        관심영역 구분을 통한 감시영상시스템의 효율적 압축

        현재의 영상 감시 및 기록 시스템은 감시 영역 내 감시대상의 출현여부와 상관없이 감시카메라에 담기는 전체영상을 일관적으로 저장, 기록함으로써 데이터량이 방대한데 비해 그 가운데 정사 필요한 정보에 대한 량은 적다 하겠다. 배경영역 범위가 고정되어 있는 감시영상시스템에서 배경영상이 실제적인 감시대상에 대한 정보가 담긴 관심영역과 동일한 등급의 정보로 취급되어 기록이 됨으로써 데이터량에 비해 현장 감시효과를 제대로 보지 못하고 있는 것이다. 따라서, 감시 영역 내에서 관심영역에 대한 효율적인 정보의 기록과 보다 정확히 감시대상에 대한 영상을 획득하는 것이 감시영상시스템에서의 목표라 하겠다. 본 논문에서는 위의 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 감시영상으로부터 관심영역을 구분해내고 그 중요도에 따른 압축효율을 달리 함으로써 이를 구현할 수 있도록 하였다. 중요도를 결정하는 특성으로 관심영역을 무엇으로 할 것인가에 따라 감시영상을 영역별로 몇 단계의 블록으로 나누고 각 블록에 대해 해상도를 달리하여 중요도가 높은 관심영역 일수록 고해상의 영상을 획득하고 중요도가 낮을수록 저해상의 영상으로 처리하고 압축품질 또한 중요도가 놀은 관심영역일수록 압축품질은 높이고 중요도가 낮은 관심영 역일수록 압축률을 높임으로써 감시영상 정보의 감을 최적화 함은 물론 효율적인 감시 및 기록이 가능하도록 하였다. In surveillance video system, there are many classes of images and some spatial regions are more important than other regions. The conventional compression method in this system have been compressed there full frames without classfying them depend on their important parts. To improve the accuracy of the image coding and deliver effective compression for the surveillance video system, it was necessary to separate the regions according to their importance. In this paper, we propose a new effective surveillance video image compression method. The proposed scheme defines importance based three-level region of interest block in a frame, such as background, motion object block, and the feature object block. A captured video image frame can be separated to these three different levels of block regions. And depends on the priority, each block can be modified and compressed in different resolution, compression ratio and qualify factor. Therefore, in surveillance video system, this algorithm not only reduces the image processing time and space, but also guarantees the Important image data in high quality to acquire the system's goal.

      • 연령별 투자자의 재무 태도가 부동산 및 주식 투자 의도에 미치는 영향 분석

        본 연구는 국내 가계자산비중이 비금융자산인 부동산에 편중되어 있다는 금융투자협회의 발표를 바탕으로 가계자산의 불균형을 해소할 수 있는 방안을 마련하기 위해 한국인의 투자 행태에 대한 이해를 높이고자 계획행동이론을 바탕으로 고안되었다. 투자자의 미래재무인식, 현재재무인식, 재무관심도, 재무목표와 같은 투자자의 재무태도가 부동산 및 주식 투자 결정에 영향을 미치며 그 영향도는 연령에 따라 다르다는 가설 하에 실제로 어떤 변수들이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는지 회귀분석을 통해 검증하였다. 이는 금융자산 투자에 있어 돈에 대해 개인이 가진 인식과 관심도 및 목표와 같은 요인이 투자자의 투자 결정에 어느 정도의 영향을 미치며 그 영향력은 연령에 따라 어떻게 달라지는지 구체적으로 살펴보는 데에 그 의의가 있다. 연구 방법은 먼저 선행 연구 검토 후 설문조사를 실시하였고 해당 자료는 SPSS 23 통계 패키지 프로그램을 사용하여 분석되었다. 재무태도 중 현재재무인식, 재무관심도, 재무목표는 부동산투자에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 재무목표는 전 연령대에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났는데, 그 영향력은 연령이 높아질수록 감소하였다. 30대에서는 재무목표가 부동산 투자에 큰 영향력을 보이는 반면, 50대에서는 재무관심도가 부동산투자에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 재무태도가 주식투자결정에 미치는 영향과 이에 대한 연령대별 분석 실시 결과 재무목표만이 주식투자결정에 극명하게 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 30대의 경우 매우 큰 영향력을 보이고 있었으며 이후 50대, 40대 순으로 영향을 보이고 있었다. 요약해 보면 한국인들의 부동산 또는 주식 투자 의도를 갖게 하는 가장 큰 요인은 재무목표이다. 즉 결혼이나 자녀교육, 은퇴 등 미래를 위한 계획을 수립하고자 하는 것이 투자의 가장 큰 동기로 부동산과 같은 실물자산과 금융자산 투자에 나타난 연령별 특성을 감안한 정책마련이나 교육 등의 필요성도 시사한다고 하겠다. Based on the Korea Financial Investment Association's announcement that Korean household assets are concentrated in real estate, which is a non-financial asset, this study was designed based on the Theory of Planned Behavior by Ajzen to improve the understanding of Koreans' investment behavior in order to come up with a plan to resolve the imbalance in household assets. Under the hypothesis that investors' money attitudes, such as future financial perception, current financial perception, financial interest, and financial goals, affect real estate and stock investment intentions, and their impact varies according to age, regression analysis was used to verify which variables actually have the greatest impact. This is meaningful in examining in detail how factors such as individual perceptions, interests, and goals of money affect investors' investment intention and how their influence varies with age. As for the research method, a survey was conducted after reviewing previous studies, and the data were analyzed using the SPSS 23 statistical package program. In summary, the biggest factor that drives Koreans' intention to invest in real estate or stocks is their financial goals. In other words, the biggest motivation for investment is to plan for the future, such as one's own marriage, children's education, and retirement. Based on this founding, the government should prepare relevant policies to support each age group and provide appropriate publicity and education to persuade the investors that they can achieve their financial goals through investment in financial assets rather than real estate.

      • 투자자행동에 관한 행동경제학 관점의 연구 - 위험회피성향과 손실회피율을 중심으로

        본 연구에서는 서울시에 거주하는 개인투자자들이 금융상품에 투자할 때 보이는 위험태도 및 위험회피성향을 실물자산인 서울시 아파트 시장에 투자할 때도 동일한 손실회피 성향으로 드러내는지 그 둘 사이의 관계를 실증분석해 보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 분석 결과 금융자산 투자 시 위험추구 성향을 보인 투자자들과 위험회피 성향을 보인 투자자들은 아파트 투자 시에도 유의미한 차이를 드러낸다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. K-평균 군집 분석 결과 427명의 표본 중 약 50%의 응답자가 위험 중립의 성향을 보이는 반면, 나머지 50%는 위험추구와 위험회피로 각각 절반씩 분류되었다. 위험 회피 정도에 따라 해당 표본을 총 3개의 군집으로 분류한 후 각 표본들이 서울시 아파트에 투자한다는 가정 하에 어느 정도의 손실회피 성향을 보이는지 손실회피율을 계산해 본 결과, 위험추구 집단의 손실회피율 평균값은 7.67인 반면 위험회피는 8.84, 위험중립은 7.99인 것으로 나타났다. 군집 별 이러한 차이가 통계적으로 유의미한지 검증하기 위해 일원배치 분산분석(ANOVA) 분석을 실시해본 결과 위험중립은 위험추구 집단 또는 위험회피 집단 그 누구와도 손실회피율에 대하여 유의미한 차이를 보이지는 않았지만 위험회피 집단과 위험추구 집단 사이에는 유의미한 차이가 존재하는 것으로 확인되었다. 만약 금융자산 투자 시에는 높은 위험회피 성향이었지만 부동산 투자 시에는 손실회피 성향이 낮게 나타나 위험 중립 또는 위험추구형 투자자로 바뀌는 경우가 많이 나타났다면, 투자자가 부동산과 같은 실물자산을 예금이나 펀드와 같은 금융자산보다 안전한 자산으로 인식한다는 주장에 힘이 실렸을 것이다. 하지만 투자자의 관점에서는 서울시 아파트와 같은 실물자산이나 예금 및 펀드와 같은 금융자산 구분 없이 모든 투자에 대해 비슷한 수준의 위험태도를 보인다는 것을 알 수 있다. 투자자의 위험태도는 중요한 트리거로 작용하여 그들의 투자 포트폴리오 구성에도 직접적 영향을 미쳐 결과적으로 소득 격차에도 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 따라서 정부는 이러한 투자자 인지과정 및 의사결정 과정에 대한 연구를 좀 더 활발히 지속하여 투자자 행동에 대한 이해를 넓혀가야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the relationship between the risk aversion of individual investors living in Seoul, Korea, when investing in financial instruments and the loss aversion when investing in the Seoul apartment market. The results show that investors who are risk-seeking and risk-averse when investing in financial assets show significantly different results from each other when investing in apartments. The K-means cluster analysis showed that about 50% of the 427 respondents were risk-neutral, while the remaining 50% were categorized as risk-seeking and risk-averse. The mean value of the loss aversion rate of risk-seeking group is 7.67, while the loss aversion rate of risk-averse is 8.84 and risk-neutral is 7.99. Risk-neutral does not show a significant difference in loss aversion rate with either the risk-seeking or risk-averse groups, but there is a significant difference between the risk-averse and risk-seeking groups. If investors were more risk-averse when investing in financial assets and less risk-averse when investing in real estate, turning them into risk-neutral or risk-seeking investors, it would bolster the argument that investors perceive real assets like real estate as safer than financial assets like deposits and funds. However, from an investor's perspective, we can see that investors have similar risk attitudes toward all investments. Investors' risk attitudes can act as important triggers, directly affecting the composition of their investment portfolios, which in turn can affect income inequality. Therefore, governments should continue to conduct more research on investor cognitive and decision-making processes to better understand investor behavior.

        브랜드 개성이 종사원 자아 이미지 일치와 직무만족에 미치는 영향

        This day`s research analyzed the difference between brand personality, self-image congruity, job satisfaction and their influences towards employees of family restaurants in order to suggest a plan which would induce researcher`s interest as well as influencing diversification of management strategies toward dining-out business. The purpose of this research is to analyse the difference between brand personality, self-image congruity, job satisfaction and their influences towards employees of family restaurants. The survey questionnaires were distributed to 300 employees of family restaurants in Seoul from August 1th until August 30th 2009, and 257 of them were used for analysis. The top seven company`s were chosen by base on data from 2009 Annual Dinner of the Korea. Statistics handling of this research used SPSS WIN 17.0 statistics package program, which performed frequency analysis, factor analysis, regrssion anlysis. The research result shows, first of all, the relationship between company`s brand personality and personal self-image congruity, it shows that the company`s brand personality has higher on `ability/capability, loyalty/ fidelity, and strong` the personal self-image congruity appeared higher. The relationship between company`s brand personality and social self-image congruity, it shows that the company`s brand personality has higher on `ability/ capability and loyalty/fidelity` the social self-image congruity appeared higher. Second of all, in a relation between the self-image congruity and job satisfaction, the personal self-image congruity has shown positive impact on job satisfaction. Third of all, in a relationship between the company`s brand personality and job satisfaction, if `interest or loyalty/fidelity` shows higher on brand personality, than job satisfaction has shown higher.         호텔 이용고객의 선택속성이 고객만족 및 추천의도에 미치는 영향

        This study focuses on proposing efficient measures for a hotel to improve customer satisfaction and to give itself the first rank in the relevant field. In order to achieve such goal, the study analyzed relations of selected attributes of a hotel banquet, customer satisfaction and recommendation intention. This way, the study would be able to remind the hotel of how important the selected attributes of a hotel banquet are. According to the results of the research hypothesis, ‘facilities’ and ‘service’ from the selected attributes appeared to have a positive influence on the customer satisfaction. For Hypothesis 2, ‘facilities’ and ‘menu’ from the selected attributes were determined to be positively influential in the recommendation intention. For Hypothesis 3, the customer satisfaction was examined to positively affect the recommendation intention. In consequence, it was found out that how the customer is satisfied would be proved by repurchase of the banquet and positive verbal evaluation. Hence, it is suggested that thorough customer management should be conducted from the moment that the customer chooses the banquet and finishes with it.

        리더의 코칭리더십이 자긍심과 조직효율성에 미치는 영향 연구

        This study is to find out the cause-and-effect relationship between a leader`s coaching and its influence on self-esteem of members and organization- efficiency. Through this process, the importance of a leader`s coaching leadership and self-esteem of an organization`s members is to be promoted, interest in coaching-leadership by researchers are induced, and basic data is provided. Through preliminary researches, questionnaires were revised and complemented. Then surveys were carried out. For one month from September 1st of 2011 to September 30th of same year, surveys of employees of 5 first-class hotels in Seoul(H, P, R, I, L) were carried out using Self-administered questionnaire survey method. 270 questionnaires were distributed and 265 among them were collected. 259 questionnaires-except 6 in which answers were not completed or credibility was considered to be low-were used for demonstration analysis. To analyze the data, SPSS 17.0 was used. For the purpose of finding out the general characteristics of the collected samples, frequency analysis and factor analysis according to each type were carried out. Before verifying the study model`s hypothesis, the credibility and validity of the tools used for collecting proven data were verified using Cronbach`α. Furthermore, multiple regression analysis was carried out to verify the study`s hypothesis 1, 2, and 3 so that the relationships between variables are verified. As a result of verification study, as for the hypothesis 1, Development Coaching and Relationship Coaching positively influenced on self-esteem of members. Regarding the hypothesis 2, Self-esteem positively influenced on Job Satisfaction and Organization-Immersion. When it comes to the hypothesis 3, Development Coaching positively influenced on job satisfaction. Moreover, Relationship Coaching positively influenced on organization immersion. Therefore, it is considered that warm consideration and support for members along with an organizational culture in which open and reliable relationships are made will become a driving force that enhances employee`s Job Satisfaction and Organization-Immersion.

        호텔 종사원의 교육훈련이 조직몰입과 직무성과에 미치는 영향

        This study tries to provide useful materials for talent management of hotel corporations by analyzing relationships among education and training, organizational commitment, and job performance and suggest plans which can increase employee commitment and performance by proposing more efficient and various directions about education and training programs for hotel employees. The research subjects were employees in the five star hotels and the research method was carried out by self-administration for a month on Feb. 2013. As for the questionnaire, 280 copies were distributed and 270 ones were collected. The total 258 copies were used in empirical analysis except 12 ones that response is omitted and reliability is considered as being low. The study went through data coding and data cleaning of the collected materials for exact statistical analysis and verified the effect relationship of variables by carrying out frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis with SPSS 18.0 statistical program. The result which verified the hypotheses of the study has found as follow: Hypothesis 1 has found that `contents of education and training`` and ``lecturers` qualification`` of education and training have the positive effect on organizational commitment. Hypothesis 2 has found that ``organizational commitment`` has the positive effect on ``job performance``. Hypothesis 3 has found that ``the contents of education and training`` and ``lecturers`` qualification`` of education and training has the positive effect on job performance.

        식생활교육 지식정도가 식생활 태도 및 공동체의식에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this work is to analyze the relations between high school students` knowledge about dietary life education, and their dietary life attitude and community consciousness, and thereby increase the effects of nutrition education in high schools and correct and supplement the problems in dietary life education, and in doing so, provide community consciousness for students through dietary life education and offer a fundamental material for their successful school life. The examination results of the hypotheses in this work revealed first that, regarding how the knowledge about dietary life education affects ``regular dietary life``, a factor of dietary attitude, the knowledge about dietary life education positively affected ``regular dietary life``, ``balanced dietary life``, and ``dietary life and health``, and secondly that, regarding the effect relations between high school students` dietary life attitude and their community consciousness, ``balanced dietary life``, a factor of dietary life attitude, positively affected ``community consciousness``, and thirdly that, regarding how the knowledge about dietary life education affects community consciousness, the knowledge about dietary life education positively affected community consciousness.

        외식기업 임금피크제 도입이 조직몰입과 성과에 미치는 영향

        This study surveyed workers who worked for a only Korean deluxe hotel W which adopted salary peak system to find out how their perception of salary peak system, their behavioral commitment and achievement related and to verify how their behavioral commitment mediated the relationship between their perception of salary peak system and their achievement. For this, the study firstly examined the relationship among their perception of salary peak system, their achievement and behavioral commitment. Then, based on it, the study verified whether their behavioral commitment mediated the relationship between their perception of salary peak system and achievement as a mediating variable through structural equation modeling. The study results are as follows. Firstly, as for the relationship between their perception of salary peak system and behavioral commitment, the higher their understanding degree of salary peak system is, the higher their behavioral commitment, and the higher their satisfaction degree is, the higher their behavioral commitment is. Secondly, as for the relationship between their behavioral commitment and achievement, the higher their behavioral commitment is, the higher their achievement is, and the higher the degree of their behavioral commitment is, the higher their group achievement is. Thirdly, as for the relationship between their perception of salary peak system and their achievement, the higher their understanding degree of salary peak system is, the lower their individual achievement and group achievement are, and the higher their satisfaction with salary peak system is, the lower their individual achievement and group achievement are. Fourthly, behavioral commitment plays a mediating role between their perception of salary peak system and achievement. It plays a mediating role between their understanding degree of salary peak system and their individual and group achievement and a mediating role between their satisfaction with salary peak system and their individual achievement and group achievement.
