머신러닝기법을 이용한 심사위원 자동추천 알고리즘 개발

어떤 학술단체의 학술지에 소속된 연구자가 논문을 투고하는 경우 관련된 연구전문가들의 심사를 받고 게재여부가 판가름된다. 이때 학술지 책임자(편집위원장) 입장에서는 심사위원들의 전공 pool을 참고하여 주관적으로 심사위원을 배정하게 되는데, 이에 대한 배정이 연구주제와 관련하여 제대로 배정이 되었는지 타당성 문제가 발생하는 경우가 많다. 왜냐하면, 연구자들의 세부전공 분야는 끊임없이 변화하기 때문에 초기 입력된 전공 pool 정보만으로는 정확한 심사 배정에 한계를 가지게 된다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 심사위원 배정 혹은 평가위원 배정 문제를 머신러닝 기법을 활용하여 관련 연구자들의 연구주제 그룹 pool을 새롭게 생성하고 이로부터 무작위 배정을 자동으로 실행하는 심사위원 자동추천 알고리즘을 제안하고자 한다. 여기서 제안하는 자동추천 알고리즘 타당성을 확인하기 위해서 머신러닝 기법 중 비지도 학습알고리즘인 k-평균 군집방법을 이용하여 문서를 군집화하고, 그 결과를 이용하여 군집 소속정보를 원 데이터에 라벨링(labelling)하였다. 그다음 단계로 라벨링된 데이터를 텍스트분류에 많이 사용하는 나이브베이즈방법을 이용하여 문서(논문제목) 분류 모형을 개발하였으며, 평가용 데이터에 적용해본 결과 1.1%의 오분류을 보여주었다. In case of submitting someone’s manuscript, accepting for publication depends on peer reviewers’ decisions. The Editor of jounal chooses the related reviewers with considering their major fields. However, in this process, validation of allocating reviewers is often a problem because researcher’s major fields are changing in time. In this study, we propose the automatic recommender system of reviewers using machine learning techniques. To confirm the validity of our recommender system, first we cluster the documents using k-means clustering and then labelled the cluster information to the raw data. After labelling, we develop the text(thesis’ title) classification model using the naive bayes method. As a result of adopting our model to validation set, we found the misclassification error was 1.1%.

현대사회로 오면서 정보전달 방식은 과학의 발달로 아날로그 방식의 매체에서 디지털을 이용한 매체들을 많이 이용하고 있다. 현대인들은 이러한 것을 사용하여 사업 및 개인적인 정보까지도 전달하고 있다. 이러한 방식은 짧은 시간에 방대한 양의 정보를 송수신 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 저장까지도 할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이런 정보는 데이터베이스라는 장치를 통해 관리되고 데이터마이닝이라는 기법으로 해석하고 활용되어지고 있다. 여기에 견주어 인터넷을 이용한 정보전달도 방대한 양의 데이터를 쏟아내고 있지만 이러한 자료들을 처리하려는 연구는 많이 진행되어지지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 웹 자료에 대하여 일반적인 통계적 기법과 방대한 양의 정보처리 솔루션인 데이터마이닝 기법을 적용하여 자료분석을 시도하고자 한다. 특히 본 논문에서는 검색 및 클릭 흐름을 파악하고 연관성 분석을 통하여 서로 관련 있는 검색법과 페이지가 무엇인지 알아본다. Electronic commerce sites need to learn as much as possible information about their customers and those browsing their virtual premisses in order to maximize the marketing effort. The discovery of marketing related navigation patterns requires the developement of data mining algorithm capable of discovering sequential access patterns from web logs. This paper introduces a practical data analysis by using web log analysis for a web site data. Specially, association rule of mining techniques is considered to discover unordered correlations between items which found in a transaction database.

붓스트랩방법을 이용한 음이항분포 모수 k의 추정

사고통계에서 널리 활용되는 음이항분포는 위치모수와 형태모수에 의해 결정되어진다. 이러한 음이항분포의 모수 추정은 실제 자료분석가들에 있어 중요한 문제인데 전통적으로 위치모수 μ는 일반적으로 표본평균으로 추정되며 반면, k 는 전통적으로 최대우도법 혹은 적률법(method of moments)으로 추정하여왔다. 그러나 이 방법들은 표본분산이 표본평균보다 큰 경우에 좋은 추정치를 제공하지만 표본평균이 분산보다 큰 경우나 표본평균이 분산보다 약간 작은 경우에는 문제를 일으키게 된다. 본 연구에서는 이에 대한 해결책으로 Steiner의 대우도추정량을 붓스트랩방법을 이용한 수정대우도추정량을 제안하고 평균제곱오차 기준에서 기존의 대우도추정량과 비교하고자 한다. For the estimating parameters of negative binomial distribution, shape parameter k is traditionally estimated by maximum likelihood or method of moments approach. These methods give fairly good estimates for k when the sample variance exceeds the sample mean. But problems do occur when the sample mean exceeds the sample variance, that is, MM estimate is negative and MLE does not exist. In this paper, we propose the modified large likelihood estimator which is a variation of the MLE. And the simulation was conducted in order to show a performance of the proposed method.

한국미기록종 (가칭)흰목딱새(Phoenicurus schisticeps)의 국내 첫 기록

2019년 4월 26일에 제주도 서귀포시 대정읍 가파리 마라도에서 흰목딱새(Phoenicurus schisticeps) 1개체가 관찰되었고, 1년생 겨울깃을 가진 수컷으로 확인되었다. 흰목딱새는 마라도 곰솔숲 가장자리에 형성된 관목림과 탐방로를 오가며 지상에서 먹이를 찾고 있었으며, 이번 관찰은 한국에서의 첫 기록이다. A first-winter male White-throated Redstart(Phoenicurus schisticeps) was observed at Mara Island, Gapa-ri, Daejeong-eup, Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do on 26 April 2019. This bird was foraging on the ground between the shrubbery and the trail at the edge of the pine forest. This is the first record of this species in the Republic of Korea.

한국미기록종 알류샨제비갈매기(Onychoprion aleuticus)의 국내 기록

2012년 8월 31일과 2016년 9월 6일에 제주도 서귀포시 대정읍 가파리 마라도, 2016년 9월 8일 추자면 추자도 해상에서 알류샨제비갈매기(Onychoprion aleuticus) 3개체가 관찰되었다. 이번 관찰은 알류산제비 갈매기의 사진을 확보한 공식 기록으로 보고하고자 한다. Two Aleutian Terns (Onychoprion aleuticus) were observed near Marado, the southernmost island of Jeju on 31 August 2012 and 6 September 2016 and Chujado on 8 September 2016. This is the first confirmed report of the Aleutian Terns in the Republic of Korea based on photos.

기초체력지수와 사상체질간의 연관성 연구 : 태음인과 소양인을 중심으로

현재 동서양을 막론하고 한방 의학에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 한방 의학에서 처방을 위한 한 분야인 사상체질 감별은 높은 관심 속에 많은 연구가 있어 왔다. 기존의 사상체질 감별에 대한 연구에서는 체격지수, 얼굴모양, 음성 인식 등이 사상체질 분류를 위한 기준 이였지만, 지금까지 체력지수와 관련해서 체질 분류를 위한 연구는 없었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사람의 6대 기초체력지수를 고려하여 보다 정확한 사상체질을 분류하는 기준을 제시하고자 한다. In present, we take a growing interest in a herb doctor regardless of the East and the West. Discrimination of constitution, a field for prescription in a herb doctor medicine, have been studied. The present paper suggest a criterion in discrimination of constitution taking into consideration 6 elementary physical indexes.

관탈섬의 조류 현황 및 보호

본 연구는 추자면에 속한 무인도서인 관탈섬에서 2009년 10월과 2010년 8월, 3회에 걸쳐 실시되었으며 총 31종이 관찰되었다. 이 중 번식이 확인된 종은 슴새(Calonectris leucomelas), 바다제비 (Oceanodroma monorhis), 매(Falco peregrinus), 섬개개비(Locustella pleskei), 바다직박구리(Monticola solitarius) 등 5종이었다. 천연기념물은 매를 포함하여 새매, 호사도요 등 3종이었고 멸종위기야생 동물은 I급인 매(Falco peregrinus), 말똥가리(Buteo buteo) 등 2종이었다. 그리고 국제적 멸종위기 종으로 Red List에 취약종인 섬개개비가 관찰되었다. 슴새와 바다제비는 주로 북사면에서 번식하였다. 무인도서인 관탈섬에 대해 특정도서로 지정하고 정기적인 조사를 통해 이 섬에 서식하는 생물 을 보호하기 위한 대책이 필요하다. This study was conducted at the Gwantal island off the north of Jejudo Island on October 2009 and August 2010. We observed total 31 species. It was confirmed that 5 species of Streaked Shearwater (Calonectris leucomelas), Swinhoe's Storm Petrel (Oceanodroma monorhis), Peregrine Falcon (Falco peregrinus), Styan's Grasshopper Warbler (Locustella pleskei), Blue Rock Thrush (Monticola solitarius) breed at this island. Three species of Natural Monuments and two Endangered Species were observed. The Styan's Grasshopper Warbler defined as a vulnerable species of Red List of IUCN bred in this island. Main breeding sites of Streaked Shearwaters and Swinhoe's Storm Petrels were in the northern slopes of the island. We suggested that the Gwantal island need to be designated as Specific Island of Ministry of Environment for conservation and there should be a construction of system to protect creatures living in this island.

보험 CRM에서 데이터마이닝 기법의 응용연구

기업 간 경쟁이 치열해지고 산업이 성숙기에 들어서면서 많은 기업들이 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위해서 고객의 중요성을 인식하고 기존 고객을 유지하는 것에 관심을 모으고 있다. 또한 인터넷의 발달로 인해 정보의 도달성(reach)과 풍부성(richness)의 trade-off가 점차 사라지면서 eCRM과 같은 인터넷 환경에서의 고객관리가 기업의 또 다른 이슈로 등장하였다. 본 연구에서는 보험 CRM 시스템의 주요 요인들을 살펴보고 CRM에서의 고객이탈분석에 데이터마이닝을 적용한 사례를 제시하였다. Recently, enterprises were concerned about the relationship marketing for getting a competitive advantage over, CRM(customer relationship management) was also based on it. In this paper, we use general multivariate analysis methods and data-mining analysis methods such as discriminant analysis, logit model, decision tree analysis, and neural networks. We tried to explain the summary of data-mining in insurance CRM. And also, we show the case of methods that analyze a model of defection customers from an insurance company and verify the model through estimation.

학과 홈페이지 평가지수 개발에 관한 연구

'학과 홈페이지는 학과의 얼굴이다'고 할 수 있을 정도로 학과 홈페이지는 학과에 대한 많은 정보들을 포함하고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 학과 홈페이지의 역할은 재학생들에게 뿐만 아니라 신입생에게도 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 이유로 D대학교에서는 대학 신입생 유치 방안의 일환으로 모든 학과의 홈페이지를 평가함으로써 학과로 하여금 홈페이지의 구성, 디자인, 그리고 콘텐츠에 신경을 쓰도록 독려하고 있다. 그런데 D대학교에서 실시하고 있는 학과 홈페이지의 평가는 객관적이지 못하다는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 D대학교의 학과 평가에 대한 단점을 보완하여 학과 홈페이지를 보다 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 평가지표를 제안한다. 본 연구의 목적은 D대학교의 학과 평가에 대한 객관적인 평가가 이루어 질 수 있도록 하는 것뿐만 아니라 다른 대학교에서도 본 연구에서 제안하는 방법을 수용하는 경우 대학입시의 신입생 유치에 대한 참고자료로 활용할 수 있도록 하는데 있다. A department homepage contains various informations related with the department. So, a role of the department homepage is very important for both of students and applicants. For this reason, D university is evaluating the homepages of all departments in viewpoint of the construction, design, and contents of homepage. But the method of this homepage evaluation has some problems. Therefore, in this study, we propose a objective index for department homepage evaluation which can be applied to homepages of the other departments. Also we expect to provide an important information for the efficient homepage management by using the proposed index for homepage evaluation.
