      • 청주시지역 환경오염에 관한 기초 조사 : 대기오염을 중심으로 On the section of air pollution

        This study was carried out to investigate on air pollution at Cheong ju city, so the values of pH of the rainfall, amounts of dustfall and total suspended particulates, concentrations of sulfur oxide, and heavy metals in the suspended particulates were analyzed from march 1990 to march 1991. The results were as follows ; 1. The mean value of pH in the rainfall was 6.01, and the range of pH values was 5.04∼7.03 2. The mean value of dustfall was 17.3 ton/㎢/30days, and the range of that was 12.4∼21.0 ton/㎢/30days 3. The mean concentration of sulfur oxide was 0.71mg SO₃/day/100㎠ PbO₂, and the range of that was 0.22∼1.24mgSO₃/day/100㎠ PbO₂. 4. The mean value of total suspended particulates was 155.0㎍/㎡ and this value was higher than pollution index, The range of TSP was 88.8∼198.1㎍/㎡ 5. The mean values of heavy metals of TSP were 0.002㎍/㎡ of Cd, 0.17㎍/㎡ of Pb, 0.037㎍/㎡ of Cu, 0.136㎍/㎡ of Zn and 0.045㎍/㎡ of Mn, respectively.

        지구과학 문제 풀이에서 활용되는 통합 사고 유형

        The purpose of this study is to identify the types and characteristics of the integrative thinking that learners with diverse learning backgrounds use in solving earth science problems. Four students in middle school were surveyed using questionnaires to know students’ science learning background and test items with integrated content. A total of 200 items, 40 integrated items and 160 general items, were administered ten times. The students did not show a consistent relationship in terms of correct answer percentage in general items and that of in integrated items. In order to understand the type of integrative thinking of each student, after students solve an item, we analyzed the percentage of correct answers by types and interviewed them and analyzed the contents to identify the characteristics of the thinking used in solving each item. As a result, the types of integrative thinking used in problem solving were classified into three types, knowledge-based, real life-based, and integrated inquiry-based types. It is necessary to study various ways to improve the integrative thinking ability considering the characteristics of students in science teaching and learning. 본 연구의 목적은 다양한 학습 배경을 가진 학습자가 지구과학 문제 풀이에서 활용하는 통합 사고의 유형과 특성을 파악하는 것이다. 중학교 2학년 4명을 대상으로 학습자의 과학 학습 관련 배경을 묻는 사전 설문 조사지, 지구과학 교과를 중심으로 상황적 통합 영역의 문항이 포함된 검사지를 사용하여 조사했다. 검사지는 총 200문항으로, 10회에 걸쳐 시행되었다. 통합적 사고 능력을 파악하기 위한 문항은 40문항이었고 일반 문항이 160문항이었다. 학생들마다 일반 문항 정답율과 통합 문항 정답율에 있어 일관된 연관성을 드러내지 않았다. 각 연구 대상자의 통합 사고력의 유형을 파악하기 위하여 검사 문항 풀이 후, 유형별 정답률을 분석했고, 각 문항 풀이에 활용한 사고의 특징 파악을 위하여 연구 대상자를 면담하고 그 내용을 분석했다. 그 결과 문제 풀이에 사용한 통합 사고 유형을 지식 연계형, 실생활 연계형, 통합 탐구형으로 구분할 수 있었다. 과학 교수 학습에서 학생들의 특성을 고려하여 통합 사고력을 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 방안이 연구되어야 할 것이다.

      • CsI(T1) 방사선센서의 제작 및 분광특성 연구

        실험실에서 성장시킨 CsI(T1)섬광체를 이용하여 검출기를 설계 제작하고 분광 및 출력특성을 조사하여 핵분광과 진단방사선센서로서의 응용가능성을 타진해 보았다. CsI(T1)단결정은 수직 Bridgman성장장치를 이용하여 지름 11mm, 몰농도 0.001mo1%로 성장시키었다. 이 단결정을 광다이오드를 이용하여 방사선 센서로 제작한 후, $^{22}$ Na, /up 137/Cs, $^{30}$ Co 표준감마선원에 대한 에너지 분해능을 각각 측정하였으며 진단 X선 영역에 대한 출력특성도 측정하였다. $^{22}$ Na의 0.511 MeV 의 경우13.2%, $^{137}$Cs의 0.662 MeV의 경우 8.3%, 그리고 $^{60}$Co의 1.17 MeV와 1.332 MeV에 대해서는 각각 6.7%와 5.1%의 에너지 분해능을 얻었다. 또한 관전압 60kVp, 80kVp, 100kVp, 120kVp 에 대하여 5mAs부터 80mAs 까지 진단 X선영역에 대한 출력 선형성을 확인하였다. CsI(T1) single crystal was grown in a Bridgman growing apparatus, which has the diameter of 11 mm and the mole ratio of 0.001 mol%. Radiation sensors were made with CsITl)crystal and two photodiodes, and measured spectroscopic characteristics and linearity for gamma-ray and X-ray. The energy resolution of CsI(T1) radiation sensor has been measured with $^{22}$ Na, $^{137}$ Cs and $^{60}$ Co gamma standard sources. Also output linearity of CsITl) sensor was measured for diagnostic radiation region. The energy resolutions of CsI(T1) radiation sensor for 0.511MeV gamma-ray from Na-22 source, 0.662MeV from Cs-137 source, and 1.17MeV and 1.332MeV from Co-60 source were 13.2%, 8.3%, 6.7%, and 5.1% respectively. Also the output linearity up to 80mAs current for 60kVp, 80kvp, 100kVp, 120kVp tube voltages has been studied.

        CsI (Tl)섬광검출기의 감마선 분광특성 연구

        CsI (Tl) crystals were grown by using a Bridgman growing system, and scintillation detectors were fabricated to measure the spectroscopic characteristics of gamma rays. The size of the crystal was 10 mm in diameter and 10 mm long with a 1000-ppm activator density. After the fabrication of the radiation detector with this single crystal and a bialkali photomultiplier (PMT), a multialkali PMT, or a photodiode, the energy resolutions of CsI (Tl) detectors have been measured using $^{137}$Cs, $^{22}$Na, and $^{60}$Co gamma rays. For 0.662-MeV $^{137}$Cs, the energy resolutions of the CsI (Tl) detectors were 8.5 \%, 7.7 \%, and 7.5 \% with a bialkali PMT, multialkali PMT, and a photodiode, respectirely. Bridgman 단결정성장로를 이용하여 CsI (Tl)단결정을 성장시켰으며 이를 이용하여 섬광검출기를 제작하고 감마선 분광특성을 조사하였다. 성장된 단결정의 크기는 직경 10 mm, 길이 10 mm 이고 활성제의 농도는 1000 ppm 이었다. 이들 단결정을 bialkali 광전자증배관, multialkali 광전자증배관 및 광다이오드를 이용하여 방사선 검출기로 제작한 후, $^{22}$Na, $^{137}$Cs, $^{60}$Co표준감마선원에 대한 에너지분해능을 각각 측정하고 비교하였다. 그 결과 CsI (Tl) 검출기의 $^{137}$Cs의 0.662 MeV 감마선에 대한 에너지 분해능은 bialkali 광전자증배관의 경우 8.5 \%, multialkali 광전자증배관의 경우 7.7 \%, 광다이오드의 경우 7.5 \% 를 얻었다.

        Doxorubicin과 Cyclophosphamide를 투여받는 유방암 환자에서 Pegfilgrastim과 Pegteograstim의 비용-효용 분석

        Background : Febrile neutropenia (FN) is one of the side effects in the patients treated with chemotherapy, and the patients who have FN generally need immediate treatment with extended-spectrum antibiotics and hospitalization. Pegfilgrastim and pegteograstim, which are used for the prevention of FN as a granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF), have been granted insurance coverage in the Republic of Korea for certain breast cancer patients using doxorubicin and cyclophosphamide (AC) from September 2016. Methods : The data of the patients with breast cancer using AC regimen and G-CSF were collected retrospectively. This study involves cost-utility analysis of pegfilgrastim and pegteograstim. In this study, we constructed a simple decision tree model for short-term observation and calculated qualityadjusted life year (QALY) and the direct medical costs from the medical provider’s perspective. Results : From September 2016 to May 2017, 15 patients were treated with pegfilgrastim and 15 patients were treated with pegteograstim. As a result of dividing the average cost by QALY for each treatment group, it was observed that pegfilgrastim and pegteograstim were consumed 24,923,384 won and 22,808,336 won per 1QALY, respectively. Consequently, incremental cost effectiveness ratio (ICER) showed 2,115,048 won more per pegfilgrastim than pegteograstim per 1QALY, and the cost per 1QALY of both the drugs was lower than 30,500,000 won; the Koreans were willing to pay this amount. Conclusions : This study suggests that pegfilgrastim and pegteograstim can be used to improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients undergoing AC therapy. Among the two drugs, pegteograstim seems to be more cost-effective. However, since this study was conducted as a retrospective observation method on a small scale, it is associated with many limitations. Therefore, a long-term prospective cohort study is needed to supplement the present findings.

      • 은이온 선택성 막전극의 제조와 특성에 관한 연구

        It was found that silver ion selective electrode prepared by mixing AgI with PVC by the ratio of 5:1 was hard and durable. The response potentials of this electrode were reproducible and linear within 10^-1∼10^-7M of Ag(Ⅰ) ion concentration and its slope was 62.2㎷ per decade concentration at 298K. This electrode did not show significant response to the other cations except silver ion, but had good response to iodide, chloride, bromide and cyanide anions within 10^-1∼10^-5M. It was also found that the potentials of this electrode had not been influenced to pH in range of 1.0-8.0. This electrode could be used as an indicator electrode in potentiometric titration of single halide ion and also halide mixture with standard solution of silver nitrate.
