In this paper a study on the microphone array configuration and on the data calculation is introduced, which is aimed at using in the noise source identification and modeling of the high speed train. By means of numerical study and experiments, microphone arrangements for a microphone array and calculation method of the source strengths are investigated for the purpose of enhancing the analysis performance in terms of the resolution and the dynamic range in the source localization. The aim here is to investigate properties of some different microphone configurations to enable finding the best array/microphone configurations, to resolve/quantify noise from by-passing high speed trains with the speed of 400km/h. Some numerical and experimental results are shown and discussed.
소음지도 작성 시의 Schall03에 의한 철도소음 예측결과 분석

철도소음지도는 환경부 고시 소음·진동관리법에 따라서 그 작성방법이 고시되어 있고, 소음지도작성 시에 철도소음원 관련 영향인자에 대하여 적용 예측식 별 열차구분을 제시하고 있으며, 열차 특성 입력 시에 브레이크 흡음율을 “0”으로 설정할 것을 제시한다. 소음지도 작성방법이 고시 된 이후 국내의 고속철도차량은 그 구조가 변경되어 가고 있고, 고시된 작성방법에서 제시되지 않은 신규 열차유형도 생겨나고 있다. 따라서 현재의 시점에서 국외의 철도소음 예측식을 활용하여 고시된 소음지도 작성방법에 의하여 철도소음을 예측하는 경우 열차의 유형과 관련된 입력인자에 따른 예측결과를 검토할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 철도소음을 예측할 시에 국내에서 통상적으로 가장 빈번히 사용되는 Schall03을 활용하여 철도소음을 예측하였으며, 열차의 유형 선택, 열차의 특성 중 디스크브레이크 사용율 입력, 레일의 이음매 여부에 의한 예측결과에의 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 2013년 이후 추가된 신규 국내의 열차에 대하여 대응하는 국외 열차의 유형을 검토하였고, 디스크브레이크사용율 설정은 실측값과 예측값의 차이에 적지않은 비중을 차지함을 파악할 수 있었으며, 이뿐 아니라, 레일표면의 조도(roughness)레벨 수준도 함께 고찰하고자 하였다. 또한 레일의 이음매가 존재하는 구간에 대하여 예측 시에 이를 고려하지 않았을 경우에의 실측값과의 차이에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. The guideline for railway noise mapping is notificated in the administration law for noise/vibration which is announced by the ministry of environment, Korea. Here input parameters for the railway sound sources are proposed for each prediction models. In case of the application of the vehicle characteristics it is suggested to choose “0(%)” for the disc brake parameter. However new trains have been in revenue service since the announcement of the guideline, an investigation of the effect of the input parameters of the foreign railway prediction models on the prediction results of korean railway systems are needed. In this paper the sound prediction results are analyzed with a focus on the input parameters such as disc brake percentage, rail roughness, rail joints. Schall03 is used for the railway noise prediction which has been using most frequently in Korea. The results are shown and discussed.

In the case of steel railway bridges passing through the urban area, many civil complaints are being raised due to such a structure borne noise. A method of attaching a high-efficiency damping panel to a steel plate is proposed as a solution to the structure borne noise, but the behavior according to the exact adhesion rate is not shown. Therefore, in this paper, a basic study for applying a high efficiency damping panel to a steel railway bridges is to measure the mobility according to the adhesion rate of a high efficiency damping panel on a 1m × 1m steel plate.

In the case of railway bridges passing through the urban area, bridge type with excellent noise reduction performance is required. The bridges under development are steel composite through bridges, which is a composite structure of upper flanges with concrete, and the section bridges themselves, which surround the train, have the feature of acting as a sound barrier. In this paper, the performance test of air conduction noise is performed by the 20m full scale model test of new type steel composite through bridge.

In order to reduce damage of noise in residential area around railroad, it is established such as soundproof walls or soundproof tunnel. In a case of soundproof facilities established on bridge, it is needed to a lot of cost due to safety factor, also it is demanded weight-lightening design of soundproof facilities to be able to reduce reinforcement cost. This study is configured on a method of reducing soundproof facilities weight-lightening and wind load caused by external flow. Absorptive acoustic louver which is a type of silencer is concerned to reduce the weight of soundproof facilities and is measured using small reverberation chamber so that application of acoustic louver is confirmed to soundproof facilities. Insertion loss(IL) of acoustic louver is on the rise in particular frequency, whereas it is nearly constant except for that frequency. Therefore, acoustic louver is appropriated for soundproof tunnel. In further study, effect on environment noise with soundproof facilities applied by acoustic louver will be examined through numerical analysis in reality model.
