A control approach for the sensorless speed control of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM) based on adaptive integral the binary is proposed. With a main loop regulator and an auxiliary loop regulator, the binary observer has a property of the chattering alleviation in the constant boundary layer. However, the width of the constant boundary limits the steady state estimation accuracy and robustness. In order to improve the steady state performance of the binary observer, the binary observer is formed by adding extra integral augmented switching the hyperplane equation. By mean of integral characteristics, the rotor speed can be finely estimated and utilized for a sensorless speed controller for IPMSM. The proposed adaptive integral binary observer applies an adaptive scheme, because the parameters of the dynamic equations such as the machine inertia or the viscosity friction coefficient is not well known and these values can be easily changed generally during normal operation. Therefore, the observer can overcome the problem caused by using the dynamic equations, and the rotor speed estimation is constructed by using the Lyapunov function. The experimental results of the proposed algorithm are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the approach.
퍼지제어기를 이용한 매입형 영구자석 동기전동기의 속도 센서리스 제어

본 논문은 매입형 영구자석 전동기의 고정자 전압방정식으로 부터 관측기를 구성하고, 회전자 좌표계상에서 추정속도를 구하여 퍼지제어기를 이용한 속도 보상 센서리스제어를 수행 하였다. 전동기의 전압방정식과 퍼지제어기만을 이용하기 때문에 전동기의 기계적 방정식에서 발생하는 기계적 제정수의 영향에 대해 강인한 특성을 갖는다. 제안된 알고리즘의 타당성과 강인함은 실제 구동을 통하여 증명한다.

For the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM) drive to operate above the base speed in the constant horsepower region, field weakening control is applied. However, the field weakening control was not almost applied to sensorless control of the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor. In this paper, field weakening control is applied to the sensorless control of IPMSM based on an instantaneos reactive power. The effectiveness of the proposed system is verified by the experimental results.
매입형 영구자석 동기전동기의 속도 센서리스에 관한 연구

본 논문은 매입형 영구자석 동기전동기의 속도 센서리스의 제어 방법에 관한 것이다. 매입형 영구자석 동기전동기의 센서리스 구동을 위하여 적응 적분바이너리 관측기와 적용 슬라이딩 모드 관측기를 이용하였다. 두 관측기의 성능 비교를 위하여 매입형 영구자석 동기전동기의 고정자 전압방정식으로부터 각각 관측기를 구성하였고, 동일한 시스템에서의 실험을 통하여 관측기의 성능을 비교하였다.

In this paper, a new speed sensorless control based on a fuzzy compensator are proposed for the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) drives. The conventional proportional plus integrate(PI) control are very sensitive to step change of the command speed, parameter variations and load disturbance. To cope with these problems of the PI control, the estimated speeds are compensated by using the fuzzy logic controller (FLC). In the FLC used by the speed compensator of the IPMSM, the system control parameters are adjusted by the fuzzy rule based system, which is a logical model of the human behavior for process control. The effectiveness of algorithm is confirmed by the experiments.

PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) is one of innovative manufacturing paradigms which leverages e-business technologies to allow a company"s product content to be developed and integrated with all company business process through the extended enterprise. In these days, most construction companies also make an effort to enhance their systems for creating, sharing and managing information to improve business efficiency through entire lifecycle of project execution. Because of different needs, business process and diverse engineering activities such as design, structural analysis, installing simulation, documents and data managements, a new paradigm for construction companies is needed to manage and share the entire workflow, and information in total project lifecycle. In this paper, we conducted user requirement and business process analysis of constructions to design C-PLM system which is a PLM system for effective management of civil project and engineering activities. Also, we implement C-PLM system based on commercial PDM system, and applied it to civil project as case studies.
