      • 청주시지역 환경오염에 관한 기초 조사 : 대기오염을 중심으로 On the section of air pollution

        This study was carried out to investigate on air pollution at Cheong ju city, so the values of pH of the rainfall, amounts of dustfall and total suspended particulates, concentrations of sulfur oxide, and heavy metals in the suspended particulates were analyzed from march 1990 to march 1991. The results were as follows ; 1. The mean value of pH in the rainfall was 6.01, and the range of pH values was 5.04∼7.03 2. The mean value of dustfall was 17.3 ton/㎢/30days, and the range of that was 12.4∼21.0 ton/㎢/30days 3. The mean concentration of sulfur oxide was 0.71mg SO₃/day/100㎠ PbO₂, and the range of that was 0.22∼1.24mgSO₃/day/100㎠ PbO₂. 4. The mean value of total suspended particulates was 155.0㎍/㎡ and this value was higher than pollution index, The range of TSP was 88.8∼198.1㎍/㎡ 5. The mean values of heavy metals of TSP were 0.002㎍/㎡ of Cd, 0.17㎍/㎡ of Pb, 0.037㎍/㎡ of Cu, 0.136㎍/㎡ of Zn and 0.045㎍/㎡ of Mn, respectively.

        It is widely recognized they quality of education can not exceed the quality of teachers. There may be no two opinions of the fact that a teacher is the in determining the effectiveness of education. The quality of teachers, however, may not be guaranteed to a satisfactory extent through the process of pre-service education. In the present paper, the problems to he solved in the current In-service training system of Science teacher in secondary were painted out arid compaired pre-service training and In-service education for science teachers in Korea and United State of American.

      • 고용량 풀브리지 직류 전원공급장치의 구현

        In this paper, the implementation of the high-capacity full-bridge DC power supply is presented. In order to realize highcapacity, the proposed DC power supply utilizes the full-bridge power topology and phase-shift PWM switching technique. Additionally, the proposed DC power supply achieves high efficiency using the soft-switching technique that is realized by the phase-shift PWM switching and an LC resonant circuit. In this paper, the operational principle of the proposed converter is briefly explained and it is shown through the experimental results that the proposed converter has good performance as a highcapacity DC power supply.

      • 은이온 선택성 막전극의 제조와 특성에 관한 연구

        It was found that silver ion selective electrode prepared by mixing AgI with PVC by the ratio of 5:1 was hard and durable. The response potentials of this electrode were reproducible and linear within 10^-1∼10^-7M of Ag(Ⅰ) ion concentration and its slope was 62.2㎷ per decade concentration at 298K. This electrode did not show significant response to the other cations except silver ion, but had good response to iodide, chloride, bromide and cyanide anions within 10^-1∼10^-5M. It was also found that the potentials of this electrode had not been influenced to pH in range of 1.0-8.0. This electrode could be used as an indicator electrode in potentiometric titration of single halide ion and also halide mixture with standard solution of silver nitrate.

      • 원자흡수 분광기를 이용한 크롬의 효율적인 정량에 관한 연구

        In the atomic absorption spectrometry of chromium by using air-acetylene flame, the interference of various interfering cations on the chromium absorption and repression of this interference by the addition of cerium and yttrium have been investigated. The following conclusions are obtained from the experimental results. 1. The sensitivity for chromium absorbance is favorable when the flow rate ratio of oxygen to acetylene is about 1:1 and the optical axis is 6㎜ above the burner. 2. The interferences by interfering cations existed in the sample solution as the same amount as chromium are completely released by the addition of cerium twice and yttrium three-fold as much as interfering cations.

        In the atomic absorption spectrometry, the interferences of Ni, Co, and Cu on the iron absorption and the repression of this interference by the addition of cerium and yttrium have been studied. The interference by Ni, Co and Cu existed in the sample solution as the same amount as iron are completely released by the addition of cenium and yttrium twice as much as interfering cation. The intenference by the mixed interfering cations(Ni, Co, Cu) are larger than by each interfering cation and however the releasing of the interference by cerium and yttrium are effective up to some degree of the concentration of mixed interfering cations.

        It was found that sulfate ion selective electrode, which was prepared by mixing barium sulfate and small amounts of PVC(1.0%), was hard and durable. The response potentials were reproducible and liner in the range from 1.0×10^(-1)M to 1.×10^(-5)M sulfate solution and its slope was 23.3 ㎷ per decade concentration at 298°K, slightly different from Nernstian slope. The sulfate indicating electrode was applied in precipitation titration of 1.0×10^(-2)M sulfate sample solution with 0.1M Ba(NO₃)₂ standard solution.

        CsI (Tl)섬광검출기의 감마선 분광특성 연구

        CsI (Tl) crystals were grown by using a Bridgman growing system, and scintillation detectors were fabricated to measure the spectroscopic characteristics of gamma rays. The size of the crystal was 10 mm in diameter and 10 mm long with a 1000-ppm activator density. After the fabrication of the radiation detector with this single crystal and a bialkali photomultiplier (PMT), a multialkali PMT, or a photodiode, the energy resolutions of CsI (Tl) detectors have been measured using $^{137}$Cs, $^{22}$Na, and $^{60}$Co gamma rays. For 0.662-MeV $^{137}$Cs, the energy resolutions of the CsI (Tl) detectors were 8.5 \%, 7.7 \%, and 7.5 \% with a bialkali PMT, multialkali PMT, and a photodiode, respectirely. Bridgman 단결정성장로를 이용하여 CsI (Tl)단결정을 성장시켰으며 이를 이용하여 섬광검출기를 제작하고 감마선 분광특성을 조사하였다. 성장된 단결정의 크기는 직경 10 mm, 길이 10 mm 이고 활성제의 농도는 1000 ppm 이었다. 이들 단결정을 bialkali 광전자증배관, multialkali 광전자증배관 및 광다이오드를 이용하여 방사선 검출기로 제작한 후, $^{22}$Na, $^{137}$Cs, $^{60}$Co표준감마선원에 대한 에너지분해능을 각각 측정하고 비교하였다. 그 결과 CsI (Tl) 검출기의 $^{137}$Cs의 0.662 MeV 감마선에 대한 에너지 분해능은 bialkali 광전자증배관의 경우 8.5 \%, multialkali 광전자증배관의 경우 7.7 \%, 광다이오드의 경우 7.5 \% 를 얻었다.

      • 무노조기업의 노사협의회 유형 연구

        고용노동부 자료에 따르면 2011년 한국 노동조합 조직률은 10.1% 수준으로 노동조합 이외의 근로자 대의기구의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 한국에서는 근로자 대의기구로서 ‘노사협의회’가 법률로 명시되어 있고, 실제로 많은 무노조 기업들이 각 기업의 업종과 특성에 따라 노사협의회를 근로자 대의기구로서 운영하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 한국의 대표 무노조 기업이라고 할 수 있는 S그룹의 계열사인 A기업, B기업, C기업의 노사협의회 운영사례를 연구하였다. A기업은 조선업을 주력으로 하는 전통적인 제조업을 하는 회사로서 노사협의회는 노동조합과 유사한 유사노조형으로 운영하고 있다. B기업은 건설업을 주력으로 하여 다수의 사업장을 가지고 있는 회사로서 외국인까지 포함한 근로자대표제 형식의 협의회주도형 노사협의회가 운영되고 있다. C기업은 세계적인 IT기업으로 IT업계의 빠른 변화에 대응하고 트렌드를 선도하기 위해 사업장 단위에서는 노사협의회가 주도하지만, 사업장을 넘어서는 문제에 대해서는 회사가 조율하는 회사주도형 노사협의회를 운영하고 있다. 이 사례를 통한 국내 무노조기업 노사협의회 사례의 시사점은 첫째, 각 기업의 노사협의회가 그 회사의 업의 특성과 형태에 따라 각각 고유의 특징을 가지고 발전했고, 둘째, 무노조기업의 노사협의회도 강력한 근로자 대표성을 가질 수 있으며, 셋째, 노사협의회를 활성화 하는데 가장 중요한 요소는 경영자의 경영철학과 의지라는 점이다. According to the Ministry of Employment and labor, the unionization rate of Korean labor unions in 2011 was 10.1%, with the need of worker representation organizations in addition to labor unions increasing. In Korea, the ‘joint consultation committee is stipulated by law as the worker representation organization, and in reality, many nonunion corporations are operating joint consultation committees according to the type and characteristics of each corporation. This dissertation studied the case of the operation of joint consultation committees by corporation A, B, and C, which are affiliated to group S, a major nonunion corporation in Korea. Corporation A is a traditional manufacturing company that is mainly involved in shipbuilding. Its join consultation committee is operated similar to a labor union. Corporation B is a company that owns multiple establishments, with its main force being invested in construction. It operates committee directed joint consultation committee through an employee representation system which includes foreigners. Corporation C is a world IT corporation that allows its joint consultation committee to play a leading role at the establishment level in order to respond to quick change and set the trend, but for problems that are beyond the establishment level, it operates a company directed committee in which the company gets engaged in mediation. The point of issue in joint consultation committees for domestic nonunion corporations is that, first, the committee for each corporation has developed unique characteristics according to the characteristics and form of the business; second it can have strong worker representation; third, the most important point in revitalizing the joint consultation committee is the management philosophy and will of the manager.
