단백질 또는 peptide bond를 가수분해하는 protease는 현재 산업의 각 분야에서 널리 응용되고 있으며, 사용범위가 점차 확산되고 있는 추세이다. 따라서 본 실험에 서는 미생물이 생산하는 단백질분해효소를 분리 정제하여 그의 성질을 규명 및 skin turn-over효과를 조사하였다.
다문화가족 어머니와 영아의 애착 및 상호작용 증진을 위한 부모역할 프로그램의 효과성 연구

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of a parenting program for improving the attachment and interaction between mothers and infants from multicultural families. The program is constructed by applying the principles of play activities and the educational contents based on the strength perspective of family resiliency. Targeting multicultural mothers of infants aged 13 to 24 months, and who are living in Chungbuk (7 couples in the experimental group, 7 couples in the control group), the program was carried out in a total of 12 sessions. Each session consisted of one hour of theoretical learning and 30 minutes of play activity. According to the results of the study, there was no significant difference in the results of the control group, but the mothers in the experimental group showed a significant improvement in their satisfaction with the parent-child relationship, interaction with the infant, and attachment stability. Thus, through a program aimed at strengthening the parental role through infants` play activities, mothers from multicultural families were able to realize their parenting style and to change their parenting behavior to be more positive. Those results demonstrate the effectiveness of the program. Based on the results, several practical significances and suggestions for improving the parental roles of multicultural mothers were discussed.

The human beings have been systematically planning and transferring information to seek the same conclusion by understanding the human environment and persuading the other people. Nowadays, the human beings design and accept the information using uisual tools, and the roll of information becomes more evident with the rapid development of communication technology which is used for the development of relationship between people according to the designed information, therefore it is required a proper information design. Whoever works at the area of visual information design with new media, they will see whether the traditional design may be continually applicable and also the uncertainly about how long it may go through. The graphic design is most closely connected to the multimedia design, and these two have a basement at the expression of information and communication. Besides, the graphic design provides certain values on beauty according to its design principle for the design of current multimedia information. The objective of this thesis is to analyze the relationship of graphic design as the principle for the visual design using multimedia, and to provide the method of practical digital design. First, the general relationship was studied between the letter and illustration that are most important for the delivery of visual information, and second, web magazie was investigated as an example for the improving communication effect and for the detailed design method of needed information to human beings.
홀로그래피 기술을 기반으로 한 의학 화상의 입체 표시에 관한 연구

미디어의 발달과 더불어 입체적인 형태의 화상 정보를 취급할 수 있는 응용 분야를 필요로 하고 있다. 가시적인 화상의 정보를 평면 위에 입체적인 형태로 표현 가능한 방법으로는 스테레오그래피 법, 렌티큘러 시트 법, 홀로그래피 법이 있다. 홀로그래피 기술은 최종적으로 제작된 입체 화상을 관찰 할 때에 특수한 안경이나 별도의 장치를 부가하지 않은 상태로 완전한 자연적인 입체 화상을 얻을 수 있어 입체감이 우수한 3차원의 표시 수단으로서 활용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 입체 화상으로 재천하기 위해서 두꺼운 홀로그램과 얇은 홀로그램을 적용하는 홀로그래픽 스테레오그램 법을 이용하였고 대상의 물체로는 CT에 의해 단층 촬영된 의학 화상을 선정하여 1장의 기록 매체에 여러 매수의 화상 정보를 기록하여 동시에 재현하였다. 단층 촬영 된 2차원의 의학 화상을 홀로그래피 기술에 의해 3차원의 완전한 입체 화상으로 재현함으로서 현재 2차원의 의학 화상 데이터로부터 발생 가능한 정보 오차를 최소화 할 수 있을 것으로 기대 된다. With the development of media technology, application field to deal with a 3-dimensional form of image information is needed. The methods to express the information of visible image on the plane with 3-dimensional form include stereography, lenticular sheet and holography. With the holography technique, completely natural 3-di-mensional image can be obtained with specific glasses or separate device nonattached when observing finally manufactured 3-dimensional image, so it can be applied as an expressing means of the 3-dimensional objects with an excellent display system. This study utilized the holographic stereogram methods using thick and thin hologram for reconstruction of a 3-dimensional image from medical images obtained by CT(Computer Tomography) as the target object by recording many sheets of image information on one sheet of record medium and reconstructing them at the same time. It is expected that the information error generated out of the current 2-dimension medical image data by reconstructing the tomographed 2-dimensional medical image to the 3-dimensional complete image can be minimized.
