Due to concern on global warming and environment destruction, the interest in green growth has been increasing. Additionally, there's an increasingly loud call for self-examination about the fact that design contributes to mass-production of waste. With this stream of times, 'designers and corporate social responsibility', the word previously introduced by Papanek, Victor, is again attracting attention. Also, companies and designers have become interested in development of green-products. Government and companies are now focusing on technology that is center of development of green-products. New technologies development is leading to reduction of CO2 emission, increase in energy efficiency and reduction of waste produced by new materials. But it is not actively proceeding to study and discuss on developing ceo-friendly products with the green-technologies in design field. Design field also recognizes the need of accepting new technology information and connecting with design. But, designers are still regarding technology information as quite difficult in the process of developing design. Also, the usability of technology information is very low. To understand the trend of changing green-products development, it is needed to research and analyze technology information regarding green growth and to apply in the process of design development. In this respect, this study focuses on building online-information service, which transforms green-technology information into new one more suitable for designers, classifies and provides. The goal of this study is to build technology information providing service in which designers can use technology information, previously regarded as quite difficult, easily and conveniently in the process of design development.
브랜드 이미지 강화의 한 요인으로써 스토리텔링 기법을 적용한 제품 개발에 관한 연구

과거의 전통적인 마케팅 방법론들과 그 이론을 믿어온 기업의 경영자들은 소비자의 사고 과정을 합리적이고 이성적인 행위라고 규정하였다. 하지만 최근 발표되는 다양한 연구결과들에 의하면 소비자의 사고 과정은 무의식적 영역에서 감성에 의해 일어나는 행위에 가깝다. 이러한 소비자의 사고 과정은 제품을 구매하는 과정, 즉 소비자의 구매 결정 과정에도 영향을 미친다. 소비자는 제품 구매 시, 가격, 성능, 품질 등의 다양한 이성적 기준에 의해 제품을 판단하지만 결국 구매는 제품에 대한 좋고 나쁨의 감성적 기준에 의해 결정된다. 브랜드 이미지는 소비자의 무의식적 영역에서 형성된 브랜드에 대한 심상으로 감성적 가치를 갖으며 소비자의 제품 구매에 영향을 미친다. 따라서 긍정적인 감성의 결합을 통한 제품 개발은 감성적인 제품 이미지의 구축으로 연결되는 제품의 판매와 브랜드 이미지 강화의 중요한 요소이다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 브랜드 이미지 강화의 한 요인으로써 효율적이고 감성적인 의사 전달 방식인 스토리텔링을 적용한 제품 개발 프로세스의 제안을 목표로 하여 내용을 구성하였다. Enterprise s executives who believe methodologies the theories prescribe consideration of consumer as rational and reasonable behavior. However, by recent investigation, consideration of consumer can be defined behavior that is occurred by sensibility. These consideration of consumer affect to a process that purchase a product, consumer's purchase decision process. Consumer make a purchasing decision with sensible criterion, respective of quality after all rather than various rational criterion like price, efficiency and usefulness. Brand image has sensible value to thought in the mind about a product and affect to purchase products. Hence building brand image through positive sensitivity is significant point in strengthening. Research from this point of view makes a content advance with improving product process along storytelling method which kind of affective, sensible communication way as a factor of strengthening brand image.

This study is for the materialization of actual service in the on-line, composition of proto-typed contents, interface and its way of use based on preceding study, "The Composition of Service for Green Technology Information Supply to Develop Green Design" And this system aims to provide professional contents of green technologies, which might be difficult for designer to understand, in the online (www.designmap.or.kr) to designer for easier utilization in the design process after modification through designer-friendly interface and to contribute the healthy revitalization of design development in concerned fields.
