Flywheel energy storage system (FESS) is defined as a high speed rotating flywheel system saving electric power which is a surplus power in normal days. The FESS is proposed as an efficient energy storage system because it has high accumulation energy when it is operated in high speed without mechanical problem It is consisted of flywheel, motor/generator, low friction bearings and so on. To develop a FESS, it has to be passed on the simulation and experiment and those are difficult and take a lot of time. Especially, the simulation is depending on modeling method. In common simulation software using 3D model, the 3D model is designed by rod with point masses for disks to get correct result of rotor dynamics. But, in the FESS, point masses cannot substituted flywheel because of shape. Therefore, in this research, we will propose a easy modeling method using 2D for FESS. Rotor dynamic program for it was coded by Matlab. And the result from 2D model was compared with it from common package software, MSC. Nastran and ANSYS Workbench. And then, modal test had done.

This paper was shown three equations. Two are the estimation equation of explosion noise, and the other is the decrease equation of the point-soundsource. In the near sea, the explosion works noise of built bridge was reckoned by three equation. And, before construct the bridge, the test explosion had been performed. The estimation noise that reckoned by three equation was compared with the test explosion noise of the built bridge. And the underwater noise that is the explosion works was calculated by the estimation noise. So, in this study, the heavy shock by the explosion works could produce a unfavorable effects to the fish.

A few intake stations have vibration problems caused by pumps, motors and pipes. The vibration transferred from pumps, motors and pipes excites building severely. Therefore, the crack is generated on building wall and people who work at intake station are damaged. In this paper, the vibration and noise have been measured and analyzed for pumps, motors, pipes and building at intake station. Also, the cause of vibration and noise is identified. Finally, the reference of vibration and noise is established using results of measurement.

Most of vessels are not evaluated for their vibration and noise effects to human body. The vibration and noise generated by engine and auxiliary machine in vessel is a negative element for seamen. Therefore, in this paper, the diagnosis and evaluation of vibration and noise from vessel is accomplished by a shipbuilding corporation. The vibration and noise transferred from engine room and auxiliary machine was measured during the steady-state operation, and the vibration and noise map of vessel was made. Also, in order to evaluate the ship environment for human, the diagnosis is carried out on the base of measurement results.

The reciprocating type hydrogen compressor is occurred by the pulsation from the mechanism and this pulsation is make much noise and vibration. Therefor snubber is installed for pulsation decreasing. The five type snubber models were designed for increasing pulsation amplitude reduction and decreasing pressure loss in snubber considering output pipe location as design value. And the pressure flued analysis is carried by CFD. In this paper, each type snubber according CFD result are analyzed by the MSC/NASTRAN to identify the vibration characteristic of each type. The vibration resvults are compared with CFD results.

The reciprocation hydrogen compress has pulsation which is happen noise and vibration. Noise and vibration that happen by pulsation have bed effect machine and working environment. So, must know vibration special quality of compress to decrease these noise and vibration, executed analysis using nastran that is common use program. Find and compared each mode shape when consider Crank case analysis and consider Crank case and cylinder together through free vibration. And to search rejoinder about shock by Crank easel s pulsation 0 ~ 100 ㎐ because do sweep forced oscillation analysis achieve.
