울산시 1인가구의 가족가치관 및 돌봄노동에 대한 사례연구

본 연구의 목적은 1인가구의 변화하는 가족가치관과 매일 일상 속에서 이뤄지는 돌봄노동에 주목하여, 가족의 변화나 역동성을 파악하고 이에 대응하기 위한 제도 및 정책적 과제를 제안하는 것이다. 연령·혼인상태를 고려하여 울산시에 거주하는 1인가구 11명을 선정하였으며, 1인가구의 전반적인 일상생활, 가족가치관, 가사노동 및 돌봄 특성을 분석하였다. 이에 따른 울산시 1인가구의 특성은 자신의 삶을 유지하고 살아감에 있어 ʻ단순하지만 불안정함ʼ이 공존하고 있었으며, 가족가치관은 다양성에 대한 인식과 실제의 격차를 보이는 양면적 특성을 보이고 있었다. 또한 가족생활을 함에 있어 ʻ원가족 돌봄 및 관계ʼ, ʻ경제적 요인ʼ 등에 대한 어려움을 호소하고 있었으며, ʻ이중가치체계ʼ가 두드러지게 나타났다. 마지막으로 1인가구는 안정된 삶을 위해 전통적인 가족형성의 방법에만 국한하는 것이 아닌, 고립·고독감 해소 및 관계 회복을 위해 사회관계망을 형성해나가고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 ʻ가족인식ʼ, ʻ가족생활ʼ, ʻ가족 및 사회적 관계ʼ의 각 영역에서 변화가 도모되었을 때 가족변화에 대응할 수 있을 것으로 보이며, 연구 결과에 기반한 정책과제를 도출하였다. The purpose of this study was to understand family changes and dynamics of and to suggest institutional/ policy-level tasks for coping with them, by paying attention to changing family values of single-person households and their caring work performed in everyday life. This study selected 11 single-person households residing in Ulsan by considering their age and marital status, and analyzed their overall daily lives, family values, and the characteristics of household work and caring. The characteristics of these single-person households in Ulsan, not only showed the coexistence of ʻʻsimplicity, but instabilityʼʼ when maintaining and living their own lives, but also showed the ambivalent characteristics of family values by showing a gap between the perception and reality of diversity. In regard to family life, the participants complained of difficulties in ʻʻcaring and relationship of family of originʼʼ and the ʻʻeconomic factorsʼʼ, and notably showed the ʻʻdual value systemʼʼ. For a more stable life, the single-person households were forming social networks to relieve a sense of isolation and loneliness, and to recover relationships, instead of limiting themselves to only the traditional method of family formation. Thus, it would be possible to respond to family changes when changes are promoted in each area of ʻʻthe perception of lifeʼʼ, ʻʻfamily lifeʼʼ, and the ʻʻfamily & social relationshipʼʼ, and this research suggests policy-level tasks based on the results of this study.
유방암 수술환자의 수술 후 불편감, 상실감, 가족지지가 회복력에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify post-operative discomfort, sense of loss, family support, and resilience in breast cancer surgery patients, and to investigate factors that affect resilience. Method: The sample of this study consisted of 108 patients who underwent surgery for breast cancer in two university hospitals located in B city. The collected data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: The factors that significantly affected resilience were as follows: having a religion (β=-.20, p=.006), having an occupation (β=.14, p=.049), having a high school diploma (β=.31 p=.001), making less than 2–3 million won (β=-.19, p=.036) per month, experiencing a sense of loss (β=-.22, p=.003) and family support (β=.44, p<.001). The total explanatory power amounted to 53.8% (F=14.83, p<.001, AdjR2=.54). Conclusion: Educational intervention programs for breast cancer surgery patients that improve resilience by reducing the sense of loss and increasing family support must be developed.

This study aims to apprehend resources that affect level of happiness according to the types of work and leisure in single-person households, and suggests measures to effectively manage. Single-person households not only have different demographic characteristics such as gender and age, but also they have different resources, so there is a need to look at them simple as an individual subject, but as a complicated system from more integrated view. Thus, this study saw the single-person household as an organism existing in a complicated environment based on examining the previous researches. This work deigned the research model by applying the human ecological point of view consistently interacting with the environment. This study suggested an hypothesis under the assumption that the resources such as leisure, infrastructure, social activity and work-life balance support system will influence the level of happiness of single-person household

This study aims to analyze the elements to enhance and activate the quality of life by establishment of family-friendly environment through face-to-face interviews in family-friendly certified firms in UIsan. As a result, its activation is possible when each party of companies- employees-government tries to change, and its main elements and outcomes are as follows. First, ʻmanagement philosophy of the company representativeʼ showed to directly affect development of flat organization culture and system activation, with respect to the companies. Second for employees, ʻvalue changes to prioritize work-life balanceʼ demonstrated to affect the utilizations and establishment of family-friendly systems within the organization as the critical element. Lastly, it is considered for government to be able to activate this if ʻdelivery system with professionalityʼ is secured to help ʻlegalization of policy,ʼ company productivity, and work-life balance of employees. On the other hand, further studies on the elements to be able to activate family-friendly certifications and analysis on its justification are required by expanding the number of companied in Ulsan.
