The 3-D modeling of products or parts were required to understand their configuration. Also the method of simulation has less time and cost than the method of experiment. The knowledge of PLC program, pneumatics and electricity lining is necessary to design automatic machine. In this sutdy, PLC program, pneumatics and electricity lining were done and the machine was simulated by V-MECA S/W.

At the present, a hand lay-up method in FRP(Fiber Reinforced Plastics) boat manufacture induces both strength reduction and weight gain. Those cause low efficiency of the boat. In this paper, a vacuum bag curing method is presented both to improve the strength and to reduce the weight. The specimen made by the vacuum bag method is weighed and tested with tension. The results of the specimen are compared with the ones of the specimen made by the hand lay-up method.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of the stretching of the calf muscles on foot pressure and contact area in young adult. Participants stood on a wedge board that was sloped between 15~25 degree for 15min. After stretching participants stood quietly on force plate, result was recorded. Participants stood on a force plate for 1 min in eye closed condition, and them the foot pressure and area was recorded. The following variables were calculated off-line: anterior and posterior foot pressure and contact area, medial and lateral foot pressure and contact area. Results showed that anterior pressure change due to stretch, but mediolateral was not significant. This result suggested that stretching of the calf muscle has the effect of increasing anterior pressure by flexibility change on calf muscle, so this effects might be effective intervention for reduce of serious problem to neurologic patients in therapy session.

To analyze the response of Composite laminated plate under low velocity impact, the laminated plate theory is applied frequently. The stresses of laminated plate in this study are analyzed by a higher-order plate theory. In this theory, in-plan stresses are obtained from laminated plate theory and out-plane stresses are derived from 3-D equilibrium equation. The objective of this study is to confirm the applicability of the higher-order plate theory to static stresses for [0˚/90˚]sym plate under partial distributed load. the stress distributions along the thickness direction were compared with those of the exact 3-D theory.

Composite material has good specific strength and specific stiffness compared with metal material. So, especially in aerospace division, to acquire the technology about composite structure development is necessary. The objective of this study was to develop the composite control surface of an 8-passengers twin engine aircraft. Preliminary design, structure analysis, detail design, full-scale structural test were accomplished. In load analysis, balance, maneuver and gust load condition were considered. The control surface consisted of C-shape spar, upper and lower skin, full-depth honeycomb and closing rib. The structural test was performed as the stage of preload, limit load, ultimate load and failure load. The results of FEM analysis were almost good agreement with the ones of the structural test. Stability and validity of the structure was proved that the failure load was 925 lb as 1.7 times as the limit load.

본 연구에서 정적 및 충격하중을 받는 탄소/에폭시 적층판의 박리 특성을 실험적인 파면해석 방법을 사용하여 논의됐다. 처음에 박리는 DCB(Double Cantilever Beam)시험과 ENF(End-Notch Flexure) 시험에 의하여 생성하였다. 이들의 파면은 SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope)을 이용하여 관찰하였다. 박리의 전파방향은 파면의 형태로부터 알 수 있다. 다음에 전형적인 저속 충격손상의 형태로 알려진 터진 형을 생성하기 위하여 적층판에 정적 및 충격하중을 가하였다. DCB와 ENF시험에서 규명된 형태를 기본으로 각 하중에 대한 박리전파는 규명되었다. 그리고 각 하중의 박리는 연속적인 박리 메커니즘과 전단 크랙의 전파에 의하여 설명할 수 있음을 알았다.
