This paper presents the fabrication process of water-lubricated plastic bearings. Plastic bearings require good mechanical properties and tribological properties as well as elasticity and shock resistance, especially when lubricated in dirty water conditions. In this study, sleeve-type plastic bearings are produced by winding a prepreg sheet, which primary contains nitrile rubber (NBR)-modified epoxy, self-lubricating fillers, and various types of lattice-structured reinforcing fibers such as carbon, Aramid, and polyethylene terephthalate. A thermosetting epoxy is chemically modified with NBR to impart elasticity and low-friction characteristics in water conditions. Experimental investigations are conducted to examine the mechanical and tribological characteristics of the developed bearing materials, and the results are compared with the characteristics of a commercial plastic bearing (Thordon SXL), well known as a water-lubricated bearing. A Thordon bearing (mainly composed of polyurethane) exhibits an extremely low load-bearing capacity and is thus only suitable for medium loading (1~10MPa). The tribological characteristics of the test materials are evaluated through Falex block-on-ring (LFW-1) friction and wear tests. The results indicate that friction exhibited by the carbon-fiber-reinforced NBR-10wt.%-modified epoxy composite material, incorporated with the addition of 20wt.% UHMWPE and 6wt.% paraffin wax, is lower than that of the Thorden bearings, whereas its wear resistance surpass that of Thorden ones. Because of these features, the load carrying capacity of the fabricated composite (>10MPa) is higher than that of the Thorden bearings. These results confirm the applicability of water-lubricated plastic bearing materials developed in this study.
기업간 거래관계에서 성과공유의 선행요인과 결과: 거래비용이론과 관계적 교환이론 관점

This research aimed to establish and test a empirical model for antecedents and consequences of benefit sharing in the automobile industry supplier-buyer relationships from the supplier’s perspective. For this purpose, I explained the concept and related researches of benefit sharing. Also, I examined and applied the transaction cost theory and relational exchange theory to provide broad understanding of antecedents and consequences of benefit sharing to explain it. Finally, I presented the theoretical and managerial implications to the firms that build up strategy on this research results. For the purpose of these goals, six hypotheses were drawn from the previous researches. To verify these hypotheses, 198 data were collected as samples, and the data were tested by reliability test, validity test, structural equation modeling. Research findings indicate that relational commitment, realtional norm, buyer’s transaction-specific investment is positively related to benefit sharing and replacement to the supplier is not negatively related to benefit sharing. Also, findings indicate that benefit sharing is positively related to business performance and is not negatively related to channel exit. Empirical findings strongly support that benefit sharing of supplier-buyer relationships especially are important in the automobile industry. The overall implications to researchers and practitioners are presented, and limits and further study direction are discussed as a final part. 본 연구는 공급자와 구매자간 성과공유의 선행요인과 결과에 관한 모형을 검정하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기존 연구를 바탕으로 성과공유에 대하여 설명하였다. 또한 성과공유를 설명하기 위하여 거래비용이론과 관계적 교환이론을 검토하고 적용하여 자동차산업의 성과공유에 대한 폭넓은 이해를 제공하고자 하였다. 마지막으로, 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 공급자와 구매자간 성과공유 활동에 대한 전략을 수립하는 기업들에게 실무적 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 문헌연구를 통해 가설을 도출하였으며, 국내 자동차 부품 공급업체 198개를 대상으로 신뢰성 검정, 타당성 검정, 구조방정식 모형을 통해 실증분석을 하였다. 이로부터 발견한 사실은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관계몰입은 성과공유 활동에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 가설은 지지되었다. 둘째, 관계적 규범은 성과공유 활동에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 가설은 지지되었다. 셋째, 공급업체 대체가능성은 성과공유 활동에 부(-)의 영향을 미친다는 가설은 지지되지 않았다. 넷째, 구매업체 거래특유특자는 성과공유 활동에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 가설은 지지되었다. 다섯째, 성과공유 활동은 경로이탈에 부(-)의 영향을 미친다는 가설은 지지되지 않았다. 여섯째, 성과공유 활동은 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 가설은 지지되었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 이론적 시사점과 실무적 시사점을 제시하였으며, 연구의 한계점과 미래 연구방향에 대해서 논의하였다.

Friction and wear at ceramic coated surfaces of aluminum alloy were experimentally studied using a Ring-on-Block wear test machine. Ceramic materials coated on aluminum alloy surfaces were WC, CrC, $Al_{2}O_{3}$ by a plasma spray; and $Al_{2}O_{3}$,$Al_{2}SiO_{5}$, $Na_{2}B_{4}O_{7}$,$Na_{4}P_{2}O_{7}$, and $Al_{2}O_{3}-ZrO_{2}$ composite coating by an Anodic Spark Depositon. They were tested under the sliding wet contact and compared with aluminum alloys and steels. Test results showed that ceramic coated surfaces, in general, have better anti-wear property than those of aluminum alloys due to increase in the surface hardness ; however, they also showed higher coefficients of friction and changes in wear mechanisms, resulting in brittle fractures.
