로젠탈효과를 적용한 호텔조리장의 피그말리온 리더십 연구

This study was to examine the structural relationships among hotel restaurant chefs' pygmalion leadership, hotel restaurant cooks' job engagement, self-efficacy, job performance, teamwork, and turnover intention, and how job engagement and self-efficacy play mediating roles in the relationship between pygmalion leadership and job performance, teamwork, and turnover intention. In this model, pygmalion leadership consists of climate, feedback, input, and output. For these purposes, the authors developed several hypotheses and collected data from 243 hotel restaurant cooks. The findings can be summarized as follows: First, feedback had a positive effect on self-efficacy. Second, input had statistically positive effects on job engagement and self-efficacy. Third, output had positive effects on job engagement and self-efficacy. Fourth, job engagement had significant effects on self-efficacy, job performance, teamwork, and turnover intention. Fifth, self-efficacy had significant effects on job performance, teamwork, and turnover intention. In the conclusion part, finally, these findings were discussed and then implications and limitations were provided.
외식기업에서 최고경영자의 진정성리더십이 조직신뢰와 직무만족 그리고 직무성과에 미치는 영향

This research presents us authentic leadership which is compatible with present competitive environment, and the need to present the mechanism which has been operated through authentic leadership. Therefore, this research addresses CEO"s authentic leadership as the antecedents for job performance of the small foodservice company. This study also examines nmediating effect of organizational trust job satisfaction on relationships between autentic leadership and job performance. The findings can be summarized as follows: First, the discussion examines that C E O"s authentic leadership at the small foodservice company has an effect on employee"s organizational trust and job performance. Second, employee"s organizational trust at small foodservice company did not have a significant effect on job performance, and job satisfaction have a strong effect on job performance. Implications, limitation and future resaerch directions were also discussed from these result.
커피전문점 이용객의 브랜드 일체감이 관여도, 고객만족, 그리고 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향: 프랜차이즈 가맹점을 중심으로

본 연구는 프랜차이즈 커피전문점 이용고객들이 커피전문점을 이용하면서 지각하는 커피전문점 브랜드와의 일체감을 제시하고, 이러한 커피전문점 이용고객들의 지각된 브랜드 일체감이 커피전문점에 대한 관여도와 고객만족, 그리고 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 기반으로 관여도가 고객만족과 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향력과 고객만족이 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향력을 분석하였다. 실증분석결과, 첫째, 커피전문점 이용고객들의 브랜드 일체감은 관여도, 고객만족, 그리고 브랜드충성도에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 커피전문점 이용고객들의 관여도는 고객만족과 브랜드 충성도에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 커피전문점 이용고객들의 만족은 브랜드 충성도에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study mainly examines the effects of customer brand identification on involvement, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty in the coffee shop market in Korea. More specifically, this research could suggest the practically partial mediating roles of involvement and customer satisfaction. For these purposes the author developed a structural model which consists of several variables. In this model, customer brand identification was proposed to affect involvement, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty. Consequently, it is analyzed the effects of involvement on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty, and then it was observed that the effect of customer satisfaction on brand loyalty. The findings can be summarized as follows: First, customer brand identification had significantly positive effects on involvement, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty. Second, involvement significantly affected customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Third, customer satisfaction had a positive effect on brand loyalty.
호텔기업에서 종사원의 그릿(GRIT)이 직무만족과 정서적 몰입, 그리고 고객지향성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 호텔종사원들을 중심으로 그릿의 이론적 개념을 기반으로 하여 노력 지속성과 흥미 일관성의 두 가지 하위차원으로 제시하고 이를 외생변수로 설정하여 호텔종사원들의 직무에 대한 만족, 조직에 대한 몰입, 그리고 고객 지향성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 실증적으로 살펴보았다. 이에 대한 실증분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 호텔종사원의 노력 지속성은 직무에 대한 만족과 정서적 몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 호텔종사원의 흥미 일관성은 정서적 몰입에는 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친 반면 직무만족에는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 호텔종사원의 직무만족은 고객지향성에는 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친 반면 정서적 몰입에는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 정서적 몰입은 고객지향성에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationships among hotel employees perceptions of GRIT, job satisfaction, affective commitment, and customer orientation. For the purpose, this study developed several hypotheses and collected data from 260 employees working at hotels in Seoul. The data were analyzed with structural equation modeling with AMOS 20.0 and SPSS Win/PC 20,0. Since the result of the overall model analysis demonstrated a good fit, the authors could further analyze our data. The findings can be summarized as follows: First, perseverance of effort had significant positive effects on job satisfaction and affective commitment. Second, consistency of interest significantly affected affective commitment. Third, job satisfaction had a significant positive influence on customer orientation. Fourth, affective commitment had a significant positive impact on customer orientation.
농촌지역 커피전문점 관리자의 온정적 리더십이 고객들의 신뢰와 만족 및 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향

Among many recent leadership, compassionate leadership has been in the spotlight as a leadership that values Korean affection and human relationships. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out how the compassionate leadership of coffee shop managers in rural areas affects customer trust, satisfaction and revisit intention. To achieve the research objectives, five research hypotheses and research models derived through theoretical considerations were established. In addition, a survey was conducted on 185 customers using coffee shops located in the rural areas of Jeollanam-do, and the analysis was conducted with the collected data. The results of this study were as follows. First, it was found that the compassionate leadership of coffee shop managers had a positive (+) significant effect on customer trust. Second, it was confirmed that the compassionate leadership of coffee shop managers did not have a positive (+) significant effect on customer satisfaction. Third, customer trust was found to have a positive (+) significant effect on customer satisfaction. Fourth, it was also confirmed that customer trust did not have a significant positive (+) effect on revisit intention. Fifth, customer satisfaction was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on revisit intention. These studies would contribute to the continued revitalization of coffee shops in rural areas.

This study presented the chef’s authentic leadership with the purpose of the team’s sucessful job performance. For this purpose, the authors examinedthe structual relationships among chef’s authentic leadership, organizational trust, and job performance.The results of hypothesis testing are as follows.First, relational transparency and moral perspective had positive effects on organizational trust. Second, self-awareness, relational transparency and moral perspective did not have directly signicant positive effects on job performance. Third, organizationl turst had a significant positive effect on job performance.
