플라이휠 에너지 저장장치는 회전하는 물체에 에너지를 저장하고 이 에너지를 필요 시 기계적인 에너지를 변환하여 전기적 축전지이다. 플라이휠은 무정전전원장치의 직류측의 단자에서 전원을 받아 충전되며, 무정전전원장치의 입력 AC전압이 차단되어 UPS DC bus전압이 설정 값 이하로 떨어지면 저장 되어있는 에너지를 전력변환 모듈에 의해 DC로 변환하여 UPS에 공급한다. 또한 전압 Sag, 전압의 불평형, 순간정전 및 고조파에 의한 정전에 대비하여 축전지와 플라이휠 에너지 저장장치를 조합하여 운용할 경우 축전지와 UPS의 DC BUS가 전기적으로 절연이 되어 개별 축전지 구성과 동일한 동작이 되도록 구성으로 축전지의 방전 횟수를 감소함으로써 축전지의 수명도 연장 할 수 있습니다.

There are two ways in the output voltage control method in PWM inverter. One is the double loop voltage control composed of inner current control loop and outer voltage control loop. Because it shows fast response and low steady state error, utilized in many application. The Other is single loop voltage control method composed of voltage control loop only. It's characteristics shows lower performance in case of high output impedance than double loop voltage control. But in low output impedance, it shows good control performance in all load range than double loop control.<br/> In this paper, single loop voltage control rule and gain was developed analytically, and these were verified through computer simulation and experiment.

In order to improve the international competitiveness of ferrule industry, the core technology of the<br/> second stage for ferrule grinding system is under developing. A high speed (10,000RPM) and high<br/> precision spindle system(Radial Runout 0.2 micrometer) bearing more cutting torque and force is<br/> designed considering the limitation of cost and size, the effect of heat, and various work-piece<br/> materials. A CAE software for machine elements and general machine system is used for preliminary<br/> evaluation and selection of design parameters. A dedicated program for the analysis of spindle system<br/> is used for final evaluation and selection of design parameter. The process how to evaluate and select<br/> using such tools are presented.

Compare with diode or thyristor bridge AC/DC converter, the 3 phase PWM converter has some merits of low THD and unit power factor. So, in many critical application like as UPS, using PWM converter is the trends. 3 phase PWM converter had been studied widely already. But analytical design procedure can not found from publication for hardware design and controller design. So, in this paper, 3 phase PWM converter analysis review was given. And from the DC analysis result, parameter design was done. From the AC model, the voltage controller and current controller was designed. The gain of controllers was calculated by analytical method.

In many application such as UPS, it has been a trend to use PWM converter The study on 3 phase PWM converter has already been widely made. However analytical design can not be found from the publications on hardware and controller design. In this paper, the review on analysis of 3 phase PWM converter was made. Through the DC analysis the design of system parameter was made . Through the AC model the voltage and current controller was designed. The gain of controllers was also calculated by analytical method.
