한국어 텍스트 마이닝의 특성과 2011 한국 경제총조사 자료에의 응용

한국 전체 사업체 대한 최초의 전수조사인 2011 경제총조사 중 한식 음식점업 사업체 자료는 취급 메뉴에 대한 텍스트 자료와 영업 지역, 창립연월, 매출액 등 사업체의 특성을 나타내는 구조화 자료로 구성되어 있는 빅데이터이다. 본 연구에서는 취급 메뉴 자료에 텍스트 마이닝을 실시하는 과정에서 발생하는 통계 및 기술적 문제점들을 살펴보고, 이를 통해 한국어 텍스트 마이닝의 특징을 고찰하였다. 또한 텍스트 마이닝의 결과를 사업체 특성 자료와 결합하여 한식 메뉴와 이를 취급하는 사업체 특성 간의 연관성을 탐색하였다. 2010년 기준 가장 많은 사업체가 취급하는 인기 메뉴는 삼겹살구이로 특히 강원도와 대전광역시에 인구 대비 취급 사업체가 많았다. 신생 사업체의 인기 메뉴는 육회와 돈가스였고, 닭백숙과 매운탕 등이 장수 사업체가 많이 취급하는 메뉴였다. 이러한 결과들은 한식 음식점 창업시 메뉴 선정 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있으며 관련 정부 부처가 영세 사업체들의 메뉴 변경 유도를 통한 폐업 방지등의 정책을 마련하는데 도움이 될 것이다. 2011 Korean Economic Census is the first economic census in Korea, which contains text data on menus served by Korean-food restaurants as well as structured data on characteristics of restaurants including area, opening year and total sales. In this paper, we applied text mining to the text data and investigated statistical and technical issues and characteristics of Korean text mining. Pork belly roast was the most popular menu across provinces and/or restaurant types in year 2010, and the number of restaurants per 10000 people was especially high in Kangwon-do and Daejeon metropolitan city. Beef tartare and fried pork cutlet are popular menus in start-up restaurants while whole chicken soup and maeuntang (spicy fish stew) are in long-lived restaurants. These results can be used as a guideline for menu development to restaurant owners, and for government policy-making process that lead small restaurants to choose proper menus for successful business.

성인학습자의 평생교육의식, 참여동기, 학습성과에 관한 구조적 분석

이 연구는 성인학습자의 평생교육의식, 참여동기, 학습성과에 관한 구조적 관계를 알아보기 위한 목적으로 수행되었 다. 연구대상은 대전광역시 5개구에서 운영 중인 평생교육기관에서 평생학습 프로그램에 참여중인 성인학습자 319명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인학습자의 평생교육의식은 학습성과에 유의한 영향을 미치 는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성인학습자의 평생교육의식은 참여동기에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 참여동 기는 학습성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 성인학습자의 평생교육의식과 학습성과는 참여동기를 매개 로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 학습성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 관련변인으로 평생교육의식, 참여동기가 영향력을 갖는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 결과는 평생교육의식 전환이 이루어져, 평생학습에 대한 참여동기가 부여되고, 학습성과 향상으로 이어져, 궁극적으로 평생학습 참여기회가 확대될 수 있음을 시사해준다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural of adult learners' lifelong education consciousness, participation motivation, learning outcome. The subjects were 319 adult learners who participated in the courses of the lifelong learning in 5 districts of Daejeon. The research results are as follows. First, adult learners' consciousness of lifelong education had positive effects on their learning outcome. Second, adult learners' consciousness of lifelong education had positive effects on their participation motivation. Third, participation motivation had positive effects on their learning outcome. Forth, participation motivation had mediating effect between consciousness of lifelong education and learning outcome. Consciousness of lifelong education and participation motivation were verified as factors that affect learning outcome directly. These results can be used to change the consciousness of lifelong education, and to participation motivation potential learners to participate in lifelong learning. Finally this process will improve their learning outcome. The study is meaningful to provide possibility to enlarge participation opportunities for lifelong learning.

Hemangioblastoma (HB) is a rare benign tumor that most commonly occurs in the cerebellum. HB is composed of neoplastic stromal cells and abundant small vessels. However, the exact origin of stromal cells is controversial. Extraneural HBs have been reported in a small series, and peripheral HBs arising in the adrenal gland are extremely rare. Herein, we report a case of sporadic adrenal HB in a 54-year-old woman. The tumor was a well-circumscribed, yellow mass measuring 4.2 cm in diameter. Histologically, the tumor was composed of small blood vessels and vacuolated stromal cells with clear cytoplasm. On immunohistochemical stain, the stromal cells were positive for S-100 protein, neuron-specific enolase, and synaptophysin. The tumor did not reveal mutation of VHL alleles. We herein present a case of HB of the adrenal gland and review of the literature.

1976년의 통계에 의할 것 같으면 전세계의 소비량 가운데 26%가 수송부문에서 소모되었고 그 수송부문중의 5%가 군사관계에 사용되었다고 한다. 그런데 1940년대의 석유자원과 함정연료와의 상호관계를 비교해 볼 때는 많은 변화가 있었다. 전쟁전의 일본해군은 전비계획의 하나로서 함정용 연료를 비축하는 데 박차를 가했다. 이것은 1941년에 약 650만톤의 중유를 일본국내에 비축하였으나 1945년의 오끼나와(沖縄)공방전 때 특정함으로 출격하게 된 전함 야마토(大和)함에게 만탱크의 연료를 채우지 못하고 반수의 중유밖에 공급하지 못했던 비극은 당시의 연료와 전력 관계가 가장 심각했다는 것을 말하고 있다.

After the Sino-Japanese War, the Japanese Government-General of Korea enacted ‘Regulation on Chosun Rice Distribution Adjustment’ for imposing licencing system in rice trading and founding export agency, and ‘Regulation on Chosun Rice Market Corporation’ for founding Chosun Rice Market Corporation in 1939. However, as the rice market was not operated because of drought, it temporarily took charge of exporting. In accordance with annual food policy, corporation expanded its role that managed export and oversaw a local distribution organization. With the enactment of ‘Regulation on Chosun Food Management’ in 1943, all existing organization was reorganized under the Chosun Food Public Corporation. Under the new law and corporation, Chosen’s rice distribution system was totally unified. It is main chage that rice milling industry was nationalized and Japan Imperial enact ‘Act on Chosun Food Management Special Account’ for financing rice distribution work. 본 논문은 전시체제기 식민지 조선의 미곡유통구조가 국가관리체제로 전환되는 과정에서 도입된 조선미곡시장주식회사와 조선식량영단의 설립·운용과정을 살펴보고자 하였다. 중일전쟁 이후 일제는 미곡유통통제를 위해 1939년 미곡취급업을 허가제로 하고 수이출 전담기관을 조직하는 「조선미곡배급조정령」 과 미곡시장을 경영하는 미곡시장회사를 세우는 「조선미곡시장주식회사령」을제정하였다. 그런데 1939년 대한해의 여파로 미곡시장이 운영되지 못하면서, 미곡시장회사는 임시적으로 미곡 수이출을 담당하였다. 미곡시장회사는 매년발표되는 식량대책에 따라 수이출미의 관리를 넘어서 조선 내 배급기구의 중앙기관으로 역할이 확대되었다. 1943년 「조선식량관리령」의 제정으로 미곡시장회사는 조선식량영단으로 개조되었다. 그 결과 조선 내 배급기구는 모두 식량영단 산하에 편재되어, 식량유통 사무는 영단을 통해서만 이뤄지는 일원적 구조가 형성되었다. 식량영단은 식량자원 전체의 유통을 관장하면서 그간 통제의 영역에서 벗어나 있던 정미업을 국영화시켰다. 한편, 「조선식량관리령」 체제 아래에서는 영단이 직접 식량의매입·매도를 해야 했는데, 이를 위한 재원으로 「조선식량관리특별회계법」에 의한 특별회계가 도입되었다.
