커피전문점 이용고객의 자아 일치성과 기능적 일치성이 브랜드 태도와 행동의도에 미치는 영향

In view of South Korea`s booming coffee business, coffee companies need to find ways to differentiate their company in a competitive market. This study attempts to 1) examine the effects of self congruity and functional congruity on brand attitude and behavioral intention in the coffee shop industry and 2) assess the moderating role of coffee involvement between self/functional congruity and brand attitude. A total of 250 samples participated in this study from June 20 to July 3 in 2013. A factor analysis identified two congruity dimensions: self congruity and functional congruity. Regression analysis was performed to examine the relationships between self congruity?functional congruity, brand attitude and behavior intention and the moderating effects of the coffee involvement. The results showed that self congruity and functional congruity had positive significant effects on brand attitude. Also, functional congruity had significantly affected consumers` behavioral intentions towards coffee shop, while self congruity did not significantly affect consumers` behavioral intentions. Using a hierarchical regression analysis, consumers` level of coffee involvement was found to moderate the relationships between self congruity/functional congruity and brand attitude. These findings provide managers in coffee shops with strategies for implementing more effective brand building as well as focusing on satisfying customers` functional congruity. Implications and future research were also discussed.

주관적 시점의 변형으로 사용된 객관적 시점화면에 대한 고찰

본 연구는 영상물의 서술자인 카메라의 위치를 중심으로 객관적 시점화변을 고찰한 논문이다. 감각적인 비주얼만이 영상물이 추구할 최선의 방편은 아니며 기초를 간과하지 않은 면밀한 연출이 관객에게 다가갈 수 있다는 사실을 다시 한 번 인식하고자 의도하였다. 영상에 대한 단편적인 지식만을 가지고 작품이 기획되어서는 안 되며 세밀한 계획을 세워야만 관객으로부터 공감을 이끌어낼 수 있는것이다. 단지 화려한 볼거리를 위한 스펙터클한 영상이나 혹은 코미디적 요소가 충만한 서사와 캐릭터도 중요한 요소이지만 그 두 거지를 모두 가지고 있다고 해서 관객의 공감을 이끌어낼 수 는 없는 것이다. 이미지와 서사에 집중하는 만큼, 영상에 대한 기본적인 개념과 기능 등을 숙지하고 면밀하게 검토하여 가장 적절한 연출을 하여야만 관객과의 의사소통에 성공할 수 있는 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 하나의 단편적인 시점화면(point of view shot)을 거리와 각도 혹은 카메라(서술자)와 대상간의 관계에 따라 세부적으로 고찰하고 그 기능을 살펴볼 것이다. ‘창문 효과’로 대변되는 객관적 시점은 디제시스 내의 사건을 관객으로 하여금 객관적으로 관찰하도록 하는 기능을 가지고 있다. 그러나 본 논문의 연구 결과로 객관적 시점은 주관적 시점과 같이 인물의 의식이나 감정을 나타내기도 하였다. 하나의 객관적 시점화면(쇼트)에는 여러 가지의 요소가 있으며 그 중에서도 카메라와 대상간의 거리와 앵글의 위치에 따라 주관적 시점의 대표적인 기능을 수행하기도 하는 것이다. 인물의 어깨 뒤에 숨어 인물이 보고 있는 대상을 관객의 시선과 일치시키는 ‘over the shoulder shot’은 인물의 감정을 관객에게 이입하는 효과를 수반한다. 이러한 사실은 객관적 시점이 관객을 사건에 참여하지 않는 단순한 관찰자로 머물게 한다는 일반적인 인식과 상이한 것이다. 따라서 한 편의 서사물에서 시점화면이 내러티브나 플롯에 못지않은 중요한 요소임을 인식하여야 한다. 본 논문의 연구결과로 시점화면이 가지고 있는 기능과 효과를 올바르게 인식하고, 하나의 쇼트에서 거리와 각도, 카메라와 대상간의 관계에 따라 영상이 내포하고 있는 메시지를 숙지하여 시점화면이 가지는 화편화의 중요성을 재고하는 기제가 되기를 바란다. This dissertation is about an objective visual point shot(point of view shot) of the camera that is a storyteller of a film, The camera"s physical position has been centered for this study. A sensuous visual is not the only mean to pursue for films, and also try to recognize that careful directing that doesn"t pass over the basic could come closer to the audience. The fragmentary knowledge of films cannot be helpful to shoot a new film, and surely. an only detailed project will be capable to withdraw the audience"s response. Just spectacular images to feast people"s eyes or stories and characters which have comedic factors are important, but they are not good enough to carry out viewers" response. In order to succeed to get a right response of viewers. as you focus on the images and stories, you also have to study the basic concept and technical parts of the films and give careful consideration to a problem for the right directing. This study will find out the point of view shot with the distance and angle or between the camera(storyteller) and characters (referents), and will observe their functions. An objective point of view shot which is called Window effect" has a function to make audience observe the incident in diegesis objectively. However. according to the result of this study. the function of an objective point of view shot had shown a character s mental state or emotions, too. One objective point of view shot has many different factors and it also carries out the typical function of the subjective point of view shot by the distance and position of angle of between camera and referents. The over the shoulder shot that correspond of camera behind the character with the eyes of the audience has an effect of empathy. This fact differs from general idea that an objective shoulder shot stays viewers out of the events. Therefore. point of view shot has to be considered as important as narrative and plot. The result of this dissertation should be helpful to recognize the function and effect of the point of view shot and have a full knowledge about the distance, angle. and the message of the relationship between the camera and referents in films, And hopefully. it helps to plan. produce or analyze any animated films.

하나의 콘텐츠는 동시대의 사회문화적 배경과 사회 구성원들의 가치관을 짐작해 볼 수 있는 통로라고 할 수 있다. 특히 영상콘텐츠는 가장 많은 사람들이 즐기는 대중적인 장르이다. 특정 드라마가 의미 있는 대중성을 확보했다는 사실은 작품에서 묘사하고 있는 주제와 사건에 시청자들이 공감을 하고 이입하였다는 것을 의미한다. 얼마 전 종영된 드라마 <빈센조>는 방영 초기 중국제 비빔밥 PPL 등 부정적인 논란에도 불구하고 2021년 상반기 화제성으로 주목 받은 드라마이다. 또한 이탈리아 마피아가 한국으로 와서 시민을 구하는 영웅이 된다는 억지스러운 설정과 개연성 없는 사건의 전개, 인물의 갑작스러운 배신 등 여러 가지 비판에도 불구하고 TV, 온라인 플랫폼, OTT 등에서 의미 있는 성적을 거두었다. 이에 대규모 자본이 들어간 블록버스터나 웰메이드 드라마라는 호평이 없음에도 시청자의 호응을 얻을 수 있었던 이유를 불안정한 사회의 반영과 카타르시스에 두고 분석을 시도하였다. 분석 결과 반인륜적 범죄자의 등장으로 사이코패스에 대한 관심이 증가한 것과 이들에 대한 일반 시민의 사적 응징 움직임이 감지된 것, 그리고 처벌에 따른 카타르시스가 주요했던 것을 알 수 있었다. 시대적 상황에 따르는 영웅서사의 변화가 대중이 공감할 수 있었던 주요한 요인이 되었던 것이다. 이 외에도 팬데믹의 피로감을 잠시라도 잊을 수 있는 블랙코미디의 요소가 작용한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 사회가 안정적인 평온함을 되찾았을 때 진지하고 심오한 주제의 콘텐츠가 더 많아질 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. A single content can be said to be a passage through which one can guess the social and cultural background of the contemporary society and the values of the members of society. In particular, video content is a popular genre that most people enjoy. The fact that a specific drama has secured meaningful popularity means that viewers empathize with and empathize with the themes and events depicted in the work. The drama <Vincenzo>, which ended a while ago, is a drama that attracted attention as a topic of discussion in the first half of 2021 despite negative controversies such as Chinese-made bibimbap PPL in the early days of airing. In addition, despite various criticisms such as the forced setting that the Italian mafia becomes a hero who comes to Korea to save citizens, the development of an improbable event, and the sudden betrayal of a character, it achieved meaningful results on TV, online platforms, and OTT. Therefore, an analysis was attempted with the reflection of an unstable society and catharsis as the reason why it was able to get a favorable response from viewers even though it was not well-received as a blockbuster or well-made drama with large capital. As a result of the analysis, it was found that interest in psychopaths increased due to the emergence of criminals against humanity, that the movement of private punishment of ordinary citizens was sensed, and that catharsis according to punishment was the main factor. The change of the heroic narrative according to the circumstances of the times became a major factor that the public could sympathize with. In addition, it was confirmed that the element of a black comedy that can forget the fatigue of the pandemic even for a moment worked. It is expected that more content with serious and profound themes will be available when society regains a stable serenity.
