동시 수렴법을 이용한 정상상태 이득의 효율적인 계산

동시 수렴법 (simultaneous solution method)에 의한 공정모사를 이용하여 공정제어 구조 합성의 핵심적인 수치인 정상상태 이득을 합리적으로 구하는 방법을 제시하였다. 공정 설계조건을 만족하는 해를 구한 후, 해를 구하는 과정에서 계산된 역 Jacobian 행렬의 부분 행렬로부터 정확한 정상상태 이득을 구할 수 있었으며, 이를 이용한 방법이 많은 반복 계산을 통하여 정상상태 이득을 구하는 기존의 단계적 계산방법보다 효율적임을 알 수 있었다. 간단한 이성분계 증류탑에 이 방법을 적용하여 유용성을 알아보았으며 탄상농도와 탑저농도에 따른 가능한 제어 구조를 조사하였다. A powerful technique using the simultaneous solution method is proposed to calculate the steady state gain which is quite essential to the synthesis of process control structure. After calculation of the solution of variables in process design, the steady state gain can be calculated accurately from the partial matrix of the inverse Jacobian matrix which is available for the solution. This technique is more efficient than the technique employing the conventional sequential modular approach which requires repetitive calculations to obtain the steady state gain. This method was applied to a typical binary distillation column to illustrate its usefulness in finding the feasible control structures for the top and bottom concentration control.

Modern welfare programs tend to lead its nationals' good life, which differ from previous schemes of poverty relief due to their relatively universal coverage. Five welfare insurance states in Korea is established based on the principles of equality of opportunity, equitable distribution of wealth and public responsibility for its citizens. As artists, it is not always comfortable being object of receiving welfare because of the judgement-artists pursuit mental health over material well-being or masterpiece comes from hunger, so that social welfare is a big word for artists to mention. So artists joining number of social insurance is health insurance 98.3%, the national pension 60.1%, unemployment insurance 28.4% and safety insurance 29.5%. unemployment insurance and safety insurance comparatively low. But there is basic policy of welfare creating the social environment that can be faithful to artistic active intrinsic professional activity at other condition that equalled with professional groups there, and you shall do. 복지사회가 날로 발전하고 보편화되면서 오늘날의 ‘복지’는 가난 구휼과 같은 생존 유지에 그치지 않고, 다양한 사회 구성원들이 인간다운 생활을 영위하는 가운데 사회발전에 기여할 수 있는 사회적 환경을 조성해 주는 방향으로 나아가고 있다. 4대 보험으로 불리는 우리나라 사회보장제도가 계층 구분 없이 전 국민을 대상으로 운영되고 있는 것이 복지의 보편성을 말하는 것이다. 물질의 풍요보다는 정신의 풍요를 추구하는 예술인과 복지는 함께 거론되기 힘든 단어였다. 예술인이라는 직업은 원래부터 가난을 벗 삼아 알아가야 한다는 속설 때문이기도 하지만, 예술인이 ‘복지’의 대상이 된다는 자체가 그들의 자존감에 큰 상처를 준다는 인식 때문이기도 하다. 그래서 전체 예술인들의 4대보험 가입 현황을 살펴보면 건강보험 98.3%, 국민연금 60.1%, 고용보험 28.4%, 산재보험 29.5%로 고용보험과 산재보험이 비교적 낮은 수치로 측정된다. 하지만 예술인들이 다른 직업 집단들과의 동등한 조건 속에 예술 활동이라고 하는 본연의 직업 활동에 충실할 수 있는 사회적 환경을 조성하는 것, 거기에 예술인 복지의 기본 방향이 있다고 해야 할 것이다.

노인여가복지측면에서의 여가스포츠 정책과 법적검토

The purpose of this study is about how to help elderly live will with a full of pleasures and healthy. The following con elusions are proved by this study. Fist of all, we hare to develop the Sport policy for elderly and operate it effectively. The government has to prepare for the leisure life of elderly and how to strongly support physical activities for elderly in terms of time that we are going into the long life time society Recently, some of the symptoms in aging korean society, many elderly person needs leisure, sport, welfare, healthy. The government has to prepare for the leisure welfare of elderly second the purpose of this study is to provide basic resource for developing elderly and individual quality of life policy by dimension of social policy investigation. Health and social welfare are commonly recognized as an important Value of life But a Law on Leisure Sport promotion for policy action and activation plan bused on welfare for the Elderly. Finally, we hare to develop Variety a Law of Leisure welfare of elderly. we hare to establish the interaction system between government, sport academy community government. The important of this study are of the Law Reformation healthy and leisure welfare of the elderly in aging society. 최근 고령사회를 맞이하여 정부 각 부처와 학계에서 노인문제에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 최근 정부에서는 노인의 여가, 체육, 복지, 운동 등 다양한 이슈를 행정기구 개편과 더불어 지역주민에게 통합적인 서비스 제공을 위하여 종합적인 대책을 수립하고 있다. 본 연구는 노인의 여가생활을 통해서 행복하고 활기찬 노후생활을 보낼 수 있도록 노인여가 복지정책에 대한 여가의 의미와 중요성 그리고 지방복지행정환경 변화에 따른 체육행정 그리고 노인의 여가가 삶에 어떠한 영향을 끼치는지 여가와 체육 실태현황을 살펴보았다. 여기에 따른 노인체육의 중요한 정책이 쏟아져 나와 있는 노인 여가스포츠의 관련 관계부처의 법과 체육정책을 고찰하였으며 최근 저출산 고령사회 기본법안에 고령사회정책에 노인여가, 생활장래, 산업정책에 대하여 노인생활체육의 중요성을 고찰하였다. 또한 저출산 고령사회를 맞이하여 새로마지플랜에 생활체육과 노인운동에 대한 정책을 종합 검토하였다. 왜냐하면 여가스포츠의 중요성이 정부 각 부처에 계획은 있지만 구체적인 인력과 활용에 대해서는 전문체육지도자의 역할이 빠져있다. 따라서 결론 분야에는 노인여가복지시설 법개정과 노인전문체육지도자의 제도개선 방안을 제시해보았다.

본 연구는 고등학생을 대상으로 청소년의 학업스트레스와 부모애착, 또래애착이 자살생각에 미치는 영향에 관하여 조사 하였다. 본 연구에서 설정한 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 연구문제 1. 청소년의 학업스트레스, 부모애착, 또래애착, 자살생각의 상관관계는 어떠한가? 연구문제 2. 청소년의 학업스트레스가 자살생각에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가? 연구문제 3. 청소년의 부모애착이 자살생각에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가? 연구문제 4. 청소년의 또래애착이 자살생각에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가? 연구 대상은 서울과 수도권에 위치한 고등학교에 재학 중인 청소년 총 400명을 대상으로 방과 후 하교하는 학생들에게 설문에 대한 취지를 설명한 후에 설문지를 배포하고 수거하는 형식으로 조사하였고, 조사기간은 2012년 9월 24일 ∼ 10월2일 이루어졌다. 설문지는 총 400개가 수거되었으며, 그 중에서 누락된 문항이 많거나 무성의하게 응답한 설문지 15부를 제외한 385부를 연구 분석에 사용하였다. 연구대상자의 일반적 특성으로는 성별, 학년, 학업성적, 종교, 친한 친구의 수를 조사하였다. 그 영향에 대해 살펴보고자 고등학생 385명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 본 연구의 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 18.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하였고 학업스트레스, 부모애착, 또래애착, 자살생각의 척도를 통해 빈도분석, 기술통계 분석, 독립표본 t-검증, 일원배치분산분석(ANOVA), 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 청소년의 학업스트레스, 부모애착, 또래애착이 자살생각에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 좀 더 살펴보자면 학업스트레스의 하위변수 중 시험 및 성적 스트레스와 학습내용 스트레스가 자살생각에 정적으로 영향을 미쳤으며, 부모애착에서는 소외감이 자살생각에 정적으로 영향을 미쳤고, 또래애착에서는 소외가 자살생각에 정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

최근 사회복지서비스 공급주체가 다원화되면서 서비스 공급의 효과성 및 효율성 논의와 함께 서비스의 통합이 중요한 이슈로 다루어지고 있다. 이와 관련하여 정보기 술(IT)은 다양한 복지서비스 공급주체의 노력을 기능적 또는 물리적, 수평적 또는 수직적 통합을 시도하는데 크게 기여할 수 있을 것으로 여겨지며, 특히 지금까지 시스템 적인 노력보다는 전문가들간의 협력 또는 개별적 노력에 의존해 온 자원의 통합적 관 리⋅제공 및 사례관리가 IT와 결합함으로써 그 임펙트의 범위와 효과를 보다 확장 시켜줄 것으로 기대된다. 정보통신기술의 발달과 정보화에 따른 사회변화는 전체적인 사회복지체계는 물론 노인복지서비스에서 획기적인 변화를 가져올 것으로 기대되는데 고령화 사회에 대한 사회적 관심이 증가하면서 노인과 노화과정, 노인복지등과 관련한 다양한 정보 및 서비스들이 쏟아지고 있다. 아직 이를 체계적으로 통합⋅관리할 수 있는 인프라 구축은 미약한 실적이다. 이에 본 연구는 고령화 사회의 핵심적인 사회과제로 대두되고 있는 노인복지문제 를 보다 체계적으로 관리하고 그 질을 향상 시킬 수 있는 기제로서의 IT적용 가능성과 기여, 그에 따른 과제들에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 우선적으로 현재 노인복지서비스 통합의 모습에 대한 점검과 함께 지식정보기술 발달이 노인관리체계에 어떠한 변화를 가져오고 있는지를 분석하면서 IT환경으로의 변화에 따른 과제는 무엇인가를 파악해 보고자 하였다. 일본의 U-Care, 한국의 U-Care, 대안서비스 통합 시스템등을 검토하여 IT환경 하에서 노인사례관리 차원의 어떠한 노력이 이루어져야 할지 특히 노인을 위한 통합적 서비스 제공에 있어서의 전망과 과제는 무엇인지에 대해 정리해 보았다. For many years, human service providers have expressed a strong interest in developing effective and efficient service delivery system that better meet the populations their programs were designed to serve. The desire to simplify and streamline client processes, often through "service integration", is frequently cites as a solution to the confusing, sometimes redundant, and uncoordinated mix of programs. In many ways, IT(Information Technology) could provide additional impetus to develop better-coordinated service infra-structure system, when supporting the clients who need multiple benefits and services, especially the elderly. It can also enhance managing individual cases involving a combination of strategies to simplify and facilitate client access to benefits and services. While some literature an service integration and program coordination is readily available, there is limited information regarding actual efforts to integrate services throughout IT at practical level. In this study, the current status of integrated service for the elderly case management has been analyze. Additionally, several system to integrate services throughout IT has been explored about its strategies, processes, and partner agencies ; Japan U-Care, Korea U-Care Human service Integrated system, and discussed the application for the elderly service. Related limitations and contribution are also discussed.

LoRa망을 이용한 MQTT기반의 공장 환경 관리 시스템

LoRa(Long Range)는 장거리, 저 전력 통신 기술이다. 근거리 무선 통신 기술보다 통신 범위가 넓어 다수의 AP를 설치하지 않고도 통신할 수 있으며, 초기 인프라 구축비용을 줄일 수 있다. MQTT(Message, Queuing, Telemetry, Transport) 프로토콜 또한 저 전력, 경량 프로토콜로 LoRa와 함께 사용 시 모듈의 지속성을 증가시키고, 유지보수 비용을 줄일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 LoRa와 MQTT를 활용해 공장 안의 다양한 환경 정보를 취합하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 먼 거리에 위치한 작업장들의 환경 센서 데이터를 관리 시스템에서 모니터링 할 수 있고, 각 작업장에 있는 설비들을 제어할 수 있다. 또한, 성능 실험을 통해 LoRa와 MQTT 활용이 장거리, 전력소모 측면에서 효과적임을 확인했다. LoRa (Long Range) is a long-distance, low-power communication technology. Broader range of communication than NFC technology allows communication without having to install multiple APs and reduces the cost of initial infrastructure deployment. MQTT (Message, Queuing, Telemetry, Transport) protocol is also low power and lightweight protocols. It can increase module persistence and reduce maintenance costs when used with LoRa. In this paper, we developed a system for compiling various environmental information in a factory using LoRa and MQTT. Environmental sensor data from long distances can be monitored by the management system and the facilities in each workshop can be controlled. Performance tests have also shown that the use of LoRa and MQTT is effective in terms of long-distance and power consumption.

공정제어 구조합성에서의 상호작용 해석

A criterion is developed for the selection of the best pairing of the controlled and manipulated variables and for the interaction analysis of decentralized multi-input multi-output control systems. This criterion is based on the difficulty caused by the interaction terms in finding the inverse of the block steady gain matrix. A quantitative measure of the best pairing obtained from the resemblance of a set of independent block multi-loop systems. Several examples show the validity of the pairing criterion.
