노동관련 CSR 수행이 종업원의 조직몰입에 대한 기업의 기대수준에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 CSR-노동기준 실행이 종업원 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 대한 기업의 기대수준에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 순서형 프로빗(Ordered Probit) 분석기법을 사용한 결과 평균적으로 CSR-노동기준의 실행수준이 높은 기업은 이러한 활동을 통해 종업원의 직무만족 및 조직에 대한 몰입이 향상될 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있으며, 개별 지표들의 실행수준도 기대수준과 유의한 양의 관계에 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. CSR-노동기준 전체를 분석에 이용한 결과 기준지표 3인 '차별 없는 직장'과 기준지표 7인 '건강하고 안전한 직장'의 계수가 유의하게 나타났다. 따라서 차별 없고 안전한 직장을 만들기 위해 노력하는 기업일수록 종업원의 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 대한 기대가 높은 것을 확인할 수 있다. 아울러 본 논문의 분석결과 CSR-노동기준지표의 설계가 적절하게 이루어진 것으로 판단할 수 있다. In this study, we analysed the impact of performing level of CSR-Labor standard index to corporate's expectation level to raise the employee's job satisfaction and morale. Using ordered probit analysis method, corporate higher level of performing CSR-Labor standard index is related with higher expectation of raising the employee's jobs satisfaction and morale on average. Also performing levels of individual index are positively related with expectation level. When using all standard indexes in the analysis, index 3 named workplace without discrimination and index 7 named healthy and safe workplace have significant coefficients. Therefore we confirmed that corporate making efforts to achieve safe workplace without discrimination has higher expectation to raise the employee's job satisfaction and morale. Finally we concluded that CSR-Labor standard index is properly constructed.

치외치(Dens evaginatus)는 조직 형태 분화기에 법랑기의 내측 법랑 상피가 외부로 과증식 되거나 치수 간엽 조직 이 국소적으로 과증식되어 나타난다. 치외치는 하악제 2소구치에서 가장 빈발하며 유전적 성향을 가지고 있다고 알려져 있다. 치아에 발생한 결절은 법랑질, 상아질, 치수 등의 정상 치아구조를 가지고 있으며 그 형태학적 특성으로 인해 저작에 의한 파절 또는 마모가 발생하여 미세한 치수노출이 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 치수노출에 의해서 치수염증, 치근단 병변, 치근 형성 중지 등이 생길 수 있으므로 조기에 발견하여 예방 및 조기치료를 시행하는 것이 중요하다. 만약 이미 감염이 진행되어 치근단 병변이 야기된 경우 적절한 근관 치료가 행해져야 하며 미완성 치근을 가지고 있는 경우가 대부분이므로 치근단 형성술을 병행해야 한다. 이에 저자는 치외치에 의한 치근단 병변을 주소로 내원하여 치근단 형성술을 시행한 언니의 증례와, 함께 내원하여 사전에 발견하고 점진적 삭제술을 시행하여 양호한 결과를 얻은 동생의 증례를 보고하는 바이다. Dens evaginatus is an anomalous tooth development arising during morphodifferentiation. It is most often reported in premolar, and familial occurrence has been reported. The primary dental complication of dens evaginatus is fracture or wear of the tubercle which leads to pulp exposure, pulpal necrosis and periapical infection. Pathosis of the pulp can occur before complete root formation with cessation of root development. A rational and conservative approach to the management of dens evaginatus in vital teeth includes early diagnosis and treatment to prevent fracture or attrition of the tubercle. This treatment would include careful sequential grinding, pulp capping, preventive resin restoration. When presented with a case of dens evaginatus in a nonvital tooth with incomplete root development, the treatment of choice has been extraction, apexification. We report two cases of dens evaginatus that appear in two sisters. In the elder, a periapical lesion on radiographs is shown, and it is treated by calcium hydroxide apexification. The other sister is early recognized of dens evaginatus, it is treated using glass ionomer cement reinforcing with sequential grinding.
