. It grows up to 59.3 cm in height and the average leaf number of a single plant is 9.4. Root color is all scarlet for skin, flesh and core. Regarding to disease resistance, it showed medium resistance to leaf blight and powdery mildew. The average root weight of ‘Ground King’ is very high as 171 g in compared with that of a commercial ‘Yangmyeon’ as 166 g. This variety will be optimal for spring and summer cultivation since the bolting ratio combe as low as 3.9%.

        고랭지 양파 고품질 저장성 F1 품종 ‘대관황’

        양파의 웅성불임을 이용한 고랭지 지역 재배에 적합한 장일형 일대잡종 품종, ‘대관황’을 2007년 고령지농업연구센터에서 육성하였다. ‘대관황’은 ‘만추황’의 웅성불임친을 모친으로, ‘NIHA-5001’을 부친으로 하여 2001년 교배하여 육성하였다. 교배 후 ‘고시가-1호’로 명명 후 2003년에 생산력검정 예비시험을 거쳐 2004년부터 2006년까지 생산력 검정 본시험을 고랭지 3개 지역에서 실시하였다. ‘대관황’의 초형은 직립이며 숙기는 중만생형이다. ‘대관황’의 구중은 시판품종인 ‘히구마’와 비슷하며 구형은 원형이며 구피색은 황갈색으로 ‘히구마’ 보다 저장성이 뛰어난 특성을 가지고 있다. ‘대관황’은 ‘히구마’에 비해 가용성 고형분이 높고, 건물중은 비슷하여 저장성이 뛰어나 고랭지 지역 재배에 적합한 품종으로 판단된다. 그러나 고랭지지역은 해발 600 m부터 800 m의 다양한 지역에 위치하고 있어 다양한 환경 변이가 있으므로 대면적 재배 전 지역적응성을 검토하는 것이 좋을 것으로 판단된다. A new F1 hybrid variety, ‘Daekwanhwang’, using a male sterile line was developed in Highland Agriculture Research Center (HARC), Rural Development Administration (RDA) at 2007. The cross was made between a male sterile line ‘Manchuhwang’ as a female parent and NIHA-5001 as a male parent in 2001. It was preliminarily selected as ‘NIHA-GA-1’ and advanced field trial was performed in 2003. Regional yield trial was carried out at three different highland areas from 2004 to 2006. The plant growth habit is erect and intermediate in plant shape and maturity, respectively. It grows 74.cm in height and has 8.5 number of leaves each plant. The average bulb weight of ‘Daekwanhwang’, was similar to that of commercial F1 hybrid ‘Higuma’ and bulb shape is oval. The skin color is yellowish brown and the storability is longer than that of ‘Higuma’. Soluble solid contents and dry matter were higher than those of commercial F1 hybrid cultivar,‘Higuma’

        Effects of Bolting and Flower Stem Removal on the Growth and Chemical Qualities of Onion Bulbs

        The growth of a flower stem (bolting) causes a decrease in yield and marketability in onion. We have examined the effects of bolting and of the removal of flower stems at different lengths on the growth and chemical qualities of onion bulbs. Two onion cultivars, ‘Mapshihwang’ (M) and ‘Yeongmihwang’ (Y), were grown in the field and allowed to bolt. The treatments included the removal of three different lengths of the flower stem (short, medium, or long), uncut flower stem until harvest, or unbolted plants (control). Bolting and the length of the flower stem removed had no effect on bulb diameter but caused a decrease in bulb weight. The flower stems were generated after three to five scales; bolting and flower stem removal reduced the number of scales by approximately one scale. The total soluble solid content (SSC) and the total sugar content were also unaffected by bolting and the length of the flower stem removed. The pungency of the M and Y cultivars, being an average of about 5.0 and 2.8 μmol·mL-1 pyruvic acid, respectively, was not changed. The total quercetin content showed various responses to the treatments and no clear differences compared to the unbolted bulbs. The total phenolic content was not changed by bolting or the stem removal treatments. In conclusion, bolting and removal of the flower stem caused a decrease in bulb weight, whereas the SSC, total sugar content, pungency, quercetin content, and total phenolic content remained unaffected, indicating that the chemical qualities of the bolted bulbs was identical to those of the unbolted, normal bulbs. The removal time of the flower stem had no significant difference on bulb quality.

Heavy metals of included vast quantity are accelerating damage of water area ecosystem because is flowed in more than self-cleansing power in rivers or lake in wastewater of this. According as discharge test for wastewater is solidified, interest about a technology that remove perfectly a little heavy metals of very small amount is increasing. Made ion exchange membrane and chelate forming group that use radiation graft polymerization method to remove Sb that is poisonous heavy metals among this. In this study, could know that wave and chelate forming group that compare adsorption special quality of Sb to use made ion exchange membrane and chelate forming group are effective to heavy metals removal.
