서비스디자인 방법론을 적용한 중소병원 정형외과의 실내공간 개선에 관한 연구

공급경쟁의 심화와 의료비절감의 압박 속에서 병원서비스의 가치는 비용대비 더 나은 환자의 만족에서 찾아야 한다. 환자의 만족은 일차적으로 질병의 치료와 건강의 회복이라고 하는 결과에 있고, 그것의 판단이나 차별화가 어려워질 때는 경험가치가 만족의 핵심이 된다. 서비스디자인은 의료서비스의 제공행위나 그의 제공이 이루어지는 시스템에 대한 전체적인 맥락을 고려해 결과물을 만들어내며 이를 통해 의료경험을 보다 통합적이고 더 나은 수준으로 발전할 수 있게 한다. 이에 본 연구는 서비스디자인 프로세스에 따라 환자들이 제공받고 의료진 및 경영진이 제공하는 서비스 경험환경을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 길고 지루한 대기시간과 어수선한 대기공간, 의료진 및 직원들을 고려하지 않은 환경, 병원 내 사용자들의 프라이버시 침해, 안내 부족으로 간호사에게 업무가 과도하게 몰리는 환경 등의 문제가 발견되었다. 이에 따라 주요 이슈를 분류하여 디자인원칙을 세우고 아이디에이션을 통해 서비스 컨셉을 도출하였다. 그 결과, 대기열의 심리학을 고려한 공간계획 및 서비스디자인 솔루션으로 처치/주사실 겸용 T자형 듀얼 진료실, 의사 전용 화장실, 컨시어지 서비스, 대기자 명단 디스플레이, 물리치료 계단실, 일관성있는 사인과 웨이파인딩 시스템을 제안하였다. In the intensification of supply competition and in the pressure of medical expense reduction, the value of hospital service should be found in the better satisfaction of patients. The satisfaction of patients is in the result called to be the treatment of diseases and the recovery of health, the experience value becomes the core of satisfaction when the judgment or the differentiation of it becomes difficult. The service design is making the output considering the overall context for the offering act of medical service or the system that the provision of its service is realized, the medical experience shall be more integrated and be developed to the better level through this. Hence, according to the process of service design, this study analyzed the service experience environment that patients are getting and the medical team and management are providing. As a result, the problem such as the environment not considering the long and boring waiting time, the messy waiting space and the medical team and staffs, the privacy infringement of users within the hospital, the environment, etc. tasks are concentrated to nurses excessively from the lack of guidance has been found. Accordingly, the design principle is set up by classifying major issues, the service concept has been drawn through the ideation. Consequently, the treatment/injection room cum T-shaped dual treatment room, the exclusive toilets for doctor, the concierge service, the display of waiting list, the physiotherapy stair hall and the system of consistent sign and wayfinding have been proposed.

도시광산산업 활성화를 위한 가전제품 수거와 처리시스템 제안

도시광산의 중요성에 대한 국민들의 인식이 저조하고 수거 시스템의 접근성과 편리성이 낮아 폐가전제품을 가정에 그대로 방치하고 있는 경우가 많다. 따라서 본 연구는 가전제품 수거와 처리시스템을 서비스디자인 방법론을 활용하여 개선된 방안을 도출하였다. 그 연구 내용으로 첫째, 연구목적과 목표를 설정하여 문헌 연구를 토대로 SWOT 분석과 휴리스틱 평가를 진행하였다. 또한 사용자 관찰과 인터뷰를 통해 가전제품 수거 체제의 문제점과 가능성을 분석하였다. 둘째, 사전조사를 기반으로 사용자를 대표하는 퍼소나와 고객여정맵을 작성하여 전체적인 방향 설정 및 정의를 내렸다. 셋째, 가전제품 처리 시스템을 대형 마트에 도입한 가상의 시나리오와 스토리보드를 제작하고 브레인스토밍을 통한 아이디어 제시와 전체적인 시나리오 시각화를 통해 연구를 발전시켜 나갔다. 마지막으로, 연구 과정에서 도출된 콘셉트를 효과적으로 전달하기 위해 서비스 블루프린트를 작성하여 개선안을 제시하였다. 또한, 가전제품 수거와 처리시스템에 대한 접근성을 높이기 위해 고객들의 이용 빈도가 높은 대형 마트를 주요 영역으로 선정하여 대형가전과 소형가전의 차별화된 서비스 시스템을 제공하는 방법을 제안하였다. 이와 같이 본 연구는 서비스디자인 방법론을 통한 시스템의 개선방안을 제안함으로써, 접근 용이성과 편리성, 그리고 실효성을 기반으로 가정에 방치되고 있는 폐가전제품의 회수율을 효과적으로 높이고 도시광산산업 활성화에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. End-of-life home appliances are often left unattended at home because people have little understanding of the importance of the urban mining and the collecting system has a shortcoming of low accessibility and convenience. Therefore, this study elicited an improved suggestion of a collecting and recycling system of home appliances using a service design methodology. The contents of this study are as follows: First, this study proceeded with a SWOT analysis and heuristic evaluation based on previous bibliographical studies by setting a unique purpose and aim of this study. Furthermore, the study analyzed problems and possibility of the collecting system of home appliances through user’s observations and interviews. Second, this study set an overall direction and gave definitions by preparing for a persona and user journey map that stand for users based on previous surveys. Third, this study made a virtual scenario and storyboard in which the recycling system of home appliances was introduced into big marts; presented ideas through the brainstorming technique; and developed itself through visualization of the whole scenario. Finally, this study submitted an improved suggestion by preparing for a service blueprint in order to effectively deliver the concept elicited in the course of this study. Also, the study offered a method for providing a differentiated service system of big and small sized home appliances by selecting big marts that are used frequently by customers as a main area, in order to heighten the accessibility for the collecting and recycling system of home appliances. Similarly, this study expects that the collecting and recycling system of home appliances will effectively enhance the collection rates of the end-of-life home appliances that are left unattended at home and contribute to the invigoration of the urban mining based on its accessibility, convenience and effectiveness.

국가R&D정보 내비게이션 서비스 개발을 위한 사용자 요구 조사 및 분석

본 연구는 국내 과학기술 관련 연구자들을 위한 국가 R&D 정보내비게이션 서비스 "R&D Navigator"의 특허정보 연계 지식맵 확대 서비스 방안과 모바일 앱 서비스 개발 방안을 위해 필요한 사항을 도출하고, 서비스를 고도화 하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 R&D연구기획 단계에서 필요한 지식재산 관점의 특허 연계 융·복합 정보 내비게이션 서비스를 구축하는 방안과 모바일을 통해 R&D 융·복합 정보를 제공하는 앱 서비스를 개발하기 위한 사용자 요구 분석에 대해 알아본다. 사용자 요구 조사 및 분석을 위해 산·학·연 연구자 중심으로 설문과 현장 인터뷰를 시행하였다. 사용자 요구 분석을 중심으로 페르소나와 화면 프로토타입 등 을 작성하였으며, “R&D Navigator"의 특허 연계를 중심으로 선행기술정보 및 관련정보를 융·복합하여 제공하는 서비스와 모바일 특성에 적합한 휴대성과 편의성을 갖춘 모바일 앱 서비스를 제안하였다. 향후 본 연구에서 제안한 지식재산 관점의 R&D지원을 위한 ‘R&D Navigator"의 특허 지식맵 연계 정보서비스와 모바일 앱 서비스가 R&D정보 융·복합을 선도하는 서비스 및 중심이 되며 R&D연구에 필요한 정보 습득의 접근성과 휴대성을 높이고 R&D선행기술 연구에 적극 활용되어 특허전략 수립, 조사비용 절감, 중복개발방지 등 관련 연구성과의 향상이 기대된다. This study is to identify users’ needs for national R&D patent data navigation service, ‘R&D patent Navigator’ and develop its mobile app for state-of-the-art technical service. This study discusses integral data navigating service concerning intellectual property right in preliminary R&D planning process and analyzes users’ needs in its mobile app development. Users’ opinions were collected through a questionnaire and interview with industrial and academic researchers. Persona and prototype have been established in reference to users’ needs analysis. ‘R&D Navigator’ provides data integration service in relation to patent and intellectual property as well as mobile app service with convenient portability. Hopefully integral information service of ‘R&D Navigator" and its mobile app can lead R&D data integration technology, increase accessibility to acquirement of R&D data by contributing to R&D patent establishment, prevention of overlapping R&D and cost effectiveness.
