많은 종류의 선박은 운항상 일정 시간동안 정박을 하거나 항해를 하고 있으며 정박 중에는 해수관 계통의 스트레이너와 냉각수 관에서 홍합 등의 조개류의 번식 등으로 주기관 냉각수 계통 또는 발전기의 냉각수 계통을 막아 냉각수량이 충분하지 않아 기관의 정지 등을 일으키는 경우가 있다. 이러한 경우 선주는 홍합 등의 조개류를 제거하기 위하여 이러한 인근의 조선소로 가서 상가를 하여 조개류를 제거한다. 이때 선주는 상가비용, 연료비 등의 부수적인 경비가 소요된다. 이러한 경우 선주는 안전하고 효율적인 조개류를 제거하기 위하여 선원 또는 전문 자이버가 선박파공봉쇄장치를 씨 체스트에 부착 해수의 유입을 방지하고 기고나실 안에서 안전하게 조개류 제거작업을 할 수 있다. The many kinds of ship has been for long time in port or sailing on the sea, in this time at port, the mussel go into cooling sea pipe line or strainer, and cultured for some time at cooling sea water system. The strainer or inside of pipe line to be stoped by the mussel, in this case, the amount quantity of cooling water to be insufficient for main engine or diesel generator engine. In this case, the ship to be dry dock for the removal of mussel, in this case, the ship’s owner to be payed for docking cost, fuel oil cost for sailing and etcs. For the safety and effective removal of mussel, the ship to be installed the stopping device to sea chest by ship’s crew, the crews can remove of the mussel at engine room safely works.
선박의 항만국검사대비 기름기록관리에 관한 실무적용 연구

The transportation of oil has increased due to the growth of marine industries and oil refineries. Oil residues and waste discharged to the ocean has increased due to accidental and/or intentional discharges. The International Marine Organization(IMO) has made compulsory that every oil tanker of 150 gross tonnage and above and every ship of 400 gross tonnages other than tankers and above should be provided with an oil record book. The entries in the oil record book should be made in accordance with the IMO guidelines. Specifically, engine room generated oil residues should be recorded in the oil record book from January 1, 2011. Also, the developed IMO guideline should be added for the prevention of dispute with the Port State Control Officers and(or) Tanker Vetting Inspectors. This oil record book will be in operation and of valued assistance to the marine officers, according to the IMO policy for the prevention of the waste oil and the oil mixtures from the machinery space. 불림탈리조에서 증기와 공기를 이용한 유류오염토양 복원연구

유류에 오염된 토, 사, 석 등을 불림탈리조에 은 후 고온의 스팀에 의해 기름의 점도를 낮추고 고압의 공기방울 마찰로 탈리 부상된 유분을 고압제트분사에 의하여 일 방향으로 모아서 회수하는 기술 The technology of this oil remove system for oil polluted soil, mud and sand to be removed by heating with steam nozzle of steaming coil, and supply high pressure air. The air bubble break and apart the oil drop from polluted soil. The floating oil to be remove with high pressure water nozzle.

By the industrial work and military operation, some facilities discharged or spilled amount of waste oil or oil mixtures due to leakage of many kinds of oil. The soil in these facilities was seriously polluted by waste oil or oil mixtures and We, urgently need the research for the cleaning up and restoring from the polluted soil by the way of environment-friendly and economical methods In this study, from the test results by crasher and surfactant(APG) in the fields operation experiment, we got good results of the removal ratio of THP from polluted clay soil and sand, these methods will get better result as the economical and environment-friendly treatment methods. As results of this study, found out that amount of polluted oily soil and sand will be clean at once time in the limit of acts of environments.

2010년 3월 26일 서해안 백령도에서 우리 해군 천안함이 원인 불명의 사고로 침몰하는 사고가 발생하였으며, 2010년 4월 2일 항해하던 트롤 어선인 금양호는 한국에서 중국으로 항해하던 상선과 충돌하여 침몰하는 사고가 발생하였다. 이러한 해난 사고는 5년을 평균적으로 년간 사망 또는 실종 사고로 인한 인명피해가 약 100여 명에 이르고 있다. 우리는 귀중한 생명이 사라지는 해난사고에 대하여 사전 예방적인 측면에서 또한 사고 후의 신속하고 정확한 구조 활동을 위한 가장 중요한 방법 중 하나가 사고 직전, 사고 시 또는 사고 후에 국가 또는 구해줄 수 있는 선박 등과의 통신이다. 우리는 이러한 해난 사고시 긴급 통신 시스템으로서 사고를 예방하거나 인명을 구조할 수 있는 가장 신속하고 정확한 방법으로 TRS 시스템을 제시하고자 한다. The Korean naval battleship " M.V Chon An" had sunk by the unkwon reason in March 26, 2010 at near the BAK Ryung Island. Also Support fish work ship "M.V Kum Yang" was collided with cargo ship which sailed from Korea to China, and had sunk on April 2nd. 2010. Because of these kinds of marine accident, about 100 person was died or missed per year at marine field for 5 years average. In the view of prevent for our precious human lives in marine accidents, the most important thing is communication between ship and authority as Korean Cost Guard or Port authority on before, immediately in the marine accidents for the urgent and accurate rescue. We suggest that Trunk Radio System will solve in the marine accident for the prevention of live savings, or rescue of live savings by urgent telecommunication.

The human being continued the processing of improvement for well being life according to scientific results. The other hand, All the seaman life take the rest and sleep in ship's office and living room. In this case, many crew took the pain of back spain or deposit the his fatigue, This will be decrease the productivity owing to crew's back spain or fatigue etc. In this study researched the problem of ship's bed mattress and the principle of Well being air mattress in technical standard etc. Specially decreased some kinds of bacillus, germ and many kinds of bacteria by using of tourmaline which emitted the far red light and negative ion from surface of the mattress. We developed and applied the ship's Well being air mattress to off shore and various kind of ship by International Labour Organization convention 192.
