체육교사의 웰빙 방해 요인에 관한 체계적 문헌 분석

The purpose of this study is to examine the researches of the physical education teacher’s well-being barrier factors through systematic review to understand it comprehensively, and to present implications for future research. To do this, I collected papers published in domestic journals from 2000 to 2018, and analyzed the contents of the collected research by using research methods of systematic review. The results of the analysis are largely three: "the present well-being state" and the consequent changes in life, "results," and "conditions" for the well-being of future physical education teachers. First, the physical well-being of the teacher was interfered with the well-being life by 'burden' and 'exhausting'. Second, as a result of interfering with well-being, 'Challenge and Growth', 'Adaptation and Coziness', and 'Degradation and Culling' appeared. Third, the conditions for the future well-being of physical education teachers were categorized as 'class-centered life', 'emotional stability', and 'cooperative culture'. The concept of 'well-being support' was derived from these three conditions. Based on these discussions, it is suggested that there is a need for a clear awareness and support for the well-being of the physical education teachers. In the subsequent research, it is necessary to establish a practical support plan for physical education teachers' well-being and to suggest a ways to increase its field suitability. 이 연구의 목적은 체육교사의 웰빙 방해 요인에 관한 연구물을 체계적 문헌 분석(systematic review)을 통 해 살펴봄으로써 이를 총체적으로 이해하고, 향후 연구의 시사점을 제시하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 체계적 문헌 분석을 통해 2000년부터 2018년까지 주제와 관련한 국내 학술지에 게재된 논문을 수집하고, 수집된 연구물에 대한 내용 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 크게 3가지로 ‘현재의 웰빙 상태’와 그에 따른 삶의 변 화된 모습인 ‘결과’, 그리고 앞으로 미래 체육교사의 웰빙을 위한 ‘조건’으로 나타났다. 첫째, 체육교사의 현 재 웰빙에는 ‘부담’과 ‘소진’이 작용하여 웰빙적 삶에 방해를 받고 있다. 둘째, 웰빙 방해 요인이 작용한 결 과로는 ‘도전하며 성장’, ‘순응하며 안주’, ‘퇴행하며 도태’의 형태로 나타났다. 셋째, 체육교사의 미래 웰빙 을 위한 조건으로는 ‘수업 중심 생활’, ‘정서적 안정’, ‘협력적 문화’로 범주화하였으며, 이 세 가지 조건을 모두 충족하는 ‘웰빙 지원’의 개념을 설정하였다. 이러한 논의를 바탕으로 체육교사의 웰빙에 대한 명확한 인식과 이에 대한 지원이 필요하다는 시사점을 도출하였다. 후속으로 이루어질 연구에서는 체육교사의 웰 빙 증진을 위한 실제적 지원의 방안 마련과 그것의 현장 적합성을 높일 수 있는 방안 제시가 필요하다.

텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 학교체육정책 연구 동향 분석

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the knowledge system generated from previous research on school sports policy and based on this, to derive implications for conducting future research and establishing policies. Methods: For this purpose, we collected papers related to the School Physical Education policy primarily from domestic academic journals and ultimately selected forty-nine papers for analysis using exclusion and inclusion criteria. The collected papers were analyzed using text-mining techniques found in the NetMiner software. Results: Among the text mining analysis methods, the four topics derived through topic modeling are as follows. First, although policies to support student athletic activities are being established and implemented in various directions, problems such as lack of support have emerged in actual practice. Second, it is necessary to reset the scope, target, and content of the School Sports Policy to expand students' sports participation. Third, it is necessary to explore evaluation theories and models suitable for the analysis and evaluation of school physical education policies. Fourth, practical support measures must be prepared by exploring the specific perceptions of policy targets in schools. Conclusion: Based on the above research results and discussions, policy implications for establishing a model approach and integrated system for the School Physical Education policy were presented.

운동부 감독교사 경험에 관한 질적 메타분석

이 연구는 학교운동부를 운영하고 있는 감독교사의 경험을 다루고 있는 질적 연구물을 체계적으로 종합 및 분석하는 질적 메타분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 감독교사의 운동부 운영 경험의 의미를 이해하며, 의미의 재구성 맥락을 분석하였다. 먼저, 체계적 문헌 분석을 통해 2005년부터 2018년까지 국내 학술지에 게재된 논문을 수집하고, 최종 선정된 연구물을 대상으로 질적 메타분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 감독교사의 운동부 운영 경험에 관한 6가지 기술적 주제로 ‘관계의 어려움’, ‘열악한 근무환경’, ‘운영의 한계’, ‘정체성 혼란’, ‘부적응’, ‘문제해결’과 상위 개념인 “짐(burden)”이 도출되었다. 최종적으로 종합적 주제인 ‘감독교사가 경험하는 운동부 운영의 짐-대처전략’을 도출하였다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 상위 개념이자 메타포(metaphor)인 “짐”의 속성과 관계에 대해 논의하고, 종합적 주제의 관계도를 정립하였다. 이를 통해 운동부 운영의 짐을 지고 있는 감독교사를 지원하는 행정적·제도적인 지원체계를 제시한다. This study conducted qualitative meta-analysis which systematically synthesizes and analyzes qualitative researches dealing with the experience of operating sports departments of the supervising teachers. Through this, we understood the meaning of the experience of operating the sports teacher"s sports department, and analyzed the context of reconstruction of meaning and derived implications. First of all, we collected articles published in domestic journals from 2005 to 2018 through systematic literature analysis, and conducted a qualitative meta-analysis of the final selected research. As a result of the analysis, six technical themes related to the experience of operating sports departments of physical education teachers were "difficult relations", "bad working environment", "limit of operation", "confusion of identity", "adaptation", "problem solving" and higher concepts. The “burden” was derived. Finally, a comprehensive theme, “a jim-response strategy for the management of the sports department experienced by the supervising teacher” was derived. Based on the results of this analysis, we discussed the properties and relationships of the higher concept and metaphor “Jim”, and established and discussed the relationship diagram of the comprehensive theme. This suggests administrative and institutional support to support supervisors who are burdened with the operation of the sports department.

전국 체육고등학교 교육과정 편성과 학생선수 수급 및 진로·진학 현황 분석

이 연구는 전국 체육고등학교 교육과정과 교과목 편성 및 운영 현황, 학생선수 수급, 진로·진학 현황과 프로그램 우수사례를 분석하여 학생선수를 위한 전반적인 교육의 방향성과 향후 진로·진학을 지원하는 방안은 무엇인지 논의하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 초·중등학교 학생선수 및 유·청소년의 전인적 성장 관련 선행연구(학술지 논문), 전국 체육고등학교 교육과정 편성·현황 문서, 2021~2023년의 3개년 간 전국 체육고등학교 학생선수 수급 및 진로·진학 현황 자료, (학교)체육정책 문서 등을 수집하고 분석하여 내용 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 전국 체육고등학교의 교육과정 및 전문교과 편성, 전국 체육고등학교 학생선수 수급, 진로·진학 현황, 프로그램 우수사례를 분석하여 그 시사점을 도출하였다. 이상의 연구 결과 및 논의를 바탕으로 진학·진로 관련 영역에 대한 조사의 필요성, 현재 운영 중인 교육과정에 대한 분석과 혁신적인 운영 방안을 도출할 필요성, 협력적 거버넌스 구축의 방향성, 혁신적인 체육중·고등학교 설립 및 운영 방식 논의를 제안하였다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the current status of the national physical education high school curriculum and curriculum organization and operation, the supply and demand of student Athlete, the current status of career and admission status, and excellent program cases to discuss the overall direction of education for student athletes and how to support future career and admission status. To this end, prior research (academic journal papers) on the holistic growth of elementary and middle school student athletes and children and adolescents, documents on the curriculum organization and status of national physical education high schools, and supply and demand statistics and career paths of student athletes at national physical education high schools over the three years from 2021 to 2023, data on advancement status, (school) sports policy documents, etc. were collected and analyzed to conduct content analysis. As a result of the study, the curriculum and specialized curriculum of national physical education high schools, student athlete recruitment, career/admission status, and best program cases were analyzed and implications were derived. Based on the above research results and discussions, the need to investigate areas related to advancement and career paths, the need to analyze the currently operating curriculum and derive innovative operation plans, the direction of establishing cooperative governance, the establishment of innovative physical education middle and high schools, and Discussion of operation method was proposed.
