자폐스펙트럼 장애 초등학생의 사회적 상호작용 변화를 위한 동물매개치료 사례연구

연구목적: 본 연구에서는 동물매개치료가 자폐스펙트럼 장애 초등학생의 사회적 상호작용 시작행동과 반응행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 연구방법: 연구대상은 통합학급에 다니는 자폐스펙트럼 장애 초등학교 저학년학생 1명이었다. 본 연구에서 사용된 중재 프로그램은 초등학교 저학년의 친사회성 증진 프로그램과 Parten의 놀이 발달 단계를 참고하여 개발하였으며, 강아지와 함께 프로그램을 실시하였다. 연구는 기초선, 중재, 유지 순서로 진행되었으며 회기별로 진전도 관찰과 중재 순으로 이루어졌다. 중재는 대상학생에게 가장 친숙한 물리적 환경인 가정과 주변의 공원에서 이루어졌다. 그리고 자폐스펙트럼 장애 학생의 시각적 강점을 활용한 교구와 아동의 사회적 기술 향상에 효과적인 강화와 모델링, 코칭(Coaching)을 중재기법으로 사용했다. 연구결과: 동물매개치료를 통해 자폐스펙트럼 장애 초등학생의 사회적 시작행동과 반응행동의 발생률이 향상되었다. 그리고 중재의 효과는 중재가 종료된 후에도 유지되었다. 결론: 사회적 상호작용에 어려움을 보이는 자폐스펙트럼 장애 아동에게 친사회성 증진 프로그램과 Parten의 놀이발달 단계를 참고하여 개발한 프로그램을 치료견과 실시한 결과, 사회적 상호작용 시작행동과 반응행동을 증가시킨 것에 의의가 있다. Purpose: In this study, researcher investigated the effects of Animal-Assisted Therapy on social interaction initiation and response behaviors of elementary school children with autism spectrum disorder. Method: The study was conducted by one of the elementary school lower grade student with autism spectrum in the integrated class. The intervention program was developed with reference to the prosociality enhancement program of the lower elementary school and the play development stage by Parten, the program was implemented with the dog. The study was carried out in the order of baseline, intervention, and maintenance. In every session, progress observation and intervention were conducted in order. The intervention program was made in home and surrounding park, the physical environment most natural to the target student. Using the visual strengths of students with autism spectrum disorder, also the reinforcement, modeling, and coaching, which are representative methods for social skill intervention of the diocese and the child were used as intervention techniques. Results: The incidence of social initiation and response behaviors of elementary school students with autism spectrum disorder was improved through an Animal-Assisted Therapy. And improved incidence of social initiation and response behaviors was maintained even after the intervention. Conclusion: The results of the program developed by referring to the prosociality promotion program and the stage of the play development of Parten to children with autism spectrum disorder who have difficulties in social interactions are meaningful in that they increased the social interaction starting behavior and response behavior.

For the development of high-fluidity concrete using low-binder, The effect of the use of the developed acrylic viscosity agent on the physical properties of concrete evaluated. The amount acrylic viscosity agent used was 1.5%, 1.7%, and 2.0% based on the binder amount of 400kg/m3, and slump flow test, slump flow 500mm arrival time measurement, air volume measurement, and U-Box passing test were conducted to determine the effect of the physical properties of concrete. it was judged that 1.5% of the acrylic viscosity agent used in high-fluidity concrete using low-binder was most suitable.

The amount acrylic viscosity agent used was 0.28%, 0.29% and 0.30% based on the binder amount of 350kg/㎥, and slump flow test, air volume measurement, U-Box passing test and strength compressive were conducted to determine the effect of the physical properties of concrete. it was judged that 0.29% of the cellulose type viscosity agent used in high-fluidity concrete using low-binder was most suitable.

In this study, the pile filling materials of the pile in drilled piling was studied. cement milk is mostly used as the filling materials of bored pile. The use of filling material based on cement milk is inefficient at field construction because it needs a lot of the charging mass. thickening agent was added to the cement milk to perform settlement estimation experiment on a circular cylinder, and as a result of examining the compressive strength of the day, it was found that the settlement estimation was significantly reduced. However, the strength was relatively low, it was confirmed that there was no problem with the regulation because the main surface fixative required relatively low strength.

Cement paste is the basic material constituting concrete and the most basic data of workability. This study quantitatively evaluated the measured data using a ring flow and a rotary viscometer to estimate the flow of cement paste, and also evaluated the flow and rheology over time. For this, the current work has studied admixtures that affect the fluidity of cement paste. As a result of the experiment, since fluidity and plastic viscosity are inversely proportional to each other, more experimental studies are needed to obtain high fluidity and high viscosity at the same time.
