운동선수의 커뮤니케이션, 팀 분위기, 팀 몰입, 팀 성과의 구조적 관계

이 연구는 운동선수의 커뮤니케이션, 팀 분위기, 팀 몰입, 팀 성과의 구조적 관계를 규명하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 2017년 대한체육회에 등록된 팀 스포츠 선수들을 대상으로, 중학교, 고등학교, 대학교, 실업팀 선수들을 모집단으로 선정하였다. 조사대상 지역은 서울과 경기지역에 위치한 팀 스포츠(축구, 배구, 농구, 야구) 선수들이 재학 중인 학교 (중학교, 고등학교, 대학교)와 실업팀선수들이 소속중인 구단을 방문하여 표집을 실시하였으며, 총 496명의 자료가 분석되었다. 표집방법은 해당 참가자를 대상으로 비확률 표집의 편의표본추출법(conaenience sampling method)을 사용하여 표집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0을 활용하여 빈도분석과 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였으며, AMOS 23.0을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석과 가설적 모형의 적합도 및 가설을 검증하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 설정한 6개의 가설 경로 중 2개의 경로가 유의하지 않았으며, 총 4개의 경로가 통계적으로 유의하게 지지되었다. The purpose of this study is to find structural relations between athletes` communication, team atmosphere, team commitment, and team performance. The participants of this study were the athletes in middle school, high school, university, and business team among team sports athletes registered in Korean Sports & Olympic Committee in 2017. This researcher visited sports clubs (middle school, high school, university, and business team) in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, where athletes of team sports (soccer, baseball, volleyball, and basketball) belong to in order for sampling. As a result, data of 496 athletes were analyzed. As a sampling method, convenience sampling method as nonprobability sampling was applied to the participants. For data analysis, SPSS 23.0 was used to conduct frequency analysis and reliability analysis. With the use of AMOS 23.0, confirmatory factor analysis was conducted, and goodness-of-fit and hypotheses of a hypothetical model were examined. As a result, the following conclusions were reached : Of the 6 hypothesis paths established, 2 were not significant, and a total of 4 were statistically supported.

운동선수의 사회적 교환관계(LMX-TMX), 긍정심리자본, 팀 성과의 구조적 관계

이 연구는 운동선수의 사회적 교환관계(LMX-TMX), 긍정심리자본, 팀 성과의 구조적 관계를 규명하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2020년 서울, 경기지역에 등록된 팀 스포츠 선수들을 대상으로 모집단을 선정하였다. 편의표본추출법을 통해 309명의 자료가 추출되었고 분석되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 버전과 Amos 23.0 버전을 활용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 운동선수의 LMX는 긍정심리자본에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 운동선수의 TMX는 긍정심리자본에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 운동선수의 LMX는 팀 성과에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 운동선수의 TMX는 팀 성과에 정적(+) 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 운동선수의 긍정심리자본은 팀 성과에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이 연구는 운동선수의 사회적 교환관계(LMX-TMX)와 팀 성과의 관계를 설명함에 있어 긍정심리자본의 중요성을 일깨워 주고 있으며, 나아가 사회적 교환관계(LMX-TMX)에 관한 폭넓은 논의를 통해 리더-구성원 교환관계(LMX)와 팀-구성원 교환관계(TMX)에 관련 변인에 대한 이론적 논의에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study was to find structural relations among athletes" social relationships(TMX, LMX), positive psychological capital, and team performance. In order to achieve this objective, a population was selected from team athletes who have been registered with the Seoul, Gyeonggi Province as of 2020. A final group of 309 athletes were extracted and analyzed through a convenience sampling. Hypothesis test on collected data was conducted by using SPSS 23.0 Ver, Amos 23.0 Ver. The findings of this study are as follows. First, athletes’ LMX had a positive(+) influence on positive psychological capital. Second, athletes’ TMX had a positive(+) influence on Positive psychological capital. Third, athletes’ LMX had a positive(+) influence on team performance. Fourth, athletes’ TMX did not have a positive(+) influence on team performance. Fifth, athletes’ positive psychological capital had a positive(+) influence on team performance. In conclusion, this study reminds us of the importance of positive psychological capital in explaining the relationship between athletes" social exchange (LMX-TMX) and team performance. Furthermore, it is expected to contribute to the theoretical discussion on the variables related to the leader-member exchange relationship(LMX) and the team-member exchange relationship(TMX) through broad discussions on the social exchange relationship(LMX-TMX).
