보육시설의 서비스 질이 클라이언트만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 보육시설의 서비스 질이 클라이언트(Ct)만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구이다. 구체적으로는, 서비스 질이 Ct만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 이론적 논의를 바탕으로 그 관계에 대한 가설을 설정ㆍ검증하였다. 부연하면, 이론적 논의를 기초로 하여 주요 변수들을 중심으로 연구모형을 설정ㆍ활용하였으며, 변수들 간의 관계에 대하여 설정된 가설들을 설문지 조사와 통계적 방법을 통하여 검증하였다. 연구의 결과, 첫째, 보육시설의 서비스 질 즉, 안정성ㆍ의사소통ㆍ정중성ㆍ프로그램 운영능력 등이 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 급식의 질과 심미성은 비유의적임을 보여 주고 있다. 둘째, 국공립보육시설과 민간보육시설의 서비스 질ㆍ고객만족 관계에 대하여 비교하여 본 결과, 서비스질과 Ct만족 간의 관계에서 의사소통ㆍ급식의 질ㆍ심미성에서는 국공립 보육시설과 민간보육시설 간에 동일한 영향관계로 나타났으나, 안정성ㆍ정중성ㆍ프로그램 운영능력의 면에서는 그 영향이 다르게 나타났다. This dissertation examines the influences of the Child-care service quality and of the child-care facilities on the custom satisfaction. More specifically, based on the theoretical explanations about the influence of the service quality on the customer satisfaction, this study establishes and tests the hypotheses related to the relationships among those influences. To reiterate, this study develops and utilizes the research model consisting of major variables, and tests those hypotheses through the questionnaires to be analyzed in a statistical way. Research results are summarized as follows; firstly, among the factors of the service quality of the child-care facilities, safetyㆍcommunicationㆍearnestnessㆍprogram management ability affect the customer satisfaction, while the quality of meal and the aestheticism do not. Secondly, the comparison of the relationships between the public facilities and private ones in terms of service quality and customer satisfaction suggests that communicationㆍservice qualityㆍaestheticism affect equally on both the public facilities and the private ones, while safetyㆍearnestnessㆍprogram management ability do differently, in the aspects of the relationships between the service quality and the customer satisfaction. It is no doubt that the public facilities maintain higher service quality and customer satisfaction, compared to the private ones.
