      • Cycloconverter의 循環電流制御

        Cycloconverter is widely used as for variable voltage variable frequency(VVVF) ac drives. Because its characteristic of operation is phase control, it produces much reactive power at the high frequency side. In this paper, a control method of the circulating current, which produces reactive power at the high frequency side, is presented and analysis of its effect is performed. Some results of digital simulation shows the validity of the above analysis.

        In this paper we certified that the excessive inverse voltage due to relay coil inductance L occurs controller CPU error in lamp control system By choosing varistor with a protecting function for immoderate voltage we could solved the problem of controller CPU Error. We developed home product of the remote controller relay with both automatic breaking and remote control switching function together adopted a new safety device in each control line. In conclusion we could make more improvements largely the saving of energy as well as the safety for the light control system controller with maximum 128 lines be able to do simultaneous on-off control operation.

      • 양극산화 자성피막을 이용한 수직자기기록매체

        1. 철근출막은 결정자기이방성의 영향이 작기 때문에, 자기특성이 막의 기하학적구조에 의해 거의 결정되고 그것에 의하여 자성막의 설계가 가능하다. 2. 코발트 근출막은 결정자기이방성이 자기특성에 영향은 크기때문에 코발트 결정의 자화용역축(C축)의 배향에 의하여 자기특성은 크게 변한다. 따라서 이 C축의 배향성을 변화시켜 석출입자의 형태를 바꾸지 않고 작은 포아직경에서도 항자력의 제어가 가능하였다. 3. 코발트-철합금신출막은 조성변화에 의하여 자기특성을 제어할 수 있다. 또 ㅈ포화자화, 항자력도 철을 석출한 자성막에 비해서 높은 값을 나타냄을 물론, 우수한 각형화(Mr/Ms)로 얻어지는 큰 자기에너지적으로 수직 자기기록방식의 고정밀의 로타리 엔코다에의 응용이 유망하다.

      • STACIR/AW의 弛度抑制에 關한 硏究

        ACSR has been changed to STACIR/AW on the same tower in order to double the transmission capacity, For the STACIR/AW 480mm2, an increase in the line temperature causes an increase in sag, which results in a lack of clearance distance between the earth and the line. It needs lo be determined how the increased sag can be controlled. This paper offers a design for high-strength and sag-controlled STACIR/AW to reduce the sag increase of STACIR/AW. The first method is that the invar cross-section be increased without the increase of STACIR/AW cross-section and with the same line capacity and rated tensile strength. The second method is using a high-strength invar in STACIR/AW 480mm2. The maximum tension of high-strength STACIR/AW has to be within tower design weight limit of 4,140kgf, so invar tensile strength is specified at 126kgf/mm2. High-strength STACIR/AW is the same as ACSR in aspect of the composition of line, except the maximum tensile strength is all aspects of line composition increased from 10,500kgf to 11,599kgf and thus the sag increase ratio percentage is decreased from 18.3% to 14.1%.

        철 및 코발트 - 철합금석출 양극산화피막의 초기석출부가 자기특성에 미치는 영향

        The micro particles shapes of the magnetic films obtained by electrodeposition of Iron ions and Cobalt-Iron mixed ions in aluminum anodic oxidized films are dependent on the size of particle diameter. When the diameter of deposited particles is larger than 300 Å, the film plane anisotropy caused by bottom extremity increases, and the crystalization orientation of FeC deposited unusually in the part of the bottom extremities affects on the coercive force He and the magnetic anisotropy energy Ku. It was confirmed that the shape anisotropy of particle affects on the both He and Ku because the FeC did not deposit in the Iron deposited samples entirely, but in the Cobalt-Iron alloy deposited samples, the effects by the very strong crystalization orientation of the FeC is larger than that of the shape anisotropy. From these results, the Cobalt-Iron alloyed films could switchover the film plane magnetic anisotropy to the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy energy by using the constrainting method of FeC deposition with Cu deposition instead of Cobalt-Iron alloy in the bottom extremities.

        열연판을 사용한 방향성 박규소강대의 제작

        We investigated to DC magnetic characteristics, the dependence of annealing temperature on the crystal grain and the crystalline orientation for grain-oriented silicon ribbon with 100 ㎛ final thickness manufactured by three times cold rolling method using the hot-rolled silicon steel plate as a raw material. The growth of (110)[001] Goss texture were almost observed in the whole area of the sample. The values of the saturation magnetic flux density Bs and the average a angle have 1.9 T and 4.6 degrees respectively. From this result we could be confirmed that the three times cold rolling method has a possibility of manufacture for oriented ultra-thin silicon ribbons much more simple and cheeper than the existing oriented silicon steel manufacturing method by means of more simplified producing process.

        코발트 - 철을 전해석출한 양극산화피막의 제작과 자기특성

        The magnetic properties of aluminum anodized film in which Co-Fe alloy electrodeposited are investigated with regard to the alloy composition of magnetic films. The electrodeposited Co-Fe particles are confirmed to be single phase Co-Fe alloys by X-ray diffractions. At 34 at% Co, the sample with small pore diameter(particle diameter 150 Å) has a large magnetic energy product(Bmax) of about 1.44 MGOe due to the large saturation magnetization, the high coercive force and good squareness of the M-H curve. However, for the samples with particle diameter larger than 450 Å, the bottom of each particle forms abnormal particle claaed branch-shaped unlike the sample of the particle diameter 150 Å. In this case, the magnetic anisotropy energy was about zero at the compositions of 45 and 75 at% Co. Moreover, at the compositions from 50 to 70 at% Co, the anisotropy became negative value. This means that an easy axis of magnetization of the film is in plane in plane in spite of the perpendicular shape anisotropy of the particle. It was found that the bottom extremity of the particle contains FeC from the X-ray diffraction. Thus the effect of the bottom extremity, that is, an unusal magnetic property was removed by electrodepositing Cu at the bottom extremity of the particle. Itis clear that the magnetic properties of the ilms are influenced by he branch-shaped bottom extremity filled with FeC.
