산소 유량비의 변화가 라디오파 반응성 마그네트론 스퍼터링 방법으로 유리 기판 위에 증착된 $In_2O_3$ 투명 전도막의 특성에 미치는 효과를 조사하였다. 증착 온도는 $400^{\circ}C$로 고정하였으며, 스퍼터링 가스와 반응성 가스로 각각 아르곤과 산소 가스를 사용하였다. 산소 유량비는 공급되는 혼합 가스양에 대한 산소의 유량으로 선택하여 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%로 조절하였다. 증착된 박막의 광학, 전기, 구조적인 특성은 자외선-가시광 분광기, 홀 측정 장치, X-선 회절장치와 전자주사현미경으로 조사하였다. 산소 유량비 20%로 증착된 $In_2O_3$ 박막은 430~1,100 nm 파장 영역에서 86%의 투과율과 $1.1{\times}10^{-1}{\Omega}cm$의 비저항 값을 나타내었다. 실험 결과는 산소 유량비를 적절히 제어함으로써 최적의 조건을 갖는 투명 전도막을 성장시킬 수 있음을 제시한다. Indium oxide $(In_2O_3)$ thin films have been prepared on glass substrate by using radio-frequency reactive magnetron sputtering with changing the oxygen flow ratio. The substrate temperature was kept at a fixed value of $400^{\circ}C$, and the sputtering gas and reactive gas were supplied with argon and oxygen, respectively. The oxygen partial flow ratio was varied by controlling the amount of oxygen with respect to the total mixed gases, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50%. The optical, electrical, and structural properties of the deposited thin films were investigated by using ultraviolet-visible-near infrared spectrophotometer, Hall measurement, and X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscopy. The $In_2O_3$ thin film deposited at 20% of oxygen flow ratio showed an average transmittance of 86% in the wavelength range of 430~1,100 nm, an electrical resistivity of $1.1{\times}10^{-1}{\Omega}cm$. The results show that the transparent conducting films with optimum conditions can be achieved by controlling the oxygen flow ratio.

Recently, lots of researches are carried out to develop hybrid power generation system for ocean facility. In this paper, power system using multi-level type is proposed. The results of comparing data is presented using the actual test data and simulation experiments.

Recently, it has demanded to the wireless monitoring system in stand-alone PV power generation system. We propose the multiplex monitoring method using RF unit of low-price. RF unit consists of RF modem and communication controller. It is also able to use by repeater to communicate long distance. In this paper. two algorithms were programmed by CCS-C and C++ for multiplex monitoring method, The algorithm of choosing unit was used 'select and poll method' and the course assignment algorithm was embodied with 'Bellman-Ford algorithm'. The good result was achieved in the actual test without communication-data lose. The proposed method will be applied such as monitoring system of PV light on the wayside, monitoring system of unmanned lighthouse, monitoring system of refrigeration container on vessel and so on. It can be applied in the field that various ocean energy system.

This paper describes simulation results of WEC(Wave Energy Converter), and the associate results are application to the commercially available WEC for buoy. Maximum performance is derived from resonance condition. This type of resonance occurs when one of the parameters in an oscillator varies periodically. The water column in WEC oscillates under the effect of gravity and the compression of an air chamber. The WEC characteristics is defined with assuming independence of the buoy heaving motion and the motion of the water column within the center cylinder.

This paper is presented the analysis results and simulation results of cascaded H-bridge 7 level inverter with various modulation index. Stepped waveform having N number of switching was used to eliminate N-1 harmonic components. Switching angles according to modulation index are calculated numerically. Therefore, 3 times of switching - General in 7 level topology - in QWS(Quarter Wave Symmetry) could eliminate 5th and 7th harmonics. The Harmonic characteristics are compared to those of space vector modulation method which known as common modulation method in industrial field. Stepped waveform method showed higher ability to reduce, especially lower order of harmonics.

This paper is analyzed a new modulation method of OSW(Optimized Sine-Wave) modulation strategy for cascaded H-bridge multi-level inverter. The inverter structure was modified with the maximum output voltage level, and the switching angle was calculated easily to adjust the requested Vrms of the output. The suggested modulation method could make output waveform very close to the ideal sine wave, and the THD value was improved also remarkably.

This paper present power characteristics of wells turbine which is used in wave power generation system of the marine facilities. Output voltage of wave power generator is adjusted under the same condition of the air volume, velocity and frequency. The performance of power characteristic is analysed with the experiment equipment for small wave generator, and the results showed that output power is changed by output voltage. and Wells turbine increases output power when it start running with no load. Power efficiency of small wave generation system will be improved when this characteristic apply to control system in small wave generation system.

Marine traffic safety facility has been developed as independently-working power system by photovoltaic cell. Photovoltaic power system uses interactive power system which is transformed for sea use or independently-working solar power system for land use. But, it often works improperly because of salt, heat, vibration which are environmental factors at sea. Although photovoltaic control system is broken, power at marine traffic safety facility should be supplied. So this paper proposes the system which supplies power consciously to marine traffic safety facility if trouble occurs at main controller of photovoltaic power system.

Hybrid propulsion system for fishing boat consists of diesel generator, battery charger and battery as propulsion power source. In this system, battery charging system is very important for propulsion safety. The battery charging system is operated with according to the load of generator. The most important design conditions of hybrid system are a characteristic of ship, charging efficiency, low-speed sailing condition with battery. This paper is presented the simulation result with design condition.

This paper presents the power control of the hybrid propulsion system. In this case, the hybrid propulsion system consists of the generator and battery as pwer supply system in ship. The hybrid control system designs with energy saving algorithm for decreasing the power consumption of power supply system. The performance of power control system is analyzed with the experiment equipment for hybrid propulsion system, and the results are shown a good property.
