This research aims to analyze the cultural contents of four Arabic teaching textbooks used currently in Korea. To attain this object, this research uses three ways. Firstly, the cultural contents were classified into 'small c culture' and 'big C culture' and checked whether they are distributed in balance. Secondly, the four textbooks were analyzed generally in terms of teaching culture with check lists. Thirdly, it was examined how much these four textbooks satisfy learners' interests. As a result, the followings are found out. First, all of the four textbooks don't present cultural information by using footnotes or side notes. Second, all of these textbooks don't give enough contrast between target culture and students' native culture. Except for 'Al-Kita ̄b fl' Ta??allum Al-??Arabiyyah', the three textbooks under analysis don't introduce cultural contents in balance.

This comparative study focuses on the cultural characteristics of the body part vocabulary idioms and aims to investigate which meanings the body part vocabularies 「‘eye’, ‘’」 and 「‘face’, ‘’」 respectively, in Korean and Arabic idioms are related to. It found out that first, the two languages have diverse and abundant idioms using the body part vocabularies and the meanings of these idioms could be represented largely in the two classes, namely, the idioms representing ideas and thoughts and the idioms expressing emotions and psychological attitudes. Second, the two languages have a large quantity of body part vocabulary idioms originating from common ideas or thoughts. Third, there are some language-specific idioms using the body part vocabularies in the two languages so that there are no corresponding concepts and emotions among each other.
바이오가스 수증기 개질 반응용 Ni 촉매 성능 연구: 지지체 및 침전제 주입 속도에 따른 영향

본 연구에서는 바이오가스 수증기 개질을 통한 합성가스 생산에 관해 연구했다. Ni-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> 및 Ni-CeO<sub>2</sub> 촉매는 공침법으로 제조되었으며 침전제 주입 속도가 조절되었다. 온도에 따른 촉매 성능 테스트는 CH<sub>4</sub>:CO<sub>2</sub>:H<sub>2</sub>O = 1:0.67:3의 가스 조성비와 647,000 mL h<sup>-1</sup> gcat<sup>-1</sup>의 공간속도에서 진행하였다. 침전제 주입 속도는 촉매 특성에 영향을 미쳤으며, 지지체 종류에 따라 결과를 보였다. 온도가 증가함에 따라 이산화탄소 개질 반응과 reverse water gas shift 반응이 일어났다. 수증기가 충분히 공급되는 조건에서는 침전제를 한 번에 투입하여 제조된 Ni-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> 촉매가 높은 Ni 분산도에 기인하여 가장 우수한 성능을 보였다. This study investigated synthesis gas production via steam reforming of biogas. Ni-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> and Ni-CeO<sub>2</sub> catalysts were synthesized using the co-precipitation method, with controlled precipitation agent injection rates. Catalytic performances were tested at various temperatures, with a gas composition ratio of CH<sub>4</sub>:CO<sub>2</sub>:H<sub>2</sub>O = 1:0.67:3 and a gas hourly space velocity (GHSV) of 647,000 mL h<sup>-1</sup> gcat<sup>-1</sup>. The rate of precipitation agent injection influenced the characteristics of the catalysts depending on the type of support used. As the temperature increased, both the CO<sub>2</sub> reforming of methane and the reverse water gas shift reactions occurred. The Ni-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> catalyst, synthesized with a single injection of the precipitation agent, exhibited the best catalytic activity under conditions with sufficient steam supply among the prepared catalysts, due to its high Ni dispersion.

Objectives : Tetragonia tetragonioides is one of the traditional herbal medicines that can be used to protect the stomach and treat cancer. However, its mechanism of overcoming gastrointestinal disorders is unclear. In this study, we investigated antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of Tetragonia tetragonioides Water Extract (TTWE) on RAW264.7 cells. Methods : The cell viability by TTWE was measured by using MTT assay. The free radical scavenging ability and cytokine production were analyzed by using ELISA Kit. SPSS version 25 was used for statistical analysis. Results : According to the results of this study, the cell viability measurement of TTWE significantly affected the cell viability. The radical scavenging ability of TTWE showed the highest effect compared to the positive control group when the concentration was 3.1-12.5 μg/ml, and significantly inhibited NO production induced by LPS. In addition, the inhibitory effect of TTWE on the production of IL-6 and TNF-α induced by LPS was significant at both TTWE concentrations of 12.5 μg/ml [p <0.01 (IL-6), p <0.05 (TNF-α)]. Conclusion : In conclusion, it is suggested that the antioxidant function of Tetragonia tetragonioides Water Extract could be used to prevent and treat inflammatory diseases.
